OP-18 was announced at ONE PIECE DAY’26 as the second 4th-anniversary booster after OP-17 世界最強の戦士, released August 22, 2026. The reported themes are the Water Seven arc, 神の騎士団 (God’s Knights) and Elbaf / the World Government (inside-games, Gamepedia, Tier One).

The New Rarity: God’s Knights Super Parallel
神の騎士団スーパーパラレル (God’s Knights Super Parallel) is a new 4th-anniversary rarity, reported for 軍子宮 (Gunko). It’s assigned to OP18-065 軍子宮, a Super Rare Character card — the God’s Knights Super Parallel is the premium treatment of that same card, per Tier One, meli-melo and the FamilyMart lottery article.
Gunko’s Leader card, OP18-060 (Purple/Black), has its own separate parallel version, reported by Tier One and meli-melo. That Leader parallel is a different treatment of the same character from the God’s Knights Super Parallel.

Amano’s Loki & Saint Shamrock Parallels
Guest illustrator Yoshitaka Amano (天野喜孝) drew new parallel versions of Loki and Saint Shamrock (シャムロック聖), each reported in a standard and a 箔押し (foil) parallel, per inside-games, Tier One and torecamap, which describes the foil treatment as a “gold foil variant.” Saint Shamrock’s own base card, OP18-119 シャムロック聖 (Figarland Shamrock), is a Black Secret Rare with the Amano parallel and foil parallel, per Tier One and meli-melo.

Nico Robin OP18-031, a Green Super Rare, has a Super Parallel reported in a Comic-Parallel style, per Tier One and meli-melo. It’s a separate treatment from the Gunko and Amano parallels above, on a different character and card number.
Two Leader parallels are also reported. Franky OP18-021 (Green/Purple) has a parallel version alongside the base Leader, per Tier One, meli-melo, gamepedia and torecamap. Gunko’s Leader card OP18-060 (Purple/Black), noted above, has its own separate parallel, per Tier One and meli-melo.
