EB-03 Chase Cards: The Leader, SP Cards and Heroines to Look For

EB-03 chase cards are the cards collectors hunt in the Japanese edition of EXTRA BOOSTER -ONE PIECE Heroines Edition [EB-03]: the new Leader EB03-001 Nefeltari Vivi, nine SP cards including Nami, Nico Robin and Boa Hancock, and the Secret Rares. This guide sorts them using only official sources.

Updated November 6, 2026

Key facts: what is EB-03 in one table?

EB-03 is a Japanese ONE PIECE CARD GAME Extra Booster that focuses on female characters from across the series. The table below gives the exact names and numbers, each tied to an official page.

상품 Detail
세트 코드 EB-03
English name EXTRA BOOSTER -ONE PIECE Heroines Edition- [EB-03] (official Asia English page)
Japanese name エクストラブースター ONE PIECE Heroines Edition【EB-03】 (official Japanese page)
Edition covered here Japanese edition
Japanese release date October 25, 2025 (official Japanese page)
Japanese price per pack 220 yen including tax (official Japanese page)
Cards per pack 6 cards
Card types 71 types plus 4 DON!! card types (75 in total)
Leader EB03-001 Nefeltari Vivi
Box (our listing) 24 packs, 144 cards per box, per our EB-03 booster box page (업데이트: 현재 품절 — Quick Order로 재입고 요청)

Two things are worth knowing before you go further. First, the official pages do not all show the same release date. The official Japanese page and the Asia English page give October 25, 2025, while the page on the official en.onepiece-cardgame.com site gives February 20, 2026 and an MSRP of USD $4.99 per pack (official en. page). Our own box listing also gives February 20, 2026 as the Japanese release date. Second, we have no source that settles this conflict, so this article uses the October 25, 2025 date and 220 yen price shown on the official Japanese product page, and it labels every other date and price by the page it comes from.

What are the EB-03 chase cards?

The EB-03 chase cards are the Leader card EB03-001 Nefeltari Vivi, the nine SP cards the official page names by number, and the two Secret Rares in the set.

“Chase” is a collector word. What the official pages give us is a card lineup with a named Leader, a named set of SP cards and a named Heroine lineup. Our approach is simple: we treat the cards the official pages call out as the core of the chase, and we add the cards our own product page names as key cards. We do not rank them by value, we do not forecast prices, and we do not quote pull odds, because none of those are in the official material and a sealed booster box is a randomized product.

The cards that appear by name in official sources, grouped by role, are below.

Role Card number Character Source
Leader EB03-001 Nefeltari Vivi Official en. page
SP card EB03-003 Uta Official en. page

Which Leader card is in EB-03?

The only new Leader in EB-03 is EB03-001 Nefeltari Vivi, a Leader that gives character cards [Rush]. In the Japanese text the official page describes the same effect as giving 〈速攻〉.

The official breakdown lists exactly one Leader in the set, so there is no ambiguity about which card carries that role. Our product page agrees: it describes the box as containing 1 new Leader card.

The same character also appears a second time as a different card. EB03-024 is a Nefeltari Vivi SP card, listed separately among the nine SP cards. If you search by character name alone, you will see both EB03-001 and EB03-024, and they are not the same card. Always match the card number, not just the name.

Which SP cards do collectors chase in EB-03?

The nine SP cards are EB03-003 Uta, EB03-018 Tashigi, EB03-024 Nefeltari Vivi, EB03-026 Boa Hancock, EB03-031 Vinsmoke Reiju, EB03-042 Koala, EB03-045 Perona, EB03-053 Nami and EB03-055 Nico Robin. This list comes straight from the official en. product page.

The Asia English page confirms the same numbers in its own wording: SP cards EB03-003, 018, 024, 026, 031, 042, 045, 053 and 055 (official Asia English page). Its rarity breakdown puts the number of Special Cards at 9, which matches the nine numbers listed.

Our own product page names a slightly different shortlist as key cards: Nami, Nico Robin, Boa Hancock, Yamato and Big Mom, all with heroine-edition artwork. Three of those five match official SP entries by character name: Nami (EB03-053), Nico Robin (EB03-055) and Boa Hancock (EB03-026). The official pages quoted here give no card number for Yamato or Big Mom, so we do not attach one.

One more count needs explaining. Our product page says the box includes 26 Special Parallels, while the official page lists nine SP cards. These are different counts of different things, and the official page does not break parallels down for us, so we are not going to reconcile them. If you need the parallel-by-parallel detail, our EB-03 parallel, SP and Secret Rare list is the right companion.

What do the Heroine lineup cards add?

The official page names three cards as the Heroine lineup: EB03-013 Carrot, EB03-034 Charlotte Linlin and EB03-041 Kujyaku.

These three are a useful reminder that the official lineup in EB-03 is wider than the SP block. A collector focused on Nami or Robin will look at EB03-053 and EB03-055. A collector who wants Carrot needs EB03-013, and one who wants Charlotte Linlin needs EB03-034. None of these three numbers appears in the SP list, which means they are separate from the nine SP cards above.

The official Japanese page also mentions a Heroines CUP held at three locations in Japan, restricted to heroine leaders, with 3-on-3 team battles, and a release event. That is event information from the official page and is not tied to any specific card.

How many Secret Rares and other rarities are in EB-03?

EB-03 has 2 Secret Rares out of 71 regular card types, according to the official rarity breakdown. The full split is Leader 1, Common 29, Rare 21, Super Rare 9, Secret Rare 2, Special Card 9 and DON!! Card 4.

Rarity or type Number of types
Leader 1
Common 29
Rare 21
Super Rare 9
Secret Rare 2
Special Card 9
DON!! Card 4
합계 75 (71 + 4)

The figures come from the official Asia English page and the official Japanese page, which agree. Adding the seven rows gives 75, which is the 71 types plus the 4 DON!! card types the pages state. The first six rows add up to 71.

The official page states that the DON!! cards come in four types, each with a normal and an alt-art version. The pages do not rank them against the rest of the set.

The Secret Rare count deserves a flag. The official breakdown says 2. Our product page summary says “1 Secret Rare”. When the two differ, rely on the official breakdown, and use card numbers from the official pages when you search for a specific card.

We show EB03-061 and EB03-062 here because they are in our image set for this release. We do not give their names or rarities, because the official sources quoted in this article do not state them.

Can you aim for a chase card by buying a box?

No. A sealed EB-03 booster box is a randomized product, so you cannot choose which cards you get, and you may not get any particular card. Our product page says this plainly: the cards in each box are randomly packed at the factory.

The official pages add to that. Cards are randomly inserted, multiples of one card may appear, and a full set may be hard to assemble. They also say the photos and details may differ from the actual product. A box contains 24 packs of 6 cards, which is 144 cards, but nothing in the official material tells you how many of any given chase card to expect, and we will not guess at it.

If you want the experience of opening the set, the box is the product. If you want one specific card, a sealed box cannot promise it, because individual card pulls are not guaranteed.

Your goal What fits What to know
Open the whole set Sealed booster box Randomized; any given card may not appear
Identify a specific card The card number (EB03-001, EB03-053 and so on) Match the number, not just the name
Open the set from a discounted listing Damaged-box listing Outer box has cosmetic damage; sold as-is
Regular sealed box Regular box listing Availability changes; check the page

Should you buy the regular box or the damaged box?

Choose the regular box if the outer box condition matters to you, and the damaged box if a discount matters more. Our damaged-box listing is discounted because of cosmetic damage to the outer box, and the cards inside are described as unaffected.

We offer two EB-03 box listings. The regular EB-03 Heroines Edition booster box (업데이트: 현재 품절 — Quick Order로 재입고 요청) is described as brand new and sealed. The EB-03 Damaged Box listing is the same set with a damaged outer box. Stock on both changes, so open the page for the current status.

The damaged-box terms are strict, and you should read them before ordering:

  • The discount is for cosmetic damage to the outer box, such as dents or scratches.
  • The photos are samples. The first image shows the regular product so you can identify the set, and the condition photos that follow show other damaged boxes. The box you receive may differ.
  • The type and extent of damage vary by item.
  • The item is sold as-is. We do not respond to inquiries about this item, and returns and refunds are not accepted.

The product page explains why these boxes exist. Our warehouse in Tokyo takes in large volumes of Japanese trading cards daily, and staff inspect every item against defined condition standards. Boxes that could not be sold as mint-condition products were separated during inspection and are now offered at a lower price than regular stock.

Because the exact damage cannot be chosen, the damaged box is not a way to get a box in a specific condition.

How do the official EB-03 pages differ on date and price?

The official EB-03 pages we use do not all show the same release date or price: the Japanese and Asia English pages give October 25, 2025, while the en.onepiece-cardgame.com page gives February 20, 2026 and an MSRP of USD $4.99 per pack. The Japanese page gives 220 yen per pack.

Official page Release date shown Price shown Other notes
Japanese site October 25, 2025 220 yen including tax 6 팩당 카드, 71+4 types; Leader EB03-001 named; Heroines CUP at 3 locations in Japan
Asia English site October 25, 2025 Not listed in our source Rarity breakdown; SP and Heroine numbers; states an English version is planned
en. site February 20, 2026 MSRP USD $4.99 per pack Leader, SP and Heroine numbers; cards are tournament legal from the pre-release date in your region

The Asia English and en. pages list the same SP and Heroine card numbers. In our source the Japanese page names the Leader, EB03-001, and the rarity counts, which match the Asia English page, but it does not list the SP or Heroine numbers, so we do not claim a number-by-number match with it.

Our own box listing gives February 20, 2026 as the Japanese release date, which matches the en. page rather than the Japanese page. We cannot resolve that from the sources we have, so when you read a date or price for EB-03, check which page it comes from. This article covers the Japanese edition, and our box listings are for the Japanese original edition.

The en. page also repeats the notes that matter for any chase list: multiples of one card may appear, a full set may be hard to assemble, and illustrations and product details may differ from the actual product. The Japanese page carries the same kind of notes in Japanese: cards are randomly packed, photos may differ somewhat from the product, and specifications may change.

How do shipping and payment work for an EB-03 box?

We ship from Tokyo by FedEx, with a tracking number on both services, and you pay in Japanese yen. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your delivery address.

옵션 Service Estimated transit after dispatch
기준가 FedEx International Connect Plus Usually 3-7 business days
Expedited FedEx International Priority Usually 2-5 business days

These are estimates only, per our shipping policy. They do not include handling time. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after PayPal or Wise payment has cleared, and that window is also an estimate. Business days exclude weekends and Japanese national holidays. After handoff to FedEx, customs inspections, congestion, weather and similar events can delay delivery, and the policy states these transit delays are outside our control. FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, so use a physical address. There is no minimum order amount or quantity.

The payment methods page lists three routes. All are charged in yen, and any difference on your statement from exchange rates or conversion fees is set by your provider.

Method How it works Processing fee
Wise (bank transfer) Use the payment reference SST-{order number} exactly as issued; deadlines depend on whether you upload a screenshot None; the only method without the 5% fee
PayPal Paid immediately at checkout from your PayPal balance or linked funding sources 5%
Credit and debit cards (through PayPal) Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB; which is offered is decided by PayPal 5%

PayPal Pay Later may also appear at checkout where PayPal makes it available. It is operated by PayPal, and the terms PayPal shows in its own window are the ones that apply.

What should you know about Wise deadlines and address changes?

If you pay by Wise, your deadline depends on whether you upload a screenshot of the transfer: 12 hours without one, or 5 days to upload one with it. Both rules come from our payment methods page.

  • Without a screenshot, the order is cancelled automatically if payment has not been received within 12 hours of placing it. For an order containing a pre-order item, that window is 3 hours.
  • With a screenshot, you upload it within 5 days of placing the order, and the order price is held for a total of 10 days. The screenshot option requires an account and is not available at guest checkout.
  • SWIFT transfers incur a receiving fee of JPY 611, so the page asks you to add JPY 611 to your order total if you pay that way.

For addresses, the shipping policy says you can update the shipping address yourself from My Account while an order is paid and its shipment has not yet been scheduled. The destination country cannot be changed, and the shipping method and FedEx service level stay as selected at checkout. If the new address costs more to ship to, you pay the difference before dispatch. Once the shipment is scheduled, the self-service change closes, and only a minor correction may be considered.

If dispatch is delayed, the policy says we will contact you by email as soon as practical with a revised estimate. You can check your order status through your customer account, and after dispatch you can see the tracking number there or in the shipping confirmation email.

How do you check you have the right EB-03 card number?

Read the number printed on the card and compare it with the official lists on this page, because EB-03 numbers follow the pattern EB03-XXX and the same character can appear on more than one number. For example, Nefeltari Vivi is both the Leader EB03-001 and the SP card EB03-024.

A quick method:

  1. Write down the card number, not just the character name.
  2. Check it against the official Asia English page or the en. page for the Leader, SP and Heroine numbers listed above.
  3. Note that the official page says the DON!! cards have both normal and alt-art versions, so the number alone may not tell you which version you hold.
  4. Check which page a date or price comes from. The en. page shows February 20, 2026, while the Japanese and Asia English pages show October 25, 2025.

When was EB-03 released in Japan?
