A PRB-02 booster box holds premium booster packs rather than standard booster packs: every 10-card pack carries a printed guarantee of at least one SR, yet no official page prints a price for the box.
The official name is プレミアムブースター ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST vol.2【PRB-02】, and the English site calls it PREMIUM BOOSTER -ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST vol.2- [PRB-02]. The official Japanese product page prints July 26, 2025 as the release date, a tax-in MSRP of ¥550 per pack and a contents line of 全179種+30種. The English page prints October 3, 2025 and $5.49 per pack.
We sell Japanese sealed product and graded singles from Tokyo. USD figures convert at ¥154/USD, approximate.

What PRB-02 Is: A Premium Booster
The product code PRB-02 sits in a different family from the numbered OP boosters. The title tag of the official Japanese page reads ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST vol.2【PRB-02】, which makes it a Premium Booster, not a ブースターパック. The page’s feature copy describes popular cards returning, some with new parallel illustrations, plus new cards, 30 DON!! cards, foil-stamped event parallels and SP cards. It also says the super parallel of PRB-02 is Sanji (「PRB-02のスーパーパラレルカードはサンジ!」).

Bandai runs three official product pages for PRB-02, and they differ on dates, prices and the card-type count.

| Cards per pack | 10 | not printed | 10 |
| Card types as printed |
The English page prints 129+30 card types in its contents line, and the rarity line on the same page adds up to 179. Both figures are shown as printed, and the page does not explain the difference. The rarity line on the Japanese page and on the Asia English page add up to 179 as well.
The guarantee is printed on all three pages. The Japanese page says the pack is an ultra-luxurious pack with SR or higher confirmed (「SR以上確定の超豪華パック!」) and that every pack contains an SR or higher (「PRB-02ではSR以上のカードが1パックに必ず封入!」). The English page says every pack contains at least one SR card or better.
The PRB-02 Rarity Ladder
The Japanese page prints one rarity line, and the line has no Leader entry. The official card database prints a row for every variant, so the row totals exceed the page counts.
| Rarity | Product page count | Database numbers (one per number) | All database rows |
|---|---|---|---|
| Common (C) | 46 | 46 | 94 |
| Uncommon (UC) | 29 | 29 | 61 |
| Promotion Card (P) | 15 | 15 | 31 |
| Rare (R) | 41 | 41 | 68 |
| Super Rare (SR) | 34 | 34 | 43 |
| Secret Rare (SEC) | 8 | 8 | 9 |
| Special Card (SPカード) | 6 | not a base rarity | 10 |
| DON!! card | 30 | not database rows | not database rows |
| Leader (L) | no line | 0 | 0 |
The six counted rarities add up to 173 numbers in both the page line and the database, and the six Special Cards bring the page total to 179. The page counts of 46, 29, 15, 41, 34 and 8 for Common, Uncommon, Promotion Card, Rare, Super Rare and Secret Rare are the six counted rarities. The database prints ten SPカード rows rather than six. The 30 DON!! cards are not database rows, so they have no number and no image in the official list.
Base, _p and _r Rows in the Official Database
The database lists 316 rows for PRB-02. Each row is a separate record with its own image, and the id carries the variant: a base print uses the card number, a variant adds a suffix. PRB-02 uses two suffix families, _p and _r. The database prints the suffix and nothing else, so what an _r row denotes is not printed. Every number that is not one of the 18 new PRB02 cards carries only suffixed rows.
| Row type | Rows |
|---|---|
| Base rows (no suffix) | 18 |
| Suffix _p1 | 90 |
| Suffix _p2 | 41 |
| Suffix _p3 | 8 |
| Suffix _p4 | 3 |
| Suffix _p5 | 1 |
| Suffix _r1 | 140 |
| Suffix _r2 | 15 |
| All rows | 316 |
The 316 rows are 18 base rows, 143 _p rows and 155 _r rows. The 173 distinct numbers come from a long list of earlier products, and the database prints the number only, never the name of the product a card first appeared in.
| Number prefix | Distinct numbers |
|---|---|
| OP09 | 25 |
| PRB02 (new cards) | 18 |
| OP07 | 16 |
| OP06 | 15 |
| P (promotion) | 15 |
| OP10 | 12 |
| EB01 | 11 |

| OP04 | 4 |
| All other prefixes (EB02, OP01, OP02, ST01, ST02, ST06, ST10, ST12, ST15 to ST21) | 25 |
Our PRB-02 card list shows the set with official card images. Our PRB-02 card list article covers the numbers, and the PRB-02 SP, Secret Rare and parallel list walks through the suffixed rows.
The Secret Rare and Special Card Rows
The Secret Rare tier has eight numbers and nine database rows, because OP06-119 Sanji has two SEC rows, OP06-119_p3 and OP06-119_r1. The Japanese page names Sanji as the super parallel of the set but prints no card number, and the database flags the suffix only. SNKRDUNK lists its Sanji SEC print as SEC-SP (コミパラ), and that label is SNKRDUNK’s own.
| Database id | Name as printed | English (rendering) | Color |
|---|---|---|---|
The Special Card tier is where the page and the database disagree. The page prints 6 Special Cards, and the database prints ten rows with the SPカード rarity: six Character rows and four Event rows. The Event rows have numbers that are Rare events within the 41 Rares. The page also prints foil-stamped event parallels, and the arithmetic fits those four Event rows, but the database does not label them, so the match stays unconfirmed.
| Database id | Name as printed | English (rendering) | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| Come on…!!! We’ll take you on!!! (store listing name) | Event |
| It’s my era!!!! | Event |
The database prints no label for the Sanji super parallel, the event parallels or the DON!! parallels, so each such name belongs to Bandai’s feature copy or a retailer, not to a database field.
The 18 New PRB02 Cards
The 18 numbers PRB02-001 to PRB02-018 are the cards printed new for this product, and they are the only numbers with base rows. Six of them are Super Rares, and each of the six has a base row and a _p1 row in the database. The PRB02 prefix carries 36 rows between its 18 numbers.
| Number | Name as printed | English (rendering) | Color | Database rows | SNKRDUNK SR-P lowest ask |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
The ask column is SNKRDUNK’s SR-P label, which is its own name for the parallel print. The base SR prints of PRB02-002, PRB02-005, PRB02-008, PRB02-014 and PRB02-017 show ¥1,000 on the same date, and PRB02-010 shows ¥2,000. These are asks, not sales.
The Banned Reprint: OP06-047
(Charlotte Pudding), and the database holds two rows for it: OP06-047_r1 with the rarity R and OP06-047_p3 with the rarity SPカード. The official notice 「2026.09.24 [木] ルール 禁止・制限カード追加のお知らせ」 prints OP06-047 in its list of banned cards already in force, defined there as cards that cannot be put in a deck at all (「デッキに1枚も入れることができないカード」). The same list also names OP03-040, OP06-086, ST10-001 and OP06-116. The restricted-card list on the notice reads 「該当カード無し」.
OP06-047 is the only PRB-02 number printed on the notice’s banned-card list. SNKRDUNK lists the SP print as R-SPC at a lowest ask of ¥4,788 on October 2, 2026. Our banned and restricted list explainer covers how the lists work.
The Top 10 SNKRDUNK Asks for PRB-02 Singles
Cards are ordered by raw lowest SNKRDUNK ask on October 2, 2026, from listings that carry PRB-02 as their product name. The second column shows SNKRDUNK’s labels, and the PSA 10 column is the lowest ask in the PSA 10 row of each product page’s condition grid. Rows marked weak rest on a single listing.
| Rank | Card (rendering) and SNKRDUNK label | Number | Lowest ask | PSA 10 lowest ask |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Sanji SEC-SP (コミパラ) | OP06-119 | ¥135,555 | ¥200,000 |
R-P (Gum-Gum Giant, rendering) | OP09-078 | ¥30,000 | ¥64,000 |
R-P (Finger Pistol, rendering); weak figure | EB01-051 | ¥29,800 | ¥29,800 |
| 4 | Monkey D. Luffy SEC-SPC | EB02-061 | ¥17,790 | ¥46,000 |
| 5 | Come on…!!! We’ll take you on!!! R-P | OP09-020 | ¥13,000 | ¥33,000 |
| 6 | Cross Guild R-P | OP09-057 | ¥12,500 | ¥35,000 |
UC foil (Gum-Gum Thunder, rendering); weak figure | OP09-077 | ¥10,000 | no dated figure |
R-P (It’s my era!!!!, rendering) | OP09-096 | ¥10,000 | ¥18,000 |
P-P (Jinbe, rendering) | P-063 | ¥9,000 | ¥9,000 |
| 10 | Shanks SR-SPC | OP06-007 | ¥7,000 | ¥43,500 |
Sanji OP06-119 leads the ranking by a wide margin, and the second and third asks, ¥30,000 and ¥29,800, are close to each other. The first-ranked ask of ¥135,555 is about 4.5 times the second-ranked ask of ¥30,000, and the PSA 10 column for that row shows ¥200,000 against a raw lowest ask of ¥135,555. No dated ask is shown for the SEC reprints of EB01-061, OP06-118, OP07-118, OP07-119 and OP08-118.
Box Prices: Our Listing and the SNKRDUNK Box Ask
The PRB-02 Booster Box product has a Box option. On the store page, as of October 2, 2026, the Box option is currently listed at ¥10,975 (~$71) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order).
| Item | Price or ask | Source and date |
|---|---|---|
| Booster Box, Box option | ¥10,975 (~$71) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) | Product page, as of October 2, 2026 |
| Sealed Japanese box, lowest ask | ¥8,999 | SNKRDUNK product page, October 2, 2026 |
| Sealed Japanese box, lowest ask | ¥9,690 | SNKRDUNK, September 30, 2026 |
| Single pack, lowest ask | ¥1,000 | SNKRDUNK, October 2, 2026; official pack MSRP ¥550 (tax-in) |
SNKRDUNK’s search row for the same box showed ¥8,899 at 14:46 JST on October 2, and its product page showed ¥8,999 at 15:59 JST. All SNKRDUNK rows are asks on one marketplace, not sales. Against the product-page ask of ¥8,999, the Box option listing of ¥10,975 is the higher figure, and the September 30 ask of ¥9,690 was also higher than the October 2 product-page ask of ¥8,999. The Box option is a store listing with its own page and terms.
Sealed Box or Singles
PRB-02 splits buyers into two groups: those who want the sealed premium booster format, and those who want one named card. The first group has one product page, and the second has to match number, suffix and label.
| Route | Suits a buyer who | Check first |
|---|---|---|
| Booster Box, Box option (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) | wants the sealed premium booster format to open or hold | The Box option on the product page |
| Singles, raw or PSA 10 | wants a named card such as the Sanji SEC row | The number and the suffix: OP06-119 has a _p3 row and an _r1 row |
| Sister set PRB-01 | wants the first ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST product as well | Our PRB-01 booster box guide covers it |
The printed floor of an SR or better in each pack describes the minimum rarity of one pack. It does not say which card a pack holds, so a buyer who wants one card is better served by the single. Our PRB-02 pull rates and best cards article is the store’s content, not an official figure, and our ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST guide compares the two products in the line.

PSA 10 Cards from PRB-02
PSA 10 Sanji SEC-SP (Comic Parallel) OP06-119 is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥198,559 (~$1,289) — sourced to order; the product page shows the current terms. Our PSA 10 back order guide describes the process. PSA 10 Cross Guild R-P OP09-057 is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥35,326 (~$229), and PSA 10 “Come on…!!! We’ll take you on!!!” R-P OP09-020 at ¥29,539 (~$192).

The store labels (SEC-SP, Comic Parallel, R-P) are the store’s and SNKRDUNK’s names. In the database the R-P labels on OP09-057 and OP09-020 correspond to rows OP09-057_p2 and OP09-020_p2, which carry the SPカード rarity and the Event type, and the Sanji label corresponds to the SEC row OP06-119_p3; the database itself flags only the suffix. More graded cards are on the PSA 10 card list.
What Bandai Does Not Publish
Bandai publishes no pull rates for PRB-02, and the Japanese, English and Asia English product pages and the rules Q&A show no rate, odds or probability. The one per-pack statement is the SR-or-better guarantee, which sets a minimum rarity and gives no rate for any specific card.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is PRB-02, and how is it different from a booster pack?
PRB-02 is the Premium Booster ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST vol.2【PRB-02】. Each pack holds 10 cards at ¥550 tax-in, and the official pages print that every pack contains an SR or better. The numbered OP sets are ブースターパック products with 6-card packs.
How many cards are in PRB-02?
The Japanese page prints 全179種+30種, meaning 179 card types plus 30 DON!! cards. The official database holds 316 rows covering 173 printed numbers. The English page prints 129+30 beside a rarity line that adds up to 179, and the page does not explain the difference.
When did PRB-02 release in Japan and in English?
The official Japanese page prints July 26, 2025 as the release date. The official English page prints October 3, 2025 and a legal date of October 10, 2025. The Asia English page prints July 26, 2025, the same date as Japan, and it prints no legal date.
How much does a PRB-02 booster box cost?
Bandai prints a pack MSRP of ¥550 tax-in in Japan and $5.49 in English, and no box price. As of October 2, 2026 our Box option is currently listed at ¥10,975 (~$71) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order), and the lowest SNKRDUNK ask for a sealed Japanese box was ¥8,999 on that date.
Does every PRB-02 pack contain an SR?
The official Japanese page prints that every pack contains an SR or higher, and the English page prints at least one SR card or better. That is a printed minimum per pack. Bandai publishes no pull rate for any specific card, so how often a given card appears is not an official figure.
What do the _r rows in PRB-02 mean?
The official database gives PRB-02 two suffix families: 143 _p rows and 155 _r rows across 173 printed numbers. It prints the suffix only and does not say what _r denotes, so no official source defines it. Only the 18 new PRB02 numbers also have rows without a suffix.
Which PRB-02 card has the highest SNKRDUNK ask?
On October 2, 2026 the lowest SNKRDUNK ask for Sanji OP06-119, labelled SEC-SP (コミパラ), was ¥135,555, and the next row in the ranking was ¥30,000. These are asking prices on one marketplace. The database has two SEC rows for the number, _p3 and _r1, and flags only the suffix.
Is any PRB-02 card banned?
PRB-02 reprints OP06-047 Charlotte Pudding, and the official notice prints OP06-047 on its list of banned cards already in force, meaning cards that cannot go in a deck at all. It is the only PRB-02 number on that banned-card list. The notice lists no restricted cards.
