What “No Shrink” Actually Means
No Shrink means a factory-sealed booster box whose outer shrink film was removed somewhere in the distribution chain; the box and its 20 packs are untouched. On our product listing, “No Shrink” identifies exactly that one piece of packaging — the plastic wrap around the outside of the box — and nothing else.
It doesn’t describe any condition of the cardboard itself, the pack count, or the box’s contents. Both listings ship the same 30th CELEBRATION 20-pack booster box; only the outer film differs between them.
The box is factory-sealed either way; the only difference is the outer film, removed in the distribution chain. Nothing about the packs or their contents changes.
Sealed vs No Shrink: Our Current Prices

The Same Gap on SNKRDUNK
The Sealed-vs-No-Shrink distinction isn’t unique to our store. On the Japanese marketplace SNKRDUNK, the two are also listed separately, and both moved sharply into release day: the shrink-wrapped box’s lowest ask went from ¥47,200 (September 1) to ¥28,200 (September 10) and ¥17,500 on release day, September 16, 2026; the no-shrink listing moved from ¥25,800 (September 10) to ¥13,290 on release day. On release day, SNKRDUNK’s own no-shrink ask (¥13,290) sits well below its shrink-wrapped ask (¥17,500) — a wider gap in percentage terms than the ¥2,000 gap on our two listings.
These are asking prices, not sale prices, and they move fast in release week. We’re citing them only as one dated market reference point, not as a valuation of either of our own listings.
Is the No Shrink Box Worth It?
Both listings are the same factory-sealed 20-pack box; the No Shrink version left the distribution chain without its outer film, and it currently costs ¥2,000 less.
Whether that’s worth it comes down to whether the shrink-wrap itself matters to you. If you’re opening the box regardless, the film comes off within seconds of unboxing either way, and the ¥2,000 saved is straightforward. If you plan to keep the box sealed and display it exactly as it left the factory — shrink-wrap included — the Sealed listing is the one that matches that intent.
Neither listing carries any claim about pull rates, card condition, or contents beyond the standard 20-pack structure described below. Both are the same product at the pack level.
Only display is affected: a Sealed box still has its factory film, a No Shrink box does not.
What’s Inside Either Box
Regardless of which listing you choose, a 30th CELEBRATION box contains 20 packs of 6 foil (“kira”) cards each, ¥360 tax-in per pack and ¥7,200 tax-in for the full box. Every pack guarantees one of the 30 Pikachu cards (017–046, each by a different illustrator with a fireworks-style holofoil) and one YOSHIROTTEN-illustrated Basic Energy card. PokeBeach reported, from an official box opening shown before release, that one 20-pack box held 20 of the 30 Pikachu, 2 Classic Collection cards, 4 AR, 1 SAR and 1 FUR — one opening, not a published rate.
The set itself runs to 165 numbered cards plus 8 Basic Energy (173 in all) across the main set (001–103), the compiled AR block (104–123), the compiled SAR block (124–133), the two FUR chase cards (134–135) and the 30-card Classic Collection (136–165). Neither the Sealed nor the No Shrink listing changes which of those cards can turn up in a given box — the shrink film sits entirely outside the pack-opening odds.
