Two points follow from the table. The English list has no _p5 entry, so the Championship memento appears on the Japanese list only. And the official list does not say which suffix is the “red” art or the “comic” art — that identification is not stated on the official pages.
What the Card Is: Official List Facts
The Japanese list names the card モンキー・Ｄ・ルフィ. It is a Character card: colour Green, cost 6, power 7000, no counter value, attribute Strike, with the traits Fish-Man Island, Supernovas and Straw Hat Crew.

Red Comic Parallel, SEC-SP and SEC-RSP: Listing Names, Not Official Ones
The official card list carries no wording such as “Comic Parallel”, “Red Comic Parallel”, SEC-SP or SEC-RSP. The only alternate-art label it uses is the Japanese “SPカード” and the English “SP CARD”, and for OP13-118 the English list applies that label to _p4 only.
The marketplace names are separate terms. SNKRDUNK lists two Luffy OP13-118 prints by name: one titled SEC-SP (コミパラ) and one titled SEC-RSP (レッドコミパラ). Number and suffix. OP13 is the set code for CARRYING ON HIS WILL and 118 is the slot. The suffix on the official list (_p1 to _p5) marks each alternate art as a separate list entry.
Rarity. SEC is the Secret Rare code shown by the official list for the base entry and the alternates. The rarity ladder is set out in our One Piece card rarity guide. A marketplace label such as SEC-RSP is not a rarity code on the official list.
