The retailer lotteries are run by shops in Japan as lotteries for residents of Japan, and every dated window on that list was set to end no later than October 11, 2026.

How EB-05 Is Sold in Japan Before Release
Bandai’s Japanese product page for EB-05 does not offer a pre-order. It prints the release date, the pack price, the 6-card pack and the 75-plus-2 type count, then links a shop list. The link, labelled 取り扱い店舗 (shops carrying the product), points to a shop search on Bandai’s Carddass site.
Three channels exist in practice. Retailers such as Japanese chains and online shops run purchase lotteries. Bandai runs a lottery for places at its release event, with the product sold at the venue. And authorized shops carry a separate bundle, the Precious Box. Each channel has its own entry rule, and none of them is an open order button.
Three official dates frame the sales picture, all printed on Bandai’s pages: the release on October 31, 2026, the release-event lottery results on October 9, 2026, and the Heroines CUP -3on3- results on October 16, 2026. The retailer dates come from SNKRDUNK instead and carry the status reported.

All of these are lotteries run by shops in Japan, announced in Japanese through shop accounts, apps and in-store codes. The sources present them as lotteries for customers in Japan, and no source in the list offers entry to a buyer outside Japan. No EB-05 lottery by Premium Bandai, FamilyMart or other chains appears in the October 4, 2026 list, which is not a statement that none exists.

Bandai announced the main release event, ONE PIECE Heroines Edition vol.2 [EB-05] 発売記念イベント, on September 25, 2026. Its official page describes a casual meet-up held to mark the Extra Booster, at official shops nationwide from October 31 to November 15, 2026, with dates varying by shop.

The lottery decides who may attend the event, and the box is sold at the venue. The prize-draw sentence is also the official vocabulary for the EB-05 card classes, but it carries no counts and no odds. The prize draw takes place within events held Monday to Friday, according to the page, and no EB-05 promo card is listed among the prizes.

The Junior Event and Its Pack Sales
A separate event is held for elementary and junior-high students. Its official page lists November 7 to November 15, 2026, with applications from September 25, 2026 until 15:00 on the day two weeks before the event date. The prizes are Promotion Pack Vol.10 and the two DON!! cards, with the same prize-draw sentence as the main event.
The venue sells packs, not boxes: 240 yen per pack, a maximum of 24 packs, and venue sales are restricted to students. The 24-pack limit equals the pack count of one box, but the page sells loose packs only. The page prints no Leader restriction list for the junior event.
Heroines CUP -3on3- and Its Box Sales
Heroines CUP -3on3- is a team event for groups of three, announced on October 2, 2026. Its official page lists November 7, 2026 at two venues, TOC Ariake and My Dome Osaka, and November 29, 2026 at a rental conference room venue. Bandai sells the Precious Box through authorized shops only. Overseas buyers cannot enter the Japanese retailer lotteries or the official event lotteries as listed: the retailer entries run through Japanese shop accounts, apps and in-store codes, and the events are held at shops and venues in Japan. As of October 6, 2026 Bandai’s English site dates the English edition October 30, 2026, and the English page prints no box price. Its differences from the Japanese set are covered in EB-05 English (Oct) vs Japanese. Bandai has not said that the English card list matches the Japanese one.
Two limits apply to any claim in this area. No retailer or event page establishes a street date for overseas shipping from anyone, and a lottery listing is not an allocation promise. The shop lists the earlier Heroines boxes, which are different products from EB-05, and the card list for the earlier set sits on the EB03 card list page.
