One Piece EB-05 Release Events in Japan and Heroines CUP 3on3

One Piece EB-05 Release Events in Japan and Heroines CUP 3on3

The EB-05 release events in Japan run from October 31 to November 15, 2026, and Bandai’s Heroines CUP -3on3- team tournament follows on November 7 and November 29, as of October 6, 2026. Bandai has published separate official pages for the release event, the junior event and the Heroines CUP, and each page lists its own dates, prizes and entry rules.

All of them are held in Japan and use Japanese entry systems, mostly the BANDAI TCG+ app. USD figures convert at ¥154/USD, approximate: the 5,760-yen event box price printed on Bandai’s pages is about $37.

We sell Japanese sealed product and graded singles from Tokyo, and we do not list EB-05.

Key Takeaways

Three official events surround EB-05 in Japan: a shop-based release event (October 31 to November 15, 2026), a junior event for elementary and junior-high students (November 7 to 15) and the Heroines CUP -3on3- (November 7 and 29). The release-event entry window ran September 25 to October 4, 2026, and the Heroines CUP lists entry from October 2 to 12. Bandai’s two pages disagree on one Leader number, and the official card list has no EB-05 rows as of October 6, 2026.

Updated October 6, 2026 — First version

This is the first version, recorded from the release-event page of September 25, the Heroines CUP page of October 2 and the product pages as printed on October 6, 2026.

The Three Events at a Glance

As of October 6, 2026 the three official event pages print the following dates, places and entry windows.

Event Dates Where Entry Results
EB-05 release event (casual) October 31 to November 15, 2026 Official shops nationwide; dates vary by shop Lottery via BANDAI TCG+, September 25 to October 4, 2026 October 9, 2026
Junior event (elementary and junior-high students only) November 7 to 15, 2026 — From September 25 until 15:00 two weeks before the event date —
Heroines CUP -3on3- (serious battle) November 7 (two venues) and November 29, 2026 TOC Ariake; My Dome Osaka; Minami Kindai rental conference rooms Lottery via BANDAI TCG+, October 2 to 12, 2026 October 16, 2026

None of them is a pre-release event: the release event starts on Japan’s release date, October 31, 2026, and the other two follow it. The official EB-05 booster is a 240-yen pack with 6 cards, as the product page prints.

The EB-05 Release Event

Bandai’s page, announced on the news index on September 25, 2026, is titled ONE PIECE Heroines Edition vol.2 [EB-05] 発売記念イベント and describes a casual meet-up held to mark the Extra Booster’s release.

Entry and format

The regulation is Standard. Entry is by advance application through BANDAI TCG+, and the page states that it is a lottery in which only winners may take part. The application period was September 25 to October 4, 2026, and winners will be announced on October 9, 2026. The event runs at official shops across Japan, and the page says dates vary by shop.

The usable-Leader rule

Only the Leaders on the page’s list may be used, and parallel designs are allowed. The list prints 24 Leaders; the Heroines CUP list adds P-117 ナミ and prints a different number for the Robin Leader.

The prize draw

The page describes a draw inside the Monday-to-Friday events: buy one EB-05 pack and open it, and if a Super Rare, Secret, Special Card, Parallel Card or Super Parallel Card comes out, the buyer receives a commemorative item. The prizes printed are two DON!! cards titled 世界統一記念ドン‼︎カード, one with Monkey D. Luffy and one with Roronoa Zoro. The page prints no counts and no odds, and the sentence is Bandai’s own list of EB-05 card classes.

Venue sales

The venue sells EB-05 at 5,760 yen (tax included) for one box, with the note to check purchase limits at the venue. No other box figure appears on Bandai’s pages; the EB-05 product page prints only the 240-yen pack price.

The Junior Event

The junior page, titled 【小中学生限定】 and dated the same day, restricts the event to elementary and junior-high students. It runs November 7 to November 15, 2026. Applications opened September 25 and close at 15:00 two weeks before the date of the event.

Item Junior event
Prizes Promotion Pack Vol.10 and the Luffy and Zoro 世界統一記念ドン‼︎カード
Prize draw The same pack-opening sentence as the main event
Venue sales EB-05 at 240 yen per pack (tax included), up to 24 packs
Who may buy Elementary and junior-high students only
Leader restriction None listed

The 24-pack ceiling equals a full box of 24 packs, a count the official box render prints.

Heroines CUP -3on3-

Bandai’s news index dated October 2, 2026 announced the event, which it files under serious-battle events. The page describes a team format fought in teams of three, with the usable Leader cards specified.

Date Venue as printed Organizer link on the page

The page prints venue names only, with no city or prefecture, no start times and no team capacity. All three dates come after EB-05’s Japan release.

Format

The regulation is Standard, and with some exceptions cards with block icon 1 cannot be used. The tournament is Swiss draw with up to five rounds and no elimination bracket. Deck registration is required before check-in, and the deck cannot change after check-in. Teammates may not advise or consult each other during matches, and a team needs all three members to take part.

Entry

Entry is a lottery through BANDAI TCG+, with face-photo registration required in advance and guardian consent for entrants under 18. One member applies as representative and receives a team ID, then the other two apply with that ID. The page lists an application period of October 2 to October 12, 2026, and results on October 16, 2026. If all three members have not applied inside the period, the team is not formed and falls outside the lottery. The page adds that the schedule may change.

Deck rules

Within a team, the same Leader card number cannot be used twice. Each player may include up to four of one card number and the team up to twelve, apart from cards the rules allow in any quantity. The restriction printed is on the Leader card only; the page does not limit the rest of the deck to any kind of character.

The Usable Leader List

The Heroines CUP page prints 25 Leaders in this order, and parallel designs may also be used. The release-event page prints 24 of the same entries; the two lists differ only on the Robin Leader’s number and on P-117 ナミ.

Nico Robin Leader (EB05-010 on the reveal images) ニコ・ロビン Listed as EB05-016
P-117 ナミ No; Heroines CUP list only

The page prints the Robin row as EB05-010. Each list is the one printed for these events, not a list of every heroine Leader, and the full reference list of the 24 Leaders on the release-event page sits in our Leader list for the event. Bandai’s product page counts seven Leader cards in EB-05; tier-one’s card list, updated October 4, 2026, reported which seven they are, and the EB-05 Leaders article covers them.

Two Official Pages, Two Robin Numbers

The reveal images and Bandai’s Heroines CUP page print the Robin Leader as EB05-010; Bandai’s release-event page lists the Robin Leader as EB05-016, the number the reveal images show on a Super Rare Character card; the official card list has no EB-05 rows as of October 6, 2026.

Page Published Robin entry as printed
Release-event page September 25, 2026 EB05-016 ニコ・ロビン, among 24 Leaders

Card images on tier-one and メルカード秋葉原 card lists (reported) Updated October 4, 2026 EB05-010 on the Leader card; EB05-016 on a Super Rare Character card

Both pages agree that EB-05 holds a Nico Robin Leader and that it is legal in these heroine-Leader events. Bandai has published no notice about the difference. The Robin cards are covered in our Nico Robin EB-05 article.

Prizes at Each Event

The prize lists differ by event. EB-05 cards are not among them on any page.

Event Tier as printed Prize as printed
Release event 参加記念品 (participation) Promotion Pack Vol.10; ST20-004 シャーロット・プリン also listed, with no condition printed

Heroines CUP Listed after the pack, no condition printed 世界統一記念ドン‼︎カード with Nami and Usopp

The page does not explain whether ベスト6 and ベスト32 count teams or players beyond one card per person. Prize values, finishes and any trophy are not printed.

Promotion Pack Vol.10

The same pack is the participation prize on the release-event and Heroines CUP pages and is among the junior event’s prizes. Bandai prints it as 1 pack of 5 cards, 5 types in total, with a card list in the images. The pack image prints NOT FOR SALE, and no dedicated product page for it was found on the official site as of October 6, 2026.

Number Name as printed Colour (image) Official card list, October 6, 2026
OP09-102 クローバー博士 Yellow Base row only (OP-09)

OP16-081 お玉 Black Base row only (OP-16)
EB04-011 ウロコ Green Base row only (EB-04)
P-158 ミノタウロス Purple No row

No EB-05 card is in the pack. Four of the five numbers already exist in the card list, and whether the pack versions have new art is not printed. The pack is not a heroine-themed pack: it holds one girl character, お玉, and four others. The pack images carry a SAMPLE watermark.

The playmat page headlines advance sale at the venues and prints no general release date. The mat’s card, shown on a SAMPLE-marked image, is numbered P-111 and named ニコ・ロビン, while the playmat page itself prints no card name or number as text. The playmat is one of the Heroines accessories alongside the Precious Box, a separate authorized-shop product at 8,470 yen (tax included) from October 31, 2026.

What Overseas Buyers Can Use This For

Entry to the release event and the Heroines CUP runs through BANDAI TCG+ lotteries, and the Heroines CUP also requires face-photo registration in advance. Those entry windows are Japanese lotteries; the guide to Japan box prices and lotteries covers the retail ones.

  • The box price. Bandai’s pages list 5,760 yen for one box at venues, and the booster box guide covers the box and its price evidence.
  • The Leader list. Bandai restricts these events to the Leaders on its lists, so the lists show which Leaders the events support.
  • The schedule. The release-event period closes on November 15, 2026, and the broader release schedule places it alongside OP-18.

The EB-05 release overview covers the set itself.

Bandai’s release-event page lists October 31 to November 15, 2026, at official shops nationwide, with dates varying by shop. A junior event for elementary and junior-high students runs November 7 to 15. The Heroines CUP -3on3- is a separate tournament.

Bandai prints three dates: November 7, 2026 at TOC Ariake, November 7, 2026 at My Dome Osaka and November 29, 2026 at Minami Kindai rental conference rooms. Entry is a BANDAI TCG+ lottery with an application period of October 2 to 12 and results on October 16.

How does the Heroines CUP work?

Teams of three play in the Standard regulation, using only Leaders from a list of 25, and the same Leader number cannot repeat within a team. The format is Swiss draw with up to five rounds and no elimination bracket. Teammates may not advise each other during matches.

What do players receive at the events?

Participants receive Promotion Pack Vol.10, a pack of 5 cards with 5 types. The release event adds a pack-opening draw for the Luffy and Zoro DON!! cards. The Heroines CUP prizes include ST32-003 for the best 6, OP17-027 for the best 32 and Nami and Usopp DON!! cards.

Is the EB-05 Robin Leader EB05-010 or EB05-016?

Bandai’s pages disagree. The Heroines CUP page and the reveal images print EB05-010 for the Leader, while the release-event page lists the Robin Leader as EB05-016, the number the images show on a Super Rare Character card. The official card list has no EB-05 rows as of October 6, 2026.

Can overseas players enter the events?

Bandai’s pages describe entry through BANDAI TCG+ lotteries, with face-photo registration in advance for the Heroines CUP, and every event is held at venues or official shops in Japan.
