The card carries its full Japanese name, ガブリアスC[チャンピオン]LV.X (Garchomp C [Champion] LV.X), and its position in the S8a-P promo series is No. 018/025. The artwork is illustrated by Shizurow — the same illustrator as the original 2009 print — and it is not a new piece of art. S8a-P reissues the original 2009 illustration with a small “25th” anniversary mark added in the lower-left corner of the artwork, which is the fastest way to identify this reprint at a glance.

The original Garchomp C [Champion] LV.X comes from a Japanese starter-deck product: ポケモンカードゲームDPt 対戦スターターパックSP ガブリアスVSリザードン — the “Pokémon Card Game DPt Battle Starter Pack SP: Garchomp VS Charizard.” In that deck it is card No. 007/016, HP 110, Colorless type, illustrated by Shizurow. This is the source of the 2009 artwork that S8a-P later reissued.
This particular Japanese starter-deck set is not indexed in Limitless’s Japanese card database — both the S8a-P and S8a-p database paths return no result, and Limitless’s Japanese card list only goes back to the Black & White era.
