Sprigatito’s Scarlet & Violet Era Prints
Sprigatito’s Japanese print history opens with the Scarlet & Violet era, where we’ve verified seven prints across four set codes: a starter-set box print, a promotional card with an unconfirmed release date, three prints from the Triplet Beat expansion, and two from Shiny Treasure ex.
The ex Starter Set Sprigatito & Lucario ex box (SVAM 004) is the earliest print among the ones we’ve verified, illustrated by Saya Tsuruta. It’s also the one print in this guide with a confirmed English counterpart: the Limitless card record for SVAM 004 states that an English translation appears in Scarlet & Violet as card #013/198.
Triplet Beat (SV1a), released 10 March 2023, carries Sprigatito’s headline Scarlet & Violet-era chase print: the AR 075/073, illustrated by Kouki Saitou. The same set also includes two common prints of Sprigatito, 004/073 (Megumi Mizutani) and 005/073 (Naoyo Kimura). Battle Partners (SV9), released 24 January 2025, carries a common-rarity Sprigatito at number 010, illustrated by Mina Nakai — the same illustrator behind three other prints in this section (MC 065, MP1 003 and MP 017).
The newest boxed release is the ex Starter Set Sprigatito & Meowscarada ex (MEM), released 31 July 2026. It carries two Sprigatito prints — number 003 (Makura Tami) and number 018 (Jiro Sasumo) — and we currently list the box itself, categorised as a Pokemon Card Box on our site.
