According to Bulbapedia, the card “originated from the Japanese Lost Link mini set before appearing in the English Triumphant expansion (cards 99/102 and 100/102).” That makes Lost Link 035-036/040 the original printing, with HGSS Triumphant carrying the same combo into English print for the first time.
