Shipping Charges: Shipping costs vary depending on the product and the delivery destination. The applicable fees will be displayed at the time of purchase for each product. Please confirm these details before completing your order.

Additional Costs Borne by the Customer:

  • For bank transfers, the customer is responsible for any transfer fees charged by the bank.

  • Credit card transaction fees are borne by our company.

  • For other payment methods, any fees incurred will be subject to the terms of the respective payment service and may be borne by the customer.

  • Shipping costs vary depending on the product and destination. Please confirm the applicable fees displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment Deadline:

  • Credit Card: In accordance with the billing cycle of each credit card company. Available options include lump-sum payment, installment payment, revolving payment, and bonus lump-sum payment.

 

Returns / Cancellations 

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Returnable if notified within 20 days of delivery. Clear photographic/video evidence is required. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • Pre-Shipment Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted only before the order has shipped. A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover transaction and administrative costs.

  • Customer Preference (Post-Shipping): Once an order has been shipped, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience (e.g., change of mind, ordering mistakes) under any circumstances.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of trading cards and randomized items, all shipped products are strictly "Final Sale" to prevent fraudulent activities (such as searching or weighing) and cannot be returned or exchanged.
