What’s in a Night Unison Box

Night Unison released January 11, 2019 as an enhanced expansion — a companion product sold alongside SM9 Tag Bolt rather than a standalone main-series set. A box holds 30 packs at 5 cards per pack, and MSRP at release was ¥4,950 tax included, per the store’s own earlier pull-rates coverage of the set. That pack and box structure is the standard format used across the equivalent SM-era enhanced expansions, so it’s a reliable baseline for what to expect from a sealed box.

Our own card-list catalogue puts the set at 63 cards, built on Limitless’s numbering. The main-set denominator printed on cards runs to /055 — 55 numbered main-set cards plus 8 secret-rare cards that print above that number:

The 8-card Secret Rare tier sits above card 055 in the print run: 056 Venomoth-GX, 057 Dedenne-GX, 058 and 059 Greninja & Zoroark-GX (two separate SR-tier prints of the same TAG TEAM GX), 060 and 061 Gardevoir & Sylveon-GX (again two SR-tier prints), then 062 Janine and 063 Koga’s Trap, both Supporter cards. Regular Box vs Damaged Box vs No Shrink on Our Site

We list sealed Japanese boxes under a few different conditions, and the naming is worth knowing before you buy. A Regular listing is factory-sealed with shrink intact and no cosmetic notes. A Damaged Box listing is our own designation for a box with a cosmetic issue — a dented corner, a torn or missing shrink seal — sold at a reduced price against that condition note. A No Shrink listing is a sealed box that has had its outer shrink wrap removed prior to listing, with the box itself unopened.
