Cynthia SR 070/066 and 153/150 are different Japanese prints of the same Supporter. The first is the SM5M Ultra Moon illustration by nagimiso; the second is the SM8b GX Ultra Shiny illustration by Yusuke Ohmura. Their shared effect makes artwork, set identity and the condition of the offered copy the useful comparison.
A listing headed simply “Cynthia full art” leaves too much unspecified. This guide puts the two SRs beside their ordinary-print counterparts, explains the number combinations and shows how to read a dated price observation without confusing it with a current PSA 10 offer.

The dates come from the official Ultra Sun / Ultra Moon product page and a Pokémon Center announcement dated November 1, 2018 confirming GX Ultra Shiny’s next-day launch. They describe the Japanese products, not the release dates of English cards using related artwork.
Keep both halves of a card number in your search or sourcing request. “070” is incomplete; “070/066, SM5M, Japanese, SR” identifies the intended print much more clearly. The denominator is a set reference, not a serial number for an individual copy or a statement of how many copies were printed.

Pointing Portrait or Pokémon Composition?
In the 070/066 image, Cynthia extends a hand toward the viewer against a purple and pink background. The foreshortened gesture makes her the immediate focus. The official credit is written nagimiso; preserve that spelling when cataloguing the card or searching by illustrator.
The 153/150 composition places Cynthia with a hand near her chin and Pokémon surrounding her. Its visual emphasis is the group around the trainer. Yusuke Ohmura is the credited illustrator. These are observations of the official images, separate from the card’s written game effect.
For an illustrator collection, choose the credit you want to represent. For a matched Cynthia page, the contrast between the two compositions is the reason to include both. A preference for one picture does not establish that its print run was smaller or that its future price will be higher.
The official images help you identify the artwork and printed details. They do not show the condition of a seller’s copy, a PSA holder or a certification label. Ask for actual item photographs when those details matter. More examples of the first illustrator’s work are in our nagimiso card guide.
One Effect Across Both Illustrations
Both official entries describe returning your entire hand to your deck, shuffling, and then drawing six cards. The printed Supporter reminder limits you to one Supporter during your turn. The SR artwork does not add a second effect or make the card draw more cards.
The order matters. This is a hand replacement: you do not keep the old hand and add six cards. It also does not say to discard that hand. For a simple example, cards remaining in your hand when the effect resolves go back into the deck before the shuffle and new draw.
Cynthia’s Ambition is a separate Supporter. Its official Japanese entry describes drawing up to a hand size of five, or eight after one of your Pokémon was Knocked Out during the opponent’s previous turn. If your purpose is organized play, verify the applicable event’s language and format rules separately. An old regulation mark or the existence of several printings is not, by itself, confirmation that your particular card is accepted at an event today.
061/066 and 132/150 Are Separate Prints
Each of the two sets also has a Cynthia with a conventional illustration window. The official entries credit SM5M 061/066 and SM8b 132/150 to Ken Sugimori. These are useful checks when a small listing thumbnail makes the number hard to see.
The SM5M 061/066 image displays R, while the pictured SM8b 132/150 has no rarity letter beside its number. Neither is the SR identified in the comparison table. A photograph of one of these cards paired with an SR title needs clarification before purchase.
Build a checklist around the exact prints you want: the two SR illustrations, a specific set’s numbered run, or a small selection showing different presentations of Cynthia. Those are different collecting goals. This page shows four verified examples; it is not an exhaustive count of every Cynthia printing or finish.
Keep the language field in that checklist. Similar artwork on an English card does not make its collector number, set or market observation interchangeable with the Japanese version. Store the full number and set code alongside a photograph rather than relying on the character name alone.

The snapshot distinguishes the prints, but it does not isolate why their asking amounts differ. Condition and seller terms were not normalized across these two observations. It would be misleading to turn this pair of asks into a general claim about art demand, rarity or an expected grading premium.
A raw asking price should also stay separate from a graded offer. A PSA 10 listing identifies a different condition category and an encapsulated item. Compare the same language, card number and grade, then include shipping and any applicable destination charges when reviewing the total purchase cost.

For a raw copy, request clear front and back photographs with corners and edges visible. Ask about dents, scratches or other condition issues that an evenly lit catalogue image may conceal. Read the seller’s condition description instead of assuming that “ungraded” means near mint.
For a graded copy, compare the actual label, number and card with the offer. Use PSA Cert Verification for the certification record, while remembering PSA’s warning that a valid number alone does not authenticate a physical listing.
