The OP-13 booster box is built from 6-card packs drawn from a 132-type card list, yet Bandai prints neither a pack count per box nor a box price.
Those are the terms of the official Japanese product page for ブースターパック 受け継がれる意志【OP-13】 (Carrying On His Will), as printed on October 1, 2026: release on August 23, 2025, a tax-in MSRP of ¥220 per pack, and six cards in every pack. The English product page prints November 7, 2025 and $4.99 per pack. Everything about the box itself — what it costs, what a sealed or Grade B copy means for you — is a store question, not a Bandai one.
We sell Japanese sealed product and graded singles from Tokyo. USD figures convert at ¥154/USD, approximate.
- Official: 6 cards per pack, ¥220 per pack (tax-in), released August 23, 2025 in Japan and November 7, 2025 in English. No official box price and no pack count per box.
- The official card database lists 174 rows for OP-13: 120 base rows plus 54 parallel-suffix rows, including 15 Secret Rare rows and 12 Leader rows.
- Our OP-13 Booster Box (Box option) is currently listed at ¥16,190 (~$105) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order); the lowest SNKRDUNK ask for a sealed Japanese box was ¥16,700 on October 1, 2026.
- The Box and the Damaged Box (Grade B) at ¥13,683 (~$89) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) are separate products with separate product pages.
This first version covers the official specifications, the official database rows, SNKRDUNK asks dated October 1, 2026, and the store listings as of October 2, 2026.
What the OP-13 Booster Box Is
OP-13 is the Japanese One Piece Card Game booster pack set named 受け継がれる意志, which the English site calls CARRYING ON HIS WILL. The official Japanese page introduces Gol D. Roger and Imu (イム) as Leader cards for the first time, and it prints a section on the third anniversary of the One Piece Card Game. A booster box is a sealed case of these packs. Bandai’s official pages describe the pack; neither page prints a box price or a packs-per-box figure.

The two official product pages agree on the set code and disagree slightly on the card count, so both are shown side by side.
| Official item | Japanese page | English page | Buyer meaning |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name | ブースターパック 受け継がれる意志【OP-13】 | BOOSTER PACK -CARRYING ON HIS WILL-[OP-13] | Same set, two languages |
| Release date | August 23, 2025 | November 7, 2025 | Japan first, English second |
| Pack MSRP | ¥220 (tax-in) | $4.99 per pack | A per-pack figure, not a box figure |
| Cards per pack | 6 | not printed as a pack count | The Japanese page is the source for the 6 |
| Card types | 全132種 + 1種 | 133+1 card types | The two pages differ by one and neither explains it |
| Packs per box | not printed | not printed | No official figure to quote |
| Box price | not printed | not printed | Box prices come from retailers |
The English page adds a legality note: cards in the product are tournament legal starting 7 days after the release date in your region. The Japanese page carries a correction notice dated August 18, 2025 about misprinted card text and a Premium Bandai lottery sale window of December 18 to 24, 2025. For how Japanese and English One Piece boxes differ in general, see our Japanese vs English One Piece booster packs article.
The OP-13 Rarity Ladder
The Japanese page prints a count for each rarity line. The official card database prints a different set of numbers, because it lists every printed variant as its own row. Reading the two together shows how the ladder is built.
| Rarity | Product page count | Database base rows | Database rows incl. parallels |
|---|---|---|---|
| Leader (L) | 6 | 6 | 12 |
| Common (C) | 45 | 45 | 45 |
| Uncommon (UC) | 30 (printed on a second Common line) | 30 | 30 |
| Rare (R) | 26 | 26 | 43 |
| Super Rare (SR) | 10 | 10 | 20 |
| Secret Rare (SEC) | 3 | 3 | 15 |
| Special Card (SP) | 10 | not a base rarity | 9 rows |
| 3rd Anniversary Special Card | 2 | no separate rarity code | no separate rows |
Three things stand out. Every base line except the Special Cards matches the database exactly at base-row level. The Secret Rare line is the one where parallels multiply the count most: three base cards become fifteen rows. And the Special Card figures do not reconcile: the product page prints 10 plus 2 for the third anniversary, while the database lists 9 rows with the SP rarity. The database also totals 129 distinct base and SP rows against the printed 132, and neither source explains the gap.
Base Rows and Parallel Rows in the Official Database
The official card list for OP-13 holds 174 rows. Each row is a separate image and a separate id, and the id carries the variant. A base print has the card number as its id (OP13-118). A variant keeps the same printed number and rarity but adds a suffix (OP13-118_p4). The database prints no label that says which suffix is a manga card, a super parallel or any other style, so any such name is a retailer’s or a marketplace’s label, not Bandai’s.
| Row type | Rows |
|---|---|
| Base rows (no suffix) | 120 |
| Suffix _p1 | 31 |
| Suffix _p2 | 13 |
| Suffix _p3 | 5 |
| Suffix _p4 | 3 |
| Suffix _p5 | 1 |
| Suffix _p6 | 1 |
Not every row carries an OP13 number. Nine rows carry the SP rarity and a printed number from an earlier set, and they are part of the set’s database listing.
| Printed number prefix | Rows | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| OP13 | 165 | Cards numbered in this set |
| OP09 | 5 | SP rows: Shanks (OP09-004, two rows), Ben Beckman (ベン・ベックマン), Gol D. Roger, Monkey D. Luffy |
| OP07 | 2 | SP rows: Lilith (リリス), Sabo |
| EB02 | 1 | SP row: Portgas D. Ace |
| OP10 | 1 | SP row: Smoker (スモーカー) |
Every one of these rows is browsable with its official image on our OP-13 card list, and our OP-13 parallel and alt-art list walks through the suffix rows card by card. The complete number list is in the OP-13 card list article.
The Secret Rares: Luffy, Ace and Sabo
The base Secret Rares are OP13-118, OP13-119 and OP13-120, and each has five database rows: the base plus suffixes _p1 through _p4. The OP13-118, OP13-119 and OP13-120 tables list SNKRDUNK’s own labels for each print (SEC-RSP, SEC-SP, SEC-SPC and so on). Those labels belong to SNKRDUNK, not to Bandai, and the database does not say which suffix each one is.

These are asking prices, not sales. Our individual guides to the Red Comic Parallel prints are the Luffy OP13-118 guide and the Ace OP13-119 guide.
Leaders and the Five Elders
The six Leaders each carry a base row, and every Leader has at least one parallel row. Roger and Imu are the two the Japanese page highlights as debuting in this set.
| Number | Leader | Colors | Database rows |
|---|---|---|---|
| OP13-001 | Monkey D. Luffy | Red/Green | base, _p2 |
| OP13-002 | Portgas D. Ace | Red/Blue | base, _p1 |
| OP13-003 | Gol D. Roger | Red/Purple | base, _p1 |
| OP13-004 | Sabo | Red/Black | base, _p1 |
| OP13-079 | Imu (イム) | Black | base, _p1 |
| OP13-100 | Jewelry Bonney (ジュエリー・ボニー) | Yellow | base, _p1 |
The Japanese page names five black Rare characters as a block: the Five Elders (五老星). Each has two parallel rows, _p1 and _p2 in the database. Our Five Elders R-RP article covers the five cards in detail.
| Number | Character | Database parallel rows | SNKRDUNK R-RP lowest ask |
|---|---|---|---|
| OP13-091 | St. Marcus Mars | _p1, _p2 | ¥22,000 |
| OP13-083 | St. Jaygarcia Saturn | _p1, _p2 | ¥20,000 |
| OP13-080 | St. Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro | _p1, _p2 | ¥19,800 |
| OP13-084 | St. Shepherd Ju Peter | _p1, _p2 | ¥19,000 |
| OP13-089 | St. Topman Warcury | _p1, _p2 | ¥16,000 |
The Top 10 SNKRDUNK Asks for OP-13 Singles
This ranking is by raw lowest ask on SNKRDUNK on October 1, 2026, taken from the listings whose product name is the OP-13 booster pack. The labels are SNKRDUNK’s. Two of the ten are the OP09-004 Shanks reprints that sit in the OP-13 database as SP rows.
| Rank | Card and SNKRDUNK label | Number | Lowest ask |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Monkey D. Luffy SEC-RSP | OP13-118 | ¥1,500,000 |
| 2 | Sabo SEC-RSP | OP13-120 | ¥600,000 |
| 3 | Portgas D. Ace SEC-RSP | OP13-119 | ¥400,000 |
| 4 | Monkey D. Luffy SEC-SP | OP13-118 | ¥170,000 |
| 5 | Portgas D. Ace SEC-SP | OP13-119 | ¥90,000 |
| 6 | Sabo SEC-SP | OP13-120 | ¥75,000 |
| 7 | Shanks, gold background, SR-SPC (3rd Anniversary Special Card) | OP09-004 | ¥69,800 |
| 8 | Shanks, silver background, SR-SPC (3rd Anniversary Special Card) | OP09-004 | ¥43,799 |
| 9 | St. Marcus Mars R-RP | OP13-091 | ¥22,000 |
| 10 | St. Jaygarcia Saturn R-RP | OP13-083 | ¥20,000 |
A pattern worth reading from the table itself: the six top rows are the Secret Rare numbers in two SNKRDUNK styles each, and the rest of the ranking is the two third-anniversary Shanks listings and two of the Five Elders, Mars and Saturn. The base Leaders, base Super Rares, base Rares and the base Secret Rares sit at ¥1,000 on the same date.

Sealed Box, Grade B Box or Singles
The right route depends on what you want from OP-13.
| Route | Suits you if | Check first |
|---|---|---|
| Booster Box, Box option (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) | You want the regular sealed box format and are opening or holding it | That you are on the Box option, not the sold-out Carton option |
| Damaged Box (Grade B) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) | You mainly care about the cards inside and are comfortable with a graded-condition box | The condition description and photos on that product page |
| Singles, raw or PSA 10 | You want a specific card rather than a random pull | The exact card number and row; one number can have five rows |
Singles are the route when a card is the goal. No box can be described as likely to contain a given Secret Rare, and the five-row structure of OP13-118 to OP13-120 means a card name alone does not identify a print. If you would rather buy sealed, the choice between the Box option and Grade B is a condition question that the product page answers, not a card-content question: both are the same OP-13 set.

The number on the card and the label on the listing together identify the print; a bare name does not. The PSA 10 designation refers to Gem Mint condition per PSA’s published grading standards. Our PSA 10 card list shows the wider graded catalogue.
What Bandai Does Not Publish
As of October 1, 2026, Bandai does not publish pull rates for OP-13: the official Japanese and English product pages and the rules Q&A, checked October 1, 2026, print no pull rate, no odds and no probability. The only randomness statement is that the cards are inserted at random. Our own OP-13 pull rates article is the store’s content and not an official figure.
| Item | Status |
|---|---|
| Pull rates and odds | Not published by Bandai |
| Packs per booster box | Not printed on either official page |
| Booster box MSRP | Not printed on either official page |
| Boxes per carton | Not printed on either official page |

The official Japanese product page prints August 23, 2025 as the release date for OP-13 Carrying On His Will. The official English product page prints November 7, 2025. The English page adds that cards are tournament legal starting 7 days after the release date in your region.
