The official pages list the set as an Extra Booster. Each pack holds 6 cards, and the cards are randomly packed. The official page does not say how many packs go into a box. Our own product page does: it describes 24 booster packs per box with 6 팩당 카드, 144 cards total (업데이트: 현재 품절 — Quick Order로 재입고 요청).

What is the release date of the English edition of EB-03?

The English edition of EB-03 was set for February 20, 2026, as shown on the official English ONE PIECE CARD GAME page, which labels it “AVAILABLE FEB. 20, 2026”. The same page lists a manufacturer’s suggested price of USD $4.99 per pack.

The Asia English page had already said that an English version was planned, and it links to the English product page. In other words, the Japanese edition came first, and the English edition followed about four months later.

Why do pages show two different EB-03 release dates?

The dates differ because each official regional page states the date for its own edition. October 25, 2025 belongs to the Japanese edition, and February 20, 2026 belongs to the English edition.

The official Japanese page shows that the set went on sale in Japan on October 25, 2025, earlier than the English edition date of February 20, 2026. Always check which edition a date describes before you use it.

One detail on our own listing needs a note. The description on our EB-03 box product page (업데이트: 현재 품절 — Quick Order로 재입고 요청) lists “일본 발매일: February 20, 2026”. The official pages tie February 20, 2026 to the English edition and October 25, 2025 to the Japan release. If you need the date of the Japanese edition for reference, use the official Japanese page.

The product page also gives a split of “1 Secret Rare, 26 Special Parallels”. The official breakdown, covered below, lists 2 Secret Rares and 9 SP cards. When our description and the official page disagree, treat the official page as the reference for the card breakdown.

A box shipped from our online store is the Japanese edition, so it matches the October 25, 2025 release, not the English edition date. Our product pages describe it as a “일본판 정품, ONE PIECE CARD GAME Extra Booster”.

Several things follow from that:

• The release date to use is the Japan date, October 25, 2025.
• The price reference is the 220 yen per pack Japanese MSRP, not the USD $4.99 English-edition price.
• The English edition’s February 20, 2026 date does not describe the box you receive from us.

What is inside EB-03 and what is the official card breakdown?

EB-03 contains 71 card types plus 4 DON!! card types, with 6 cards in each pack. The Japanese and Asia English pages give the same breakdown.

Those figures come from the official Japanese page and the Asia English page. The English page summarizes the same range as “71+4 types in total” and lists the rarities as Commons, Rares, Super Rares, Secret Rares, Leaders, Special Cards and DON!! Cards.

The DON!! cards use the same illustrations as the package. The Japanese page says each of the four types comes in a normal and a parallel version.

Which card is the new Leader?

The new Leader is EB03-001 Nefeltari Vivi (ネフェルタリ・ビビ in Japanese), a card that lets your character cards gain [Rush]. The Japanese page words it as granting 〈速攻〉 (Rush) to other characters. The English page describes it as a Leader that lets character cards gain [Rush].

Which heroines and SP cards do the official pages name?

The official pages name three heroine highlights and nine SP cards. The heroine examples are EB03-013 Carrot, EB03-034 Charlotte Linlin and EB03-041 Kujyaku. The nine SP cards are listed on the official English page:

The official Japanese page lists a release event, a Heroines CUP tournament and a survey-based download. The Japanese page describes these events:

• Heroines CUP: held at 3 locations nationwide, open to heroine leaders only, played as 3-on-3 team battles.
• Release event: includes a rules teaching session and a casual exchange event.
• Survey download: completing a survey offers a downloadable play sheet on the Japanese page.

The Asia English page mentions a downloadable playmat for completing a survey, and says the Japanese and English playmats share the same design. These are official programs. They are not part of what we sell, and the official pages we used do not give event dates, so check the official pages for current details.

When can you play EB-03 cards in tournaments?

The official English page states that EB-03 cards are tournament legal from the pre-release date in your region. That wording is on the official English page.

The phrase “in your region” matters because the release dates shown differ by edition. The Japanese edition went on sale October 25, 2025, and the English edition on February 20, 2026. The same page adds several notes: multiples of one card may appear, a full set may be hard to assemble, and illustrations and product details may differ from the final product.

Can you still buy an EB-03 box from Japan?

The damaged box deserves a clear read before you buy. The listing says photos are samples, that the first image shows the regular product so you can identify the set, and that the actual item may differ from the condition photos. It also says “we do not respond to inquiries about this item, and returns and refunds are not accepted.”

How long does shipping take for an EB-03 box?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after PayPal or Wise payment has cleared, and FedEx transit then usually takes 2-7 business days depending on the service. These figures are estimates only, per our shipping policy.

A few more points from the policy:

• Business days exclude weekends and Japanese national holidays.
• Delivery estimates do not include handling time, pre-order release timing, supplier allocation delays, quality inspection holds, customs processing, carrier congestion, weather or destination-country conditions.
• There is no minimum order amount or quantity.
• FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, so provide a physical address.
• If dispatch is delayed, we will contact you by email with a revised estimate. For significant delays before handoff to FedEx, we may offer the option to wait or to cancel with a full refund.
• After handoff, customs inspections and carrier events can delay delivery. The policy says such transit delays do not by themselves create a right to cancel or refund after dispatch.

Once the order is dispatched, you can check the tracking number and the carrier’s latest delivery estimate from your account or the shipping confirmation email.

What if you need to change the shipping address on an EB-03 order?

While an order is paid and its shipment has not yet been scheduled, you can update the shipping address yourself from My Account > Orders > the order, according to our shipping policy. Check the address carefully before you order, because the customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

The policy adds several limits to a self-service change:

• The destination country cannot be changed.
• The carrier, shipping method and FedEx service level remain those selected at checkout.
• If shipping to the new address costs more, you are asked to pay the difference before dispatch, and the order is held until it is settled.
• If shipping to the new address costs less, the shipping charge is not recalculated and no refund is made.
• A change takes effect only once it is shown on the order in My Account.

Once the shipment is scheduled, the self-service change is closed. The policy says only a minor correction that does not affect any shipping conditions may be considered, and only if the shipment has not been handed to FedEx.

How do you pay for EB-03 from outside Japan?

You pay in Japanese yen by Wise bank transfer, PayPal, or a credit or debit card through PayPal. The payment methods page says all payments are made in JPY, and any difference on your statement from exchange rates or conversion fees is set by your payment provider.

For Wise, enter the payment reference issued with your order, SST-{order number}, exactly as issued. If you pay by SWIFT, the page says a receiving fee of JPY 611 is deducted and asks you to add it to your order total. It also recommends the OUR charge option so correspondent bank fees are covered on your side.

How do you check an EB-03 release date yourself?

Open the official ONE PIECE CARD GAME product page for your region and read the date next to the product name. Then confirm which edition that page covers before you use the date.
