  • Deferred Payment (via Atobarai.com): Payment must be made within 14 days from the date of invoice issuance.

Returns / Cancellations:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Returnable within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

  • Customer Preference (e.g., change of mind): Returnable within 7 days of delivery if unopened and unused. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened or used products

    • Trading card packs or randomized products after opening

    • Items marked as “final sale” on the Shopify store
