The standard ETB accessories are 65 sleeves, 45 Energy cards, a player’s guide, six damage-counter dice, a competition-legal coin-flip die, two plastic condition markers, a collector’s box with four dividers and a TCG Live code card. Pokemon.com’s set page lists no booster display, which is not the same as saying none exists.
Why the Booster Bundle Is the Pack Product
The Booster Bundle page carries the line that defines the English set: "This expansion isn’t sold in individual booster packs, so the Booster Bundle is a fast way to discover the many Shiny Pokémon inside." The bundle holds six booster packs and launched February 23, 2024, after the ETB.
Japan’s Shiny Treasure ex is the reverse case. It is sold as a High Class Pack at ¥550, and the official page prints a pack price and a card count per pack. The English Booster Bundle contains six packs.

The two English Elite Trainer Boxes differ in exactly the ways the official pages state.

Two extra packs and a second promo are the whole difference on the official pages. The Pokémon Center version is a Pokémon Center product.

Three more English products carry a Shiny promo, and the tin promos matter for the Japanese comparison because two of them are Pokémon that also appear as Japanese SV4a chase cards.
