The One Piece TCG ban list changed on September 24, 2026, when Bandai’s official restriction page added OP14-020 ジュラキール・ミホーク as a banned card from October 12, 2026. This guide lists every entry on that page: the new ban, the five earlier bans and the three banned pairs.

The official page lists one new ban effective October 12, 2026 (OP14-020, parallels included), five bans already in force, three banned pairs and no restricted (1-copy) cards. The New Ban: OP14-020 from October 12
The September 24, 2026 notice adds OP14-020 ジュラキール・ミホーク to the banned list, effective Monday, October 12, 2026. The page states that parallel versions are included. OP14 is the set the official product list dates November 22, 2025.
Until October 12, the page’s “already in force” entries are the ones in the next section. From October 12, OP14-020 joins them.
The Five Cards Already Banned
These bans are already in force on the official page. The set code is the prefix of the card number.

The Three Banned Pairs
Separately from single-card bans, the page lists three banned pairs, each naming two specific card numbers:

Restricted Cards and Update Timing
The restricted (1 copy) category is empty on the September 24, 2026 page: no card is listed there.
The page says revisions are normally announced at the end of the Japan Championship Season 1 and at the World Finals. It also keeps application-history sections dated May 1, 2026, April 1, 2026 and August 30, 2025, so earlier revisions are archived on the same page. The comprehensive rules PDF linked from the official site is dated August 28, 2026.

How to Read the Card Numbers
One Piece card numbers follow the pattern set code, hyphen, number. OP06-047 is card 047 of OP06; ST10-001 is card 001 of Starter Deck 10; EB04-058 is card 058 of Extra Booster 04. When the page says parallels are included, a card with an alternate-art print carries the same restriction as its regular print.

Then compare the number with the tables above and with the official restriction page, which is the reference if the two ever differ.
