The card text, per PokeBeach’s September 9, 2026 translation of the official database entry, reads:

Weakness is Fighting (×2), there is no listed Resistance, and retreat cost is 1 Energy. Like most of the thirty Pikachu in this subset, 023/103 carries its own distinct effect rather than sharing text with 017/103 or any other card in the run — none of the thirty comes close to the firepower of the set’s two Pikachu ex chase cards (SAR 126/127), which is expected, since the Pikachu-30 subset is a common-pull holofoil gimmick, not a chase-rarity block.

Per Bulbapedia, he was born in 1978 and is British; during his employment at Genius Sonority he was credited under the name “Jamie Turner” (Japanese: ジェイミー・ターナー).
