Sanji One Piece Cards Guide

Sanji One Piece Cards Guide

Sanji has only one confirmed solo Leader card — and it isn’t from a starter deck. Players who pick up ST12 Zoro & Sanji expecting a Sanji-led deck are actually getting a co-Leader card shared with Zoro. His only card where he leads alone comes from a completely different product: PRB01 One Piece The Best.

This guide sorts every confirmed Sanji card by set, from his first Romance Dawn printing through the newly confirmed OP-17 entry, and flags where his manga-style parallel and Leader cards actually live. We source Japanese One Piece Card Game sealed product directly out of Tokyo, so every card discussed here ties back to a set we can point to, cross-checked against the official card list and the LimitlessTCG database.

Sanji spans starter decks, mainline boosters, a special collection, and now OP-17. Sort those printings by set and the picture is clean: one Rare, one Common, one Super Rare Blocker, one Secret Rare with a confirmed manga print, one solo Leader, one co-Leader, and two more Commons across the newest two sets.

Key Takeaway

Sanji has eight confirmed card appearances across starter decks, booster sets, and a Best-of collection, including exactly one solo Leader card (PRB01-001) and one confirmed manga-parallel print (OP06-119, Secret Rare). A new Sanji Common, OP17-082, is confirmed for the upcoming OP-17 The World’s Strongest Warriors booster box, currently listed at ¥28,000, releasing August 22, 2026.

Every Sanji Card at a Glance

Eight Sanji printings are confirmed across the official card list, spanning Common and Rare Characters, a Secret Rare, a solo Leader, a co-Leader, and the newly confirmed OP-17 entry:

Code Card Rarity Set Type
OP01-013 Sanji Rare OP01 Romance Dawn Character (Red, 2 cost, 3000 power)
ST01-004 Sanji Common ST01 Straw Hat Crew Character (Red, 2 cost, 4000 power; Rush w/ DON!!x2)
OP04-104 Sanji SR OP04 Kingdoms of Intrigue Character (Yellow, 4 cost, Blocker)
OP06-119 Sanji SEC OP06 Wings of the Captain Character (Blue, 9 cost, + Manga Parallel)
PRB01-001 Sanji Leader PRB01 One Piece The Best Leader (Red, 5 Life, 5000 Power)
ST12-001 Roronoa Zoro & Sanji Leader ST12 Zoro & Sanji Leader (Green/Blue, 4 Life — co-Leader)
OP16-086 Sanji Common OP16 The Time of Battle Character (Black, 8 cost, 9000 power)
OP17-082 Sanji Common OP17 The World’s Strongest Warriors Character (Black, 2 cost, Elbaph feature)

One correction before going further: ST12 Zoro & Sanji is a starter deck built around a shared Leader card, not a Sanji-led deck. ST12-001 lists both names and carries a Green/Blue color identity with 4 Life — Sanji doesn’t lead it alone. His actual solo Leader card lives in a different product entirely, covered below.

Sort the table by color and a pattern shows up: Sanji’s early Character cards run Red (OP01-013, ST01-004), his mid-era prints shift to Yellow (OP04-104) and Blue (OP06-119), and his two most recent Character cards — OP16-086 and OP17-082 — are both Black. That’s consistent with how his color identity has moved with the sets he’s been printed into, rather than staying fixed to one color across his card pool.

The sections that follow go through each printing in more detail, starting with the one with the most distinctive parallel treatment.

The Manga Parallel: OP06-119 Secret Rare

Sanji OP06-119 Secret Rare (OP06 Wings of the Captain)

OP06-119 SEC (OP06 Wings of the Captain)

OP06 Wings of the Captain’s Secret Rare Sanji (OP06-119) is a 9-cost Blue Character that can deploy a Character costing 9 or less straight from the top of the deck. Beyond its standard alternate-art printing, this card has a confirmed manga parallel — a print pulled from One Piece Card The Best Vol.2 (PRB02) that swaps the illustrated background for panel art taken directly from the manga. Among all eight confirmed Sanji printings, OP06-119 is the only one with a documented manga-style print.

Worth Knowing

OP06-119 also carries an “A Fist of Divine Speed” reprint alongside its standard alternate art and the PRB02 manga print — three distinct treatments of the same card.

Sanji’s Only Solo Leader: PRB01-001

PRB01-001 (PRB01 One Piece The Best)

Roronoa Zoro and Sanji ST12-001 Leader (ST12 Zoro and Sanji)

ST12-001 — co-Leader with Zoro (ST12 Zoro & Sanji)

PRB01-001 is Sanji’s only confirmed solo Leader card, printed as part of the PRB01 One Piece The Best collection rather than a mainline booster or starter deck. It runs Red, 5 Life, 5000 Power, and also has an alternate-art printing within the same release. No Sanji-led starter deck or booster-pulled solo Leader turned up in our review of the official card list — if you’re specifically after a Sanji Leader to build around, PRB01-001 is the one to look for.

The card that gets confused for it is ST12-001, the Leader from the ST12 Zoro & Sanji starter deck. It’s a real Sanji card and a real Leader slot, but the name on the card — and the deck’s identity — is shared with Zoro, running a Green/Blue color pair at 4 Life. Anyone picking up ST12 expecting Sanji to lead solo will find a co-Leader arrangement instead.

OP01-013 Rare (OP01 Romance Dawn)

Sanji ST01-004 Common (ST01 Straw Hat Crew)

ST01-004 Common (ST01 Straw Hat Crew)

OP01-013 is Sanji’s Rare from OP01 Romance Dawn, the game’s original booster set: a Red, 2-cost, 3000-power Character. It’s the most reprinted single Sanji card in this guide, with an alternate-art version plus appearances in the Premium Card Collection -25th Edition-, the Gift Collection 2023, and the English Version 1st Anniversary Set — four confirmed print treatments on one card code. For the rest of that set’s cast, our OP-01 best cards guide covers the full lineup.

ST01-004 is Sanji’s Common from ST01 Straw Hat Crew, the crew-themed starter deck that launched alongside Romance Dawn. It’s a Red, 2-cost, 4000-power Character that gains Rush with DON!!x2 attached. Its own alternate-art printing appears in the Regional Participation Pack Vol.1 and the Premium Card Collection -FILM RED Edition-.

The Vinsmoke Family Blocker: OP04-104

Sanji OP04-104 Super Rare (OP04 Kingdoms of Intrigue)

OP04-104 SR (OP04 Kingdoms of Intrigue)

OP04-104 is Sanji’s Super Rare from OP04 Kingdoms of Intrigue: a Yellow, 4-cost, 5000-power Character with Blocker and the Vinsmoke family feature attached. It carries an alternate-art printing and a further reprint inside the One Piece The Best (PRB01) collection as an alternate-art variant.

Already Out: OP16-086

Sanji OP16-086 Common (OP16 The Time of Battle)

OP16-086 Common (OP16 The Time of Battle)

OP16 The Time of Battle, the mainline set released directly ahead of OP-17, added OP16-086: a Black, 8-cost, 9000-power Character that gains an additional 2000 power from a counter effect. No parallel printing beyond the standard version turned up in our review. It’s the most recent released Sanji card before the new OP-17 entry below.

New for OP-17: OP17-082

OP-17 The World’s Strongest Warriors is officially confirmed for release on August 22, 2026, and it includes a new Sanji card: OP17-082, a Common. It’s a Black, 2-cost Character with 2000 power, carrying the Elbaph and Straw Hat Crew features — it gains an extra 3000 power whenever an ally costing 12 or more is in play, and draws two cards while trashing two on play. Official card list images for OP-17 aren’t live yet, since the set hasn’t released — this guide will be updated with the card image once it is.

That makes OP16-086 and OP17-082 back-to-back Sanji Commons in consecutive mainline sets — a Black Character in both cases, though the two lean on different mechanics: OP16-086 scales off a counter effect, while OP17-082 is built around the Elbaph arc’s higher-cost allies. For collectors tracking Sanji across the current story arc, OP-17 is the more direct tie-in of the two.
