The Luffy & Ace Leader Parallel: ST30-001
Ace’s newest and only shared Leader is ST30-001, a Red/Green L card from the STARTER DECK EX -Luffy & Ace- [ST-30] — a joint Leader printed for both Monkey.D.Luffy and Portgas.D.Ace on the same card, rather than a solo Ace print. Per the official EN card database, the card carries Life 4, Power 6000, and Type tags Impel Down / Whitebeard Pirates / Straw Hat Crew, with the effect text: “If you have a Character with 7000 base power or more, give this Leader −2000 power. [Opponent’s Turn] All of your [Portgas.D.Ace] and [Monkey.D.Luffy] cards gain +3000 power.” The same starter deck also includes ST30-007, a Portgas.D.Ace SR Character card (plus a p1 parallel), and ST30-011, a Buggy C.
ST30-001 exists in two forms: the standard printing, and ST30-001_p1, a comic-style (“manga”) artwork parallel with a leader-parallel finish. Our graded stock is the p1 parallel.

Ace and OP-17: What’s Confirmed, What Isn’t
The next mainline booster, -World’s Strongest Warriors- [OP-17], releases August 22, 2026 in Japan — ¥240 (tax included) per six-card pack, spanning 131 numbered cards plus 4 additional. Bandai’s official product page confirms a Rocks Pirates feature spread across the set, including OP17-040 Edward.Newgate (Whitebeard), alongside Rocks D. Xebec and Kaidou.
As of this check, Portgas.D.Ace does not appear among OP-17’s publicly revealed cards — his inclusion in the set has not been officially announced. What is confirmed is that Whitebeard (Edward.Newgate) has a card number in the set, and Ace’s Type tag on several of his existing prints reads Whitebeard Pirates. Whether OP-17 pairs the two characters mechanically is unpublished at this stage — card effects for the set haven’t been revealed — so treat any Ace/Newgate synergy as speculation until Bandai confirms it, not as a confirmed feature of the set.
