A Luffy promo card in the Japanese One Piece Card Game can come from a stadium giveaway, a Jump magazine appendix, a premium collection, a bookstore campaign or a tournament prize, and only some of them appear in the official records (the card list or the official topics page).
This guide separates what the official card list states from what has only been reported by media, so you can tell which Luffy promos have a documented source and which do not. Every media-reported item below carries the label “media report”.
The official card list documents the sources of P-110 (ONE PIECE DAY’25) and P-159 (Weekly Shonen Jump No. 33 appendix), and the official English topics page documents the Dodgers 2025 EB02-010 giveaway. The 2026 Dodgers card, the ST29-001 magazine card and the NatsuComi Metakira card are media reports only. The Dodgers Cards: 2025 Official, 2026 Media Report
The 2025 card is documented on the official English One Piece Card Game topics page. It was given out on July 3, 2025 at Dodger Stadium: EB02-010 Monkey D. Luffy, with custom art by Oda showing Luffy in Dodgers gear, one per ticketed fan, first come first served, at the ONE PIECE activation spaces. The Japanese card list also records EB-02 and the Official Playmat Limited Edition vol.5 as sources for EB02-010. Our Dodgers card guide covers that print in full.
A second Dodgers night was covered by media in 2026. Per a media report (SNKRDUNK Magazine, June 29, 2026, plus a resell calendar and an MLB Shop listing), the July 2, 2026 game against the Padres came with a Luffy DON!! card in a Dodgers uniform and straw hat. No official page for that event appears on the official site, and the card number is not confirmed, so treat every detail of the 2026 card as a media report.
P-110: ONE PIECE DAY’25
P-110 Monkey D. Luffy is a Blue Character card with rarity P, cost 7 and power 9000, with no effect text (“-”) on the official list. The Japanese list gives its source as the Premium Card Collection -ONE PIECE DAY’25-. The English list has two entries, P-110 and P-110_p1, both labelled “4th Anniversary Event”. A LEGO tie-in for this card comes from media reports only (The Brick Fan and eBay listings), not from the card list.
The product that carries it, the ONE PIECE CARD GAME Premium Card Collection – ONE PIECE DAY ’25, is currently listed at ¥27,284 (~$177). The graded card, PSA 10 Monkey.D.Luffy P [P-110], is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥33,048 (~$215) — sourced to order; the product page shows the current terms (how PSA 10 back orders work).
P-159: Weekly Shonen Jump No. 33
P-159 Monkey D. Luffy is a Red Character card with rarity P, cost 4 and power 5000. Its printed effect: when it is K.O.’d, if your Leader has DON!! given, play up to one Straw Hat Crew Character with power 6000 or less from your hand. The Japanese list gives the source as the Weekly Shonen Jump No. 33 appendix (sale date July 13, 2026), and the P-159_p1 entry as the appendix all-applicants service of the same issue. The English card list shows no P-159 entry.
Our listing title reads “Shonen Jump 2026 29th Anniversary”. The “29th Anniversary” wording is not on the official card list, so it is a listing description rather than an official label. The listing has two options: Promo only at ¥1,218 (~$8) and with magazine at ¥1,600 (~$10).
Magazine Vol.21 and NatsuComi: Media-Reported Promos
ST29-001 is a starter-deck card number on the official list, where the sources shown are the ST-29 EGGHEAD products. A ONE PIECE Magazine Vol.21 bundle with a yellow-background alternate-art Luffy is a media report (japhunter.ch and hikarudistribution), not an entry the official list confirms. Our Magazine Vol.21 listing has a Card only (ungraded) option at ¥3,500 (~$23); the Magazine + promo card option is sold out at the time of this update — restock requests go through Quick Order.
The “Watermelon Luffy” is the NatsuComi 2026 Metakira card: per media report (CardTrader, LuxCards and PokeAri retail listings), a Shueisha summer-fair item for July 1 to August 31, 2026, one per qualifying bookstore purchase, with an Oda signature print, and not a playable TCG card. No official page is known and no P- number exists for it. The Natsucomi 2026 Metakira Card is currently listed at ¥2,030 (~$13).
Luffy Entries in OP13-118
OP13-118 Monkey.D.Luffy is a Secret Rare Green Character (cost 6, power 7000). The Japanese list has six entries for it, from the base card through _p5. Entries _p0 to _p4 give CARRYING ON HIS WILL [OP-13] as the source, while _p5 is a Championship 25-26 Season 2 Finals Top 32 commemorative item. The English list has five entries, of which _p4 is labelled SP CARD.
Our two OP13-118 back-order listings use our own names: “SEC-P” at ¥21,746 (~$141) and “SEC-RSP (Red Comic Parallel)” at ¥2,805,000 (~$18,214), both offered as PSA 10 back orders, sourced to order. “Comic Parallel” and “Red” are listing and market terms; the official list does not say which _pN entry either copy corresponds to, so match a copy by its listing name and photo. How to Read a Promo Entry
Start with the card number, then the acquisition field. On the official list, an alternate art of the same card appears as a separate entry with a _pN suffix, and some alternate arts carry the SP CARD label (English) or the SP card label (Japanese) while others keep the base rarity. Names such as “Wanted”, “Comic Parallel” and “Red” are used by listings and markets.
Rarity on the list is the base rarity, or P for the P- series. For P-110 and P-159, the official list shows P. Pair the number with the source name in the acquisition field, and treat anything beyond that as a media report until an official page confirms it.
