One Piece Heroine Leader Cards: 24 Leaders on the EB-05 Event List

One Piece Heroine Leader Cards: 24 Leaders on the EB-05 Event List

Bandai’s EB-05 release event lets players use only the Leaders on a printed list, and as of October 6, 2026 that list holds 24 Leaders: 23 with full rows in the official card list, plus a Nico Robin Leader from EB-05 itself that the database does not carry yet. The list is Bandai’s selection for these events and carries the heroine Leaders it names.

This reference turns that list into a table and a card-by-card record: number, colors, Life, first set and official English effect text for each. Official shops across Japan host the release event between October 31 and November 15, 2026 under Standard regulation, and Bandai’s Heroines CUP -3on3- page prints a 25-Leader list built on the same base.

We sell Japanese sealed product and graded singles from Tokyo; the Leaders themselves are the subject here.

Key Takeaways

Bandai’s release-event page prints 24 usable Leaders, and its Heroines CUP -3on3- page prints 25. Twenty-three of the 24 have official database rows with English names and text; the EB-05 Robin Leader has none as of October 6, 2026. The 23 cover 18 different characters, from OP-05 through OP-17 plus EB-03, EB-04 and ST-11.

The order is the one Bandai’s event page prints. Colors, Life and set names come from the official card list (JP names in brackets, EN set names as printed); the Robin row is the exception.

Power is 5000 on all 23 database rows, so it is left out of the table. The database prints no EB-05 row for either Robin number, and the card list shows no card image for either number as of October 6, 2026.

What the Event List Is, and Is Not

The release-event page, published September 25, 2026, says only the Leaders printed under its deck regulation may be used, and that parallel designs are allowed. Entry is by advance lottery through BANDAI TCG+, with the application window of September 25 to October 4, 2026 and winners announced October 9, 2026.

The list is Bandai’s selection for these events. It is not a complete list of female Leaders in the game, and no Bandai page calls it one. The reasoning behind the selection is not printed. The twenty-four names match the card list’s names exactly, with no mismatches, for the 23 rows that exist there.

The sibling article EB-05 Leaders: All 7 Heroine Leader Cards covers the Leaders that are in the EB-05 set itself, and the release events and Heroines CUP article covers dates, prizes and venues.

The 23 Database Leaders by Set Era

The effect text is quoted from Bandai’s English card list with the braces around type names dropped. “Other database rows” lists the rows beyond the p1 row that every one of these Leaders has in its own set, by the database’s suffix; the card list does not use the word parallel, so the suffix is the only marker.

The EB-05 Nico Robin Leader

The reveal images and Bandai’s Heroines CUP page print the Robin Leader as EB05-010; Bandai’s release-event page lists the Robin Leader as EB05-016, the number the reveal images show on a Super Rare Character card; the official card list has no EB-05 rows as of October 6, 2026.

Nico Robin Leader EB05-010 — reported reveal image

Both pages agree that EB-05 contains a Nico Robin Leader that is legal in these events. Color, Life, power, attribute and effect are not in the official database for this card. Tier One, Mercard Akihabara and SNKRDUNK, all updated October 4, 2026, report it as a green and yellow Leader; the existing OP09-062 Robin Leader is a separate card, purple and yellow in the database. EB-05 goes on sale in Japan on Saturday, October 31, 2026.

Every numbered booster from OP-05 to OP-17 has at least one Leader on the list, plus EB-03, EB-04 and ST-11. Nico Robin has one existing Leader on it (OP09-062) alongside the EB-05 one, and Nami has the OP11-041 booster Leader plus the promo Leader that only the Heroines CUP list carries.

Release-Event List vs Heroines CUP List

Bandai’s Heroines CUP -3on3- page, published October 2, 2026, covers a team-of-three event that will run on November 7 (TOC Ariake and My Dome Osaka) and November 29, 2026, with entry from October 2 to October 12 and results on October 16, 2026. Its Leader list differs from the release-event page in three ways (25 entries instead of 24, the Robin Leader printed as EB05-010, and the P-117 Nami promo Leader added), and it adds two team rules.

Point Release event (Sept. 25 page) Heroines CUP -3on3- (Oct. 2 page)
Leaders printed 24 25
Robin Leader printed as EB05-016 EB05-010
Nami promo Leader P-117 Not listed Listed
The other 23 numbers Identical on both pages
Team rule Not printed Leader cards with the same number may not repeat within a team
Copy limit per card number Not printed Up to 4 per player, up to 12 across the team

Both pages allow parallel designs of the listed Leaders. The Heroines CUP page prints no city for the Minami Kindai venue and no team capacity.

The Promo Rows: P-117 Nami and P-111 Robin

P-117 Nami (Leader) is on the Heroines CUP list only. The card list shows Blue, Life 5, Power 5000, Wisdom attribute, type East Blue, and files it under a store-tournament promotion (the English list prints “Store Tournament 2025 Vol. 4”). It has no alternate row. Its English text begins: “Under the rules of this game, you can only include East Blue type cards in your deck and when your deck is reduced to 0, you win the game instead of losing.”

Nami Leader P-117, official card list image
Nami Leader P-117 — official card list image

P-111 Nico Robin is a Character, not a Leader. It is the card number printed on the card that comes with the official Nami & Robin playmat, which Bandai’s Heroines CUP page lists for sale at its venues at 4,730 yen (tax included), card included. The card list’s own P-111 image shows Robin alone; the playmat page shows her with an orange-haired woman, so the playmat card carries the same number and text with a different illustration. Bandai’s playmat page does not call it newly drawn.

Leaders From the List We Carry

Bandai’s list includes numbers that appear in our store as PSA 10 back orders: the card is sourced to order; the product page shows the current terms. The PSA 10 back orders guide explains how they work. USD figures convert at ¥154/USD, approximate.

Our store has no row for Nami OP11-041; the Nami One Piece cards collection lists her other prints. The OP-11 set holds two of the 24 Leaders, Shirahoshi and Nami.

Reading the Database Rows

  • Number and set go together. The same number can have several rows; the suffix marks the extra row and its source product.
  • English set labels as printed. Two rows print unusual English labels: EB04-001 shows “-ADVENTURE ON KAMI’S ISLAND- [OP15-EB04]” and OP14-041 shows “-THE AZURE SEA’S SEVEN- [OP14-EB04]”, which is how Bandai’s English list files them.
  • No ranking in the list. The list carries no tier, win-rate or price information, and the figures in the counts section describe the list, not play strength.
  • The EB-05 row is still to come. When the official card list opens EB-05, the Robin number and stats can be checked against it.
  • Two Robin Leaders on one list. OP09-062 and the EB-05 Leader are two different cards on the same list; our Nico Robin EB-05 article follows the new one.

The set-level reveal list is the EB-05 card list article, and the earlier Heroines sets are compared in the One Piece Heroines box guide. The Vivi row is explained further in the Vivi card guide.

Where to Buy Heroine Leaders from Japan

For sealed product we list the OP-11 box (Box) at ¥35,956 (~$233) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order), and the Japanese One Piece card boxes collection shows the others. The first Heroines Edition is on the EB-03 card list page, and Leaders from EB-04 are on the EB-04 card list page.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many Leaders are on Bandai’s EB-05 release-event list?

The release-event page prints 24 usable Leaders, including a Nico Robin Leader printed as EB05-016. Twenty-three have rows in Bandai’s official card list. The Heroines CUP -3on3- page prints 25, adding the P-117 Nami promo Leader and printing the Robin Leader as EB05-010.

Which Leader numbers are on the list?

The numbers run from EB03-001 and EB04-001 through OP05-002 to OP17-099, plus ST11-001 and the EB-05 Robin Leader. Every numbered booster from OP-05 to OP-17 has at least one entry. Bandai’s release-event page prints all 24 in that order, and all 23 database rows show Power 5000.

When is the EB-05 release event?

Bandai’s page lists October 31 to November 15, 2026 at official shops nationwide in Japan, with dates varying by shop. It uses Standard regulation and an advance lottery through BANDAI TCG+. The entry window ran September 25 to October 4, 2026, with winners announced October 9, 2026.

Does the list include every female Leader in One Piece?

No. Bandai prints it as the Leaders usable at these events, and no page calls it complete. The 23 database rows cover 18 characters, and the choice of Leaders is Bandai’s. These figures cover the 24-name list alone, not every female Leader in the game.

Why does the Nico Robin Leader have two numbers?

Bandai’s release-event page prints EB05-016, while the Heroines CUP page and the reveal images print EB05-010. On the reveal images EB05-016 is Robin’s Super Rare Character card. The official card list has no EB-05 rows as of October 6, 2026, so neither number can be checked there yet.

Where can I see the official stats for these Leaders?

Bandai’s JP and EN card lists carry rows for 23 of the 24, each with colors, Life, power, attribute, types and effect text. The EB-05 Robin Leader has no row yet. Card images for each row sit at the card list’s image path for that card number.
