Mew ex SAR 129/103 is a Special Art Rare print in M6a 30th CELEBRATION. AR and SAR illustrators are unpublished (the two FUR cards are by YOSHIROTTEN), and there is no embeddable official image for the SAR print itself — SNKRDUNK’s listing images are third-party and aren’t used here. What follows shows the regular print of the same card, 057/103, illustrated by aky CG Works; the SAR artwork is not pictured in this article.
129/103 sits in the SAR block (124–133), one of ten Special Art Rares — each a full-art version of one of the set’s ten Pokémon ex — compiled from official images and PokeBeach’s September 9 list. The card text, per PokeBeach’s September 9, 2026 translation and shared by both the regular print and the SAR version:
- Ability: Memory Helix — This Pokémon can use the attacks of any of your Benched Pokémon. (You still need the necessary Energy to use each attack.)
- [P] Teleportation Burst — 30 damage. You may switch this Pokémon with 1 of your Benched Pokémon.
As a Pokémon ex, Mew ex carries the standard ex rule: when it’s Knocked Out, the opponent takes 2 Prize cards instead of 1. Weakness is Darkness (×2), Resistance is Fighting (−30), and retreat cost is 0. Memory Helix is the headline feature — it lets Mew ex use a Benched Pokémon’s attack; the SAR and FUR prints carry the same text.
Illustrator Status: SAR Credits Are Unpublished
The official card database does not credit an illustrator for SAR 129/103 specifically, and as of September 16, 2026 it still doesn’t list the SAR block as its own set of entries at all. AR and SAR illustrators are unpublished across the whole 104–133 range (the two FUR cards, 134 and 135, are the exception — both officially credited to YOSHIROTTEN). What is confirmed is the illustrator of the regular print this SAR is based on: aky CG Works, credited on 057/103 in the official database.

Mew ex has a third print in this set beyond the regular card and the SAR: a Futuristic Rare at 135/103, one of only two FUR cards in 30th CELEBRATION (the other is Mewtwo ex FUR 134/103). Unlike the AR and SAR blocks, the two FUR cards are officially credited — both to YOSHIROTTEN.

Where RGB Mew Fits — and Doesn’t
Mew ex SAR 129/103 and Mew ex FUR 135/103 aren’t the only secret Mew cards connected to this set. Three secret Mew cards — R/RGB, G/RGB and B/RGB, illustrated by YOSHIROTTEN — were pulled from early-opened 30th Celebration products and surfaced in a Pokémon TCG Live update on September 15, per PokeBeach (report of September 12, updated September 15, 2026). They sit outside the /103 numbering and outside every official list, and their pull rate is unknown.
These RGB cards are a separate, unnumbered trio — not another printing of 129/103, and not part of the compiled 165-card list this article otherwise draws from. Japanese copies are listed on SNKRDUNK; the lowest asks dated September 16, 2026 were ¥868,000 (R/RGB), ¥580,000 (G/RGB) and ¥600,000 (B/RGB) — asking prices, not sales, and not a valuation. This set’s secret Mew slots are therefore the SAR at 129/103, the FUR at 135/103, and the three unnumbered RGB cards, each a distinct print.
How 30th Celebration’s Full Numbering Breaks Down
129/103 sits in the SAR block, part of the wider secret-rare range that is compiled rather than official. The database itself covers the main set 001–103, the Classic Collection 136–165 and the eight Basic Energy; the AR/SAR/FUR block 104–135 is compiled from official images and PokeBeach’s September 9 list and is still not in the official card database. All 32 secret rares have now been seen — the last five, including this card, surfaced with release-day listings on SNKRDUNK, September 16, 2026.

Release-Day Market: What Mew ex SAR Is Asking
Mew ex SAR 129/103 had no live marketplace listing as of September 11, 2026. Its first appearance on SNKRDUNK came with the release-day card reveal: a lowest asking price of ¥9,300 across 49 listings, dated September 16, 2026. Its FUR sibling, 135/103, carries a separate release-day ask of ¥22,222 the same day — a reminder that the SAR and FUR of the same card are two different market lines, not one price. Pre-release forecasts for the FUR print (SNKRDUNK and altema, September 9) ran ¥105,000–220,000; the release-day ask on SNKRDUNK was ¥22,222 on September 16, 2026, well below those forecasts.
Sealed product has also moved since the set’s card list went public. The lowest asking price for a sealed M6a box on SNKRDUNK went from ¥47,200 on September 1 to ¥28,200 on September 10 and ¥17,500 on release day, September 16, 2026 — still about 2.4× the ¥7,200 MSRP. PokeBeach reported, from an official box opening shown before release, that one 20-pack box held 20 of the 30 Pikachu, 2 Classic Collection cards, 4 AR, 1 SAR and 1 FUR — one opening, not a published rate; the Pokémon Company has not published pull rates for SAR cards specifically.
