The regular double-rare print and the lowest-numbered of the three. It is the only Mega Latias ex number inside the printed set size of 063. The database credits it to 5ban Graphics, and Bulbapedia’s card page calls it the Regular card of the group.

Reading the Numbers: Which Prints Sit Above the Set Size
