What is the One Piece Card Game Japanese 3rd Anniversary Set?

It is a deluxe set that marks the 3rd anniversary of the Japanese version of the One Piece Card Game. The official English product page files it under the “Other” category and describes it as a deluxe set for that anniversary.

The full English name on that page is PREMIUM BANDAI ONE PIECE CARD GAME Japanese 3rd ANNIVERSARY SET. The page states that it is sold through PREMIUM BANDAI (p-bandai.com). The Japanese announcement calls it ONE PIECEカードゲーム 3rd ANNIVERSARY SET and says the sale ran through Premium Bandai (プレミアムバンダイ).

The Japanese announcement describes the promotion cards as glowing red (赤く輝くプロモーションカード). It says the theme is the bond of the three brothers Ace, Sabo and Luffy, and calls it a limited item. Those are the only descriptive details the official pages give about the design side of the set.

The official English page lists no set code for this product. The name “Japanese 3rd ANNIVERSARY SET” is used on the English page, and “3rd ANNIVERSARY SET” is used on the Japanese page.

When was the One Piece Card Game Japanese 3rd Anniversary Set released?

The official English page lists the delivery month as March 2026 and gives no exact day. The Japanese announcement, dated August 28, 2025, lists a lottery sales period through Premium Bandai.

The timeline below uses only dates that appear on the official pages.

The Japanese page gives the lottery window as 2025年8月29日(金)11:00 to 9月30日(火)23:00 and names Premium Bandai as the channel. The English page names the same channel, PREMIUM BANDAI (p-bandai.com).

The English page states a delivery month only. It also notes that it does not list a specific release date. No official source we have gives a single day, so this article does not state one.

What is inside the One Piece Card Game Japanese 3rd Anniversary Set?

The set holds six kinds of items: 10 special promotion cards, 10 special DON!! cards, 70 special sleeves, 1 leather card case, 1 leather storage box and 6 power counters. Both official pages list the same quantities.

Adding the quantities gives 98 items: 10 + 10 + 70 + 1 + 1 + 6. That total is our own sum of the listed numbers. Of those, 20 are cards (10 promotion cards and 10 DON!! cards) and 78 are the other items.

The sleeves are the largest count in the list, at 70. The official pages describe them as special sleeves (特製スリーブ) and give no further detail about their design or size.

The official products page describes a Starter Deck as a preconstructed 50-card deck with 1 Leader card, 10 DON!! cards and 3 Basic Rule index cards. It also says 부스터 팩 contain random cards of varying rarities.

The power counter appears in the contents as 特製パワーカウンター6個, and the leather items as 特製レザーカードケース and 特製レザーストレージボックス. The pages do not describe their size, material details or markings, so this article does not either.

Which cards are in the Japanese 3rd Anniversary Set?

The official pages do not name any of the cards. They state only that there are 10 promotion cards and 10 DON!! cards, with no card names, numbers or rarities.

The English page does not list individual card names, rarities or a specific release date. It adds that product designs and images are under development and may differ from final products. The Japanese page likewise does not name the promotion cards or DON!! cards.

What the sources do say:

• There are 10 promotion cards. The Japanese page describes them as glowing red.
• There are 10 DON!! cards, listed as special DON!! cards.
• The announced theme is the bond of the brothers Ace, Sabo and Luffy.
• The Japanese page calls the set a limited item.

What the sources do not say: which characters appear on the promos, which card is a Leader, what any card’s effect is, or how the cards are numbered. Those details are left blank here until an official page fills them in.

For an example of how a different One Piece Japanese set was covered, our Saint Gunko OP-18 guide official source first, cards after.

How much does the One Piece Card Game Japanese 3rd Anniversary Set cost?

The official English page lists an MSRP of USD $200.00, and the official Japanese page lists 19,800 yen including tax. These are the two prices the official pages give.

Treat these as two separate figures from two different pages. We do not convert one into the other, because neither page does. Neither figure is a market price: MSRP is the manufacturer’s suggested price, and the Japanese page states the price including tax.

The contents behind the price are 20 cards (10 promotion and 10 DON!!) plus 70 sleeves, 1 leather card case, 1 leather storage box and 6 power counters, as listed in the contents section above.

How is the 3rd Anniversary Set different from a booster box?

The anniversary set is listed with a fixed contents list of promos, DON!! cards and accessories, while the official products page says 부스터 팩 contain random cards of varying rarities. The two products are described in different terms.

The official products page describes 부스터 팩 and Starter Decks. The anniversary set page lists quantities of each item instead: 10 promotion cards, 10 DON!! cards, 70 sleeves, and so on. Here is the comparison, using one related box we sell as the reference point.

The EB-05 contents come from our own EB-05 product page, which states 24 packs with 6 팩당 카드. Multiplying 24 by 6 gives 144 cards, a figure we calculate from those two numbers. The anniversary set data comes from the official pages cited above.

How should you read the official pages for the 3rd Anniversary Set?

Read the English page for the contents list and MSRP, the Japanese news page for the sale dates and theme, and the products page for category context. Each page gives a different slice of the facts.

Four reading tips follow from the pages.

English text is definitive. If a translated version reads differently, the English wording rules.

Designs may differ. The English page says product designs and images are under development and may differ from final products. Do not treat any early image as the final look.

Keep the two prices apart. The USD figure appears on the English site and the yen figure on the Japanese announcement. Each is quoted by a different page.

“Limited item” is the official wording. The Japanese page calls it limited. It gives no print run, and neither do we.

What do the Japanese terms on the official page mean?

The Japanese announcement uses a handful of terms that map directly onto the English contents list. Matching them lets you check the two pages against each other.

The quantities match across both pages, which is a useful check. The red-glow wording is on the Japanese page only, so if you quote it, credit the Japanese announcement.

What One Piece Japanese sets are available to buy today while you wait?

Related Japanese One Piece sets available now include OP-13, EB-02 and EB-05. They are different sets with different cards, and none of them is the 3rd Anniversary Set or contains its items.

The EB-05 page describes its box as a sealed extra booster box. The EB-02 entry carries “Damaged Box” in its product name, and the product page is the place to read what it lists. The EB-05 page states each box contains 24 packs with 6 팩당 카드. We make no claim that any of these sets share cards with the anniversary set.

How do shipping and payment work for these related sets?

Our shipping policy lists FedEx International Connect Plus as standard shipping and FedEx International Priority as expedited shipping, with cost calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Estimated transit after dispatch is usually 3-7 business days for standard and 2-5 business days for expedited.

The shipping policy says these transit times are estimates only. It also states that most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after PayPal or Wise payment has cleared, and that this handling window is an estimate. Business days exclude weekends and Japanese national holidays. There is no minimum order amount or quantity.

On payment, the payment methods page says all payments are made in Japanese yen. Accepted methods are Wise bank transfer, PayPal, and credit or debit cards through PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB, with the choice offered decided by PayPal based on your country and card). Wise bank transfer is the only method without the 5% payment processing fee; PayPal and card payments carry it.

For Wise, the page sets deadlines. Without a screenshot, the order is cancelled automatically if payment has not been received within 12 hours. With a screenshot uploaded within 5 days, the order price is held for a total of 10 days from placing the order. The screenshot option requires an account. Payments by SWIFT incur a receiving fee of JPY 611, so the page asks you to add JPY 611 to your order total. PayPal Pay Later is offered and operated by PayPal where available, and which option appears is decided by PayPal.

The shipping policy also says that dispatch may take longer than the standard handling time in some cases, such as supplier allocation changes or inventory arriving later than expected. If dispatch is delayed, it says we will contact you by email as soon as practical with the revised estimate.

What should you check before relying on information about the 3rd Anniversary Set?

Check the exact name, the Japanese edition label and the contents list against the official pages before relying on any listing or article. The full name is PREMIUM BANDAI ONE PIECE CARD GAME Japanese 3rd ANNIVERSARY SET, and the Japanese name is ONE PIECEカードゲーム 3rd ANNIVERSARY SET.

Here is a checklist built only from the official pages:

• Name match: ONE PIECEカードゲーム 3rd ANNIVERSARY SET (Japanese) and Japanese 3rd ANNIVERSARY SET (English).
• Contents match: 10 promotion cards, 10 DON!! cards, 70 sleeves, 1 leather card case, 1 leather storage box, 6 power counters.
• Category: “Other” on the official English page, with no set code listed.
• Sales channel: PREMIUM BANDAI (p-bandai.com).
• Price: USD $200.00 MSRP on the English page, 19,800 yen including tax on the Japanese page.
• Timing: delivery month March 2026 on the English page; lottery period August 29 to September 30, 2025 on the Japanese page.
• Theme: the bond of Ace, Sabo and Luffy, with glowing red promotion cards per the Japanese announcement.

Because the English page says designs may differ from final products, rely on the contents quantities rather than on any early image. If a source gives a card name, number or rarity for this set, check whether it comes from an official page, because the official pages we used give none.
