EB-03 chase cards are the Heroines Edition cards collectors hunt for in the Japanese ONE PIECE CARD GAME Extra Booster: the Leader EB03-001 Nefeltari Vivi, nine SP cards, and heroines such as Carrot, Charlotte Linlin and Kujyaku. What are the EB-03 chase cards in Heroines Edition?

The EB-03 chase cards are the Leader EB03-001 Nefeltari Vivi, the nine SP cards, and the named heroine cards such as Carrot, Charlotte Linlin and Kujyaku. Every name in that list comes from the official EB-03 page, not from market chatter.

“Chase card” is a collector’s term. In this guide we use it for the cards the official product page puts in front: the new Leader, the nine SP cards and the heroines it lists by name. The set is built around the women of One Piece. Our EB-03 Heroines Edition booster box page (업데이트: 현재 품절 — Quick Order로 재입고 요청) describes it as all-new cards featuring heroines from across every arc of the series.

Because EB-03 is a randomized product, none of these cards is promised in any particular pack or box. Our box page says it plainly: the cards in each box are randomly packed at the factory and individual card pulls are not guaranteed. The official page adds that multiples of one card may appear and that a full set may be hard to assemble. So treat this list as a map of what exists, not a forecast of what you will open.

The sections below go in order: the Leader, the nine SP cards, the other named heroines, the rarity counts, the paper cost of a pack and box, how to verify a card number, the damaged-box listing, and shipping and payment.

Which Leader card is the headline of EB-03?

The headline Leader of EB-03 is EB03-001 Nefeltari Vivi, a new Leader card that gives character cards [Rush]. The official English page describes it as a new Leader, and the Japanese page lists it as ネフェルタリ・ビビ EB03-001 and says it gives 〈速攻〉.

The official rarity breakdown lists one Leader: Leader 1. That makes EB03-001 the only Leader in the set’s published breakdown. The official page also says cards are tournament legal from the pre-release date in your region. The official Japanese page mentions Heroines CUP events held at three locations in Japan, where only heroine Leaders could be used in 3-on-3 team battles, and a release event planned around the set.

EB03-001 Nefeltari Vivi, the EB-03 Leader.

If you are comparing Vivi cards, the card number is the anchor. EB03-001 is the Leader, and EB03-024 is a different card, the Vivi SP card, so confirm the number before you pay for a specific one. Our EB-03 full card list guide is the place to continue if you want to go through the set number by number.

Which nine SP cards are in EB-03?

The nine SP cards in EB-03 are EB03-003 Uta, EB03-018 Tashigi, EB03-024 Nefeltari Vivi, EB03-026 Boa Hancock, EB03-031 Vinsmoke Reiju, EB03-042 Koala, EB03-045 Perona, EB03-053 Nami and EB03-055 Nico Robin. The official English EB-03 page lists all nine.

The nine official EB-03 SP cards
Card number Character Notes
EB03-003 Uta SP card
EB03-018 Tashigi SP card
EB03-024 Nefeltari Vivi SP card; the Leader is a separate card, EB03-001
EB03-026 Boa Hancock SP card
EB03-031 Vinsmoke Reiju SP card
EB03-042 Koala SP card
EB03-045 Perona SP card
EB03-053 Nami SP card
EB03-055 Nico Robin SP card

Two things stand out in that table. First, Vivi appears twice: once as the Leader (EB03-001) and once as an SP card (EB03-024). They are different cards with different numbers, and a listing that just says “Vivi” is not enough to know which one you are buying. Second, the Asia English page gives the same SP numbers (003, 018, 024, 026, 031, 042, 045, 053, 055), so the list is consistent across the official sites we checked.

Our box page names Nami, Nico Robin, Boa Hancock, Yamato and Big Mom as key cards with exclusive heroine-edition artwork. Nami, Robin and Hancock are on the official SP list above. The official page lists a heroine entry EB03-034 Charlotte Linlin, covered in the next section. We do not have an official card number for Yamato in our source pages, so we do not give one.

For more on the parallels, SP cards and Secret Rares, see our article EB-03 Heroines Edition Parallel, SP and Secret Rares: One Piece List.

Which other heroine cards do collectors look for in EB-03?

Beyond the SP cards, the official page lists three heroines by name: EB03-013 Carrot, EB03-034 Charlotte Linlin and EB03-041 Kujyaku. The official page files them under “Heroine lineup”.

Named heroine entries on the official EB-03 page
Card number Character
EB03-013 Carrot Heroine lineup
EB03-034 Charlotte Linlin Heroine lineup
EB03-041 Kujyaku Heroine lineup

The official pages we used do not say which rarity each of these three cards has, and they do not rank any card above another. We therefore do not claim a hierarchy. If a seller tells you one of these is rarer than another, the claim needs its own source. The set’s published rarity counts are in the next section, and they are the only counts we treat as official.

For a separate article on the hits in this set, see EB-03 Heroines Edition Chase Cards: Top One Piece Hits & God Pack. This guide does not quote odds.

What rarities are in EB-03, and how many of each?

EB-03 has 71 card types plus 4 DON!! card types, and the rarity split is Leader 1, Common 29, Rare 21, Super Rare 9, Secret Rare 2, Special Card 9 and DON!! Card 4. Both the Asia English page and the Japanese page give this breakdown.

EB-03 rarity breakdown (official)
Rarity Card types
Leader 1
Common 29
Rare 21
Super Rare 9
Secret Rare 2
Special Card 9
DON!! Card 4
합계 71 + 4 DON!! = 75 types

Add the first six rows and you get 71, which matches the “71 types” figure; the four DON!! types make the “+4”. The official English page adds that the DON!! cards come in four types, with normal and alt-art versions.

Our product page for the box lists the contents slightly differently. It says 1 new Leader, 1 Secret Rare and 26 Special Parallels. The official pages give 2 Secret Rares and 9 Special Cards, and the 26 figure does not appear on the official pages we used. For that reason this guide sticks to the official numbers. If you are counting cards for a binder, use the official breakdown above.

There are two Secret Rares, but the official pages we used do not name them, so we do not name them either. Check the official card list before treating any number as a Secret Rare.

What does an EB-03 pack or box cost on paper?

On paper, an EB-03 pack is priced at 220 yen including tax in Japan and USD $4.99 MSRP on the official English site. These are official pack prices, not what a sealed box sells for on the secondary market.

The Japanese page lists 220円 (tax included) per pack, and the English page lists MSRP USD $4.99 per pack. A box holds 24 packs, so simple multiplication gives the following. These are our arithmetic, not prices printed by Bandai.

Pack price multiplied by 24 packs per box (our arithmetic)
Source Per pack 24 packs
Official Japanese site 220 yen (tax included) 5,280 yen
Official English site USD $4.99 MSRP USD $119.76

Those totals describe the face value of the packs inside a box. They are a starting reference for reading any seller’s ask. They say nothing about where a sealed box or a single card will trade, and we make no prediction on that. Shipping, and in some cases a payment processing fee, are added on top for orders from us; both are covered below.

Our regular box is on the EB-03 Heroines Edition Japanese booster box page (업데이트: 현재 품절 — Quick Order로 재입고 요청). A related article is EB-03 Heroines Edition Booster Box: Japanese One Piece Price. Prices on product pages change, so use the live page rather than any figure in an article.

Can you tell which chase cards are in a sealed EB-03 box?

No, you cannot tell which cards are inside a sealed EB-03 box. The product is randomized, the cards are packed at the factory, and our box page states that individual card pulls are not guaranteed.

What you can know is the structure. Each box has 24 booster packs, each pack has 6 cards, so a box has 144 cards. The set has 71 card types plus 4 DON!! types. The official page warns that multiples of one card may appear, and that illustrations and product details may differ from the actual product. We do not quote pull rates in this guide.

That leaves two ways to approach EB-03 chase cards:

  • Open sealed product if you enjoy the randomness and accept that a given SP card may not appear.
  • Buy the specific card if you want, say, EB03-053 Nami. In that case match the exact card number to the official list before you pay.

Our box page states that the box is brand new and sealed and is shipped directly from our warehouse in Tokyo via FedEx.

What is the EB-03 damaged-box listing?

The damaged-box listing is the EB-03 Heroines Edition booster box with cosmetic damage to the outer box, such as dents or scratches, sold at a discount. The EB-03 damaged box page says the cards inside are unaffected.

The terms on that page are specific, so read them before ordering:

  • Photos are samples. The first image shows the regular product so you can identify the set; the condition photos that follow are sample photos of damaged boxes.
  • The box you receive may differ from the photos. The type and extent of damage vary by item.
  • The item is sold as-is. The page states that returns and refunds are not accepted and that inquiries about this item are not answered.
Sample condition photo of another damaged box; the box you receive may differ
Sample condition photo of another damaged box. Your box may differ.
Second sample condition photo of another damaged box; the box you receive may differ
A second sample of box damage. Your box may differ.

The two sample photos above are labelled by the product page as samples of damaged boxes in general. They show the kind of damage the listing means, and the actual item you receive may differ.

The page explains why these boxes exist: the warehouse in Tokyo takes in large volumes of Japanese trading cards daily, and boxes with dents or scratches are separated from regular stock during inspection because they cannot be sold as mint-condition products. They were kept in storage and are now offered at a lower price than regular products. If the outer box’s condition matters less to you than the cards inside, which the page says are unaffected, this is the listing meant for that.

How do you check an EB-03 card number before buying a chase card?

Check an EB-03 card by its number against the official card list, because a name alone can match several different cards. The format is EB03-, then three digits, as in EB03-001 or EB03-053.

A short checklist helps:

  1. Read the number first. EB03-001 is the Leader Vivi; EB03-024 is the Vivi SP card. Same character, different cards.
  2. Match the card to the SP list in the table above if a seller calls it an SP card. Only nine numbers are SP cards.
  3. Check the language. This guide covers the Japanese edition. The official English and Japanese pages show different release dates (February 20, 2026 on the English site, October 25, 2025 on the Japanese site), so confirm which edition a listing refers to.
  4. Look at the photo you are given. Official pages note that illustrations may differ from the actual product, and the same caution applies to any seller photo that is not of the exact card.

A note on dates. Our box page lists February 20, 2026 as the Japanese release date. The official Japanese site lists October 25, 2025, and February 20, 2026 appears on the official English-language site. For the Japanese edition this article uses the official Japanese date in the key facts table.

The Japanese page also notes that cards are randomly packed, that photos and the actual product may differ somewhat, and that product specifications may change. Those are the official caveats, and they apply to everything above.

How do shipping and payment work for EB-03 from Tokyo?

EB-03 ships from our Tokyo warehouse by FedEx, with standard and expedited options, and you pay in Japanese yen by Wise, PayPal or card through PayPal. The details below come from our shipping policy and payment methods page.

📩 멤버멤버 전용 세일 알림 & 쿠폰
Shipping options (estimates, not guarantees)
옵션 Service FedEx transit after dispatch Cost
기준가 FedEx International Connect Plus, with tracking Usually 3-7 business days Calculated at checkout from your address
Expedited FedEx International Priority, with tracking Usually 2-5 business days Calculated at checkout from your address

Our policy says most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after PayPal or Wise payment has cleared, and that this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Business days exclude weekends and Japanese national holidays. The transit times above do not include handling time, pre-order release timing, supplier allocation delays, quality inspection holds, weekends, Japanese national holidays, customs processing, carrier congestion or weather. After handoff to FedEx, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier and destination-country authorities. FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, so use a physical address. There is no minimum order amount or quantity.

Once your order is dispatched, you can check the tracking number and the carrier’s latest delivery estimate from your account or the shipping confirmation email. Before dispatch, you can follow the order status through your customer account.

Payment methods (all payments in Japanese yen)
Method What the page says
Wise 계좌 이체 No payment processing fee. Without a screenshot the order is cancelled automatically if payment is not received within 12 hours (3 hours if the order contains a pre-order item). SWIFT payments incur a JPY 611 receiving fee.
PayPal Paid immediately at checkout. The 5% payment processing fee applies.
Credit and debit cards (through PayPal) Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB; which is offered depends on PayPal, your country and your card. The 5% payment processing fee applies.
PayPal Pay Later Offered and operated by PayPal where available; availability is decided by PayPal.

The payment page also says any difference between the amount we charge and the amount on your statement, such as exchange rates or conversion fees, is determined by your payment provider and is outside our control.

If you pay by Wise, the page explains a second option: upload a screenshot of your transfer within 5 days of placing the order, and the order price is then held for a total of 10 days from placing the order. The screenshot option requires an account and is not available at guest checkout. Enter the payment reference issued with your order, SST-{order number}, in the Wise reference field exactly as issued. For SWIFT transfers, the page asks you to select the OUR charge option so that correspondent bank fees are covered on your side.

If you want to split a payment, the page says PayPal Pay Later is operated by PayPal and the instalment agreement is between you and PayPal. The options we see at our checkout are interest-free and depend on the buyer’s country, for example PayPal Pay in 4 in the United States, Canada and Australia, and PayPal Pay in 3 in the United Kingdom. Whichever option appears, the terms PayPal shows in its own window are the ones that apply.

On address changes, the policy says that while an order is paid and its shipment has not yet been scheduled, you can update the shipping address yourself from My Account > Orders. The destination country cannot be changed, and the carrier, shipping method and FedEx service level remain those selected at checkout. If shipping to the new address costs more, you are asked to pay the difference before dispatch. After the shipment is scheduled, self-service changes are closed.

Dispatch can take longer than standard if, for example, a supplier allocation changes or a unit reserved for your order fails quality inspection. In that case the policy says we will email you as soon as practical with a revised estimate, and for significant dispatch delays before handoff to FedEx we may offer the option to wait or to cancel the order with a full refund.

The policy says customs inspections and import procedures can delay delivery after dispatch and are outside our control. It does not set out who pays any import charges, so we do not state that here.
