Time Gazer is a standard Sword & Shield-era Japanese expansion, set code S10D, released April 8, 2022 — the same day as its sister set S10P Space Juggler. The two sets share a Hisui-region theme lifted from Pokemon Legends: Arceus, and each one is built around one Origin Forme Legendary as its chase focal point: Dialga here, Palkia in Space Juggler.

The set runs to 88 cards in total. The base numbered run covers 001/067 through 067/067 — 67 cards — and the chase tier picks up from there at 068/067 through 088/067, adding 21 more cards on top of the base count. Within that chase tier, the set itself is structured into three ascending rarity bands: 12 Super Rares, 6 Hyper Rares, and 3 Ultra Rares, with the Ultra Rare band closing at 088/067.
