What Are the Key Facts of the OP-06 Booster Box?
The key facts are a Japanese-edition set called Wings of the Captain, code OP-06, with 126 card types and 6 cards per pack. The table below collects the names and numbers in one place, with the official page behind each row.
| Item | Detail | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Product name (English) | BOOSTER PACK -WINGS OF THE CAPTAIN- [OP-06] | English official page |
| Product name (Japanese) | ブースターパック 双璧の覇者 【OP-06】 | Japanese official page |
| Set code | OP-06 (OP06) | Japanese official page |
| Edition | Japanese edition (Japanese Original Edition) | Our product page (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) |
| Japanese release date | November 25, 2023 (Saturday) | Japanese official page |
| Japanese pack price | 220 yen per pack, tax included | Japanese official page |
| Cards per pack | 6 | Asia English official page |
| Card types | 126, with 25 types of parallel illustration cards | Japanese official page |
| Box contents (our listing) | 24 packs, 6 cards per pack, 144 cards per box | Our product page (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) |

Two things in that table are worth reading twice. First, the pack price and the date belong to the Japanese release. The English release has its own page, its own date and its own price in US dollars, covered further down. Second, the official pages list the set by pack and card type, while the 24-pack box figure comes from our product page. The official Japanese page does not state how many packs make a box.
What Is Inside an OP-06 Booster Box?
A sealed OP-06 booster box contains 24 booster packs with 6 cards each, which makes 144 cards per box according to our OP-06 product page (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order). The set itself has 126 card types.
| Level | Number | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Cards per pack | 6 | Official figure on the Japanese page |
| Packs per box | 24 | Figure from our listing |
| Cards per box | 144 | 24 packs multiplied by 6 cards |
| Card types in the set | 126 | Total card types listed on the official page |
| Parallel illustration types | 25 | Parallel illustration cards counted by the official page |
The official page warns that multiples of one card may appear and that a full set may be hard to assemble. A booster box is a randomized product: the specific cards in each box are packed at the factory, and individual pulls are not promised.
The pack price gives a simple reference point. At the official Japanese price of 220 yen per pack, 24 packs come to 5,280 yen. That is arithmetic on the official pack price and our 24-pack figure, not a price for our box. Check the product page (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) for what the box is listed at.

When Was OP-06 Released in Japan, and When in English?
OP-06 released in Japan on November 25, 2023, and the English-language release is dated March 15, 2024 on the official English site. That is a gap of nearly four months between the two releases.
| Edition page | Release date | Pack price shown |
|---|---|---|
| Japanese site | November 25, 2023 | 220 yen, tax included |
| Asia English site | November 25, 2023 | Not listed |
| English site | March 15, 2024 | USD $4.49 per pack (MSRP) |
The Asia English page carries the same November 25, 2023 date as Japan, and it names the set “Wings of Captain” without “the”. The Western English page uses “Wings of the Captain”. Both names point to the same set code, OP-06, so search by the code if you are unsure which spelling a listing uses.
The official English page also states that cards are tournament legal from the pre-release date in your region. For a Japanese-edition box, the practical point is that the cards are Japanese-language cards with Japanese text, and this guide does not cover how a local tournament organizer treats them. Check your own organizer’s rules before building a deck around Japanese cards.
What Rarities Does OP-06 Contain?
OP-06 has eight rarity groups: Leader, Common, Uncommon, Rare, Super Rare, Secret Rare, Special Card, and a single DON!! card. The Japanese official page lists the counts, and they add up to the 126 card types.
| Rarity | Card types |
|---|---|
| Leader | 6 |
| Common | 45 |
| Uncommon | 30 |
| Rare | 26 |
| Super Rare | 10 |
| Secret Rare | 2 |
| Special Card | 6 |
| DON!! Card | 1 |
| Total | 126 |
Add those rows and you get 6 + 45 + 30 + 26 + 10 + 2 + 6 + 1 = 126, which matches the stated total. The English page adds one Treasure Rare and describes the set as “126+1 card types”, so the English count carries one extra card type that the Japanese page does not list as a separate row. If you buy the Japanese box, the Japanese table above is the one that applies.
The official pages also count 25 types of parallel illustration cards. Our OP-06 parallel and SP rows article goes through them row by row, and our OP-06 complete card list covers the full numbering. This guide stays on the box.

Which Themes and Cards Define Wings of the Captain?
OP-06 adds Fishman Island, Thriller Bark and Germa as themes, and it introduces new FILM, Fish-Man, Thriller Bark, GERMA and Land of Wano Leaders. That summary comes from the official English page for the sixth booster.
Our product page names the chase focus as alternate-art cards of Roronoa Zoro, Vinsmoke Sanji, Killer and Benn Beckman, and describes the set as showcasing the trusted right-hand members and wings of pirate captains. The official pages themselves list card numbers rather than card names, so the names above come from our listing, not from the official pages.
The set also pairs with Starter Deck -Zoro & Sanji- [ST-12]. The Asia English page calls out synergy with that October starter deck, and the English page says OP-06 includes cards that complement it. Buyers who started with ST-12 will find the theme overlap here. The official Japanese page also links to Ultimate Deck “Three Captains” [ST-10] and Booster Pack OP-05, and the English page links to Double Pack Set Vol.3 [DP-03] as related products.
For which individual cards people chase and how they rank, read our OP-06 chase cards article. We do not publish pull-rate numbers here.

Which Leaders Are in the OP-06 Booster Box?
The official English page lists six Leader card numbers for OP-06: OP06-001, OP06-020, OP06-021, OP06-022, OP06-042 and OP06-080. The page shows the numbers and does not print the Leader names in the text we cite.
| Leader number | Set |
|---|---|
| OP06-001 | OP-06 |
| OP06-020 | OP-06 |
| OP06-021 | OP-06 |
| OP06-022 | OP-06 |
| OP06-042 | OP-06 |
| OP06-080 | OP-06 |
That matches the “Leader 6” row in the rarity table. Our box listing says 8 Leader Cards; the official pages say 6, so use the official count of 6. Every pack is a random draw, so a box does not promise you any particular Leader.
The Japanese page also uses OP06-118 and OP06-119 as example card numbers. Both appear below as card images from our own media library.

How Does the Japanese OP-06 Box Differ From the English Booster Pack?
The Japanese edition differs in language, release date and price: it came out on November 25, 2023 at 220 yen per pack, while the English edition is dated March 15, 2024 at a US MSRP of $4.49 per pack. The set code and the theme are the same.
| Point | Japanese edition | English edition |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Booster Pack Wings of the Captain [OP-06] | BOOSTER PACK -WINGS OF THE CAPTAIN- [OP-06] |
| Release date | November 25, 2023 | March 15, 2024 |
| Pack price | 220 yen, tax included | USD $4.49 MSRP |
| Card types | 126 | 126+1 |
| Box configuration | Not stated officially; our listing says 24 packs | Not stated on the page |
The practical effect for a collector outside Japan is simple. If you want the card text in Japanese, or you want the set earlier than the English release allowed, the Japanese box is the product. If you want English text for play, the English product is the one to look for. This guide covers only the Japanese box.
Illustrations may differ from the final product, and the official page says details may change.
Should You Buy the OP-06 Booster Box or the PRB-01 Booster Box?
Buy the OP-06 booster box if you want the sixth set in its original form, and consider PRB-01 if you want reprints of popular cards from OP-01 through OP-06 with new artwork. They are different products with different pack structures.
| Point | OP-06 box | PRB-01 box |
|---|---|---|
| Type | Booster pack set | Premium Booster |
| Packs per box | 24 | 10 |
| Cards per pack | 6 | 10 |
| Cards per box | 144 | 100 |
| Card types | 126 | 111 |
| Japanese release | November 25, 2023 | November 8, 2024 |
| Content | New OP-06 cards | Reprints from OP-01 to OP-06 with new premium treatments |
Our PRB-01 One Piece Card The Best Japanese One Piece Booster Box (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) page says PRB-01 reprints popular Leaders, Commons, Uncommons, Rares, Super Rares and Secret Rares with alternate-art parallels, plus new premium DON!! card designs and special gold-stamped parallel cards. OP-06 is the sixth of the six sets PRB-01 draws on, so the two products overlap only in part. Neither product replaces the other.

Should You Choose a Regular Box or a Damaged Box?
Choose the regular box if the outer box condition matters to you, and the damaged box if a lower price matters more than a clean exterior. Our OP-06 damaged box page (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) describes a discounted item with cosmetic damage to the outer box, such as dents or scratches, and says the cards inside are unaffected.
| Point | Regular box | Damaged box |
|---|---|---|
| Outer box | Standard condition | Dents, creases, scuffs or other cosmetic damage; type and extent vary |
| Cards inside | Brand new and sealed | Described as unaffected |
| Photos | Product photo | Sample photos; the box you receive may differ |
| Sale terms | Standard shop policies | Sold as-is; returns and refunds are not accepted |
The damaged-box page explains why these exist: our Tokyo warehouse buys large volumes of Japanese trading cards every day, some boxes arrive with dents or scratches, and inspection staff separate them from regular stock when they cannot be sold as mint-condition products. The first image on that page shows the regular product so you can identify the set. Condition photos that follow are samples.

Because that item is sold as-is with no returns, read the page before buying. If you plan to keep a box sealed for display, the regular box is the safer match. If you plan to open the packs, the outer box matters less.
How Does Shipping From Tokyo Work for an OP-06 Booster Box?
Shipping works through FedEx with a tracking number, and you pick Standard or Expedited at checkout. Standard is FedEx International Connect Plus at usually 3-7 business days after dispatch, and Expedited is FedEx International Priority at usually 2-5 business days.
| Service | FedEx product | Estimated transit after dispatch | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | International Connect Plus (tracked) | Usually 3-7 business days | Calculated at checkout by address |
| Expedited | International Priority (tracked) | Usually 2-5 business days | Calculated at checkout by address |
The shipping policy describes these transit times as estimates only. They do not include handling time, weekends, Japanese national holidays, customs processing, carrier congestion, weather or destination-country conditions. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after PayPal or Wise payment has cleared, and that window is also an estimate.
There is no minimum order amount or quantity. Our product pages say every shipment includes tracking and insurance. FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, so give a physical address. After handoff to FedEx, customs inspections and import procedures are controlled by the carrier and destination authorities, and the policy says such transit delays do not by themselves create a right to cancel or refund after dispatch.
You can change the shipping address yourself under My Account > Orders while the order is paid and the shipment has not been scheduled. The destination country cannot be changed. If the new address costs more to ship to, the order is held until you pay the difference.
How Can You Pay for an OP-06 Booster Box?
You can pay by Wise bank transfer, PayPal, or a credit or debit card through PayPal, and all payments are made in Japanese yen. The payment methods page lists the rules for each option.
| Method | Fee | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Wise (bank transfer) | No payment processing fee | Cancelled automatically if payment is not received within 12 hours without a screenshot (3 hours for pre-order items); with a screenshot, upload within 5 days and the price is held for 10 days |
| PayPal | 5% payment processing fee | Paid immediately at checkout |
| Credit or debit card via PayPal | 5% payment processing fee | Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB; which is offered depends on PayPal, country and card |
| PayPal Pay Later | Offered by PayPal | Availability is decided by PayPal; options such as Pay in 4 in the United States are shown at checkout |
Wise is the only method without the 5% fee. If you pay by SWIFT, a receiving fee of JPY 611 is deducted, so add that amount to your order total, and choose the OUR charge option so correspondent bank fees are covered on your side. Any difference between the amount we charge and your statement comes from exchange rates and conversion fees set by your payment provider.
For a larger box order, the fee difference matters more. A 5% fee on a larger total is a real cost, and the payment page says Wise is the route that avoids it. If you prefer instalments, PayPal Pay Later is operated by PayPal, not by us, and the terms PayPal shows in its own window are the ones that apply.

What Should You Check Before Ordering an OP-06 Booster Box?
Check the set code, the edition, the box type and your address before you pay. A short checklist avoids most mistakes with Japanese sealed products.
- Set code: the box must read OP-06 (OP06) and Wings of the Captain. PRB-01 is a different product even though it reprints OP-06 cards.
- Edition: our box is the Japanese Original Edition with Japanese card text. The English release has a different date and price.
- Box type: regular or damaged. Damaged boxes are sold as-is, with no returns or refunds.
- Randomization: a sealed box is randomly packed at the factory. Individual card pulls are not promised.
- Address: use a physical address, not a P.O. Box, and verify it before paying.
- Payment: choose Wise to avoid the 5% processing fee, or PayPal or card for immediate payment.
- Timing: allow up to 5 business days of handling after payment clears, then 3-7 business days (Standard) or 2-5 business days (Expedited) of transit, plus any customs time. All of these are estimates.
For a longer look at what a box contains, our OP-06 booster box contents article covers the same set from the buyer’s angle.

Where Can You Buy the Japanese OP-06 Booster Box?
You can buy the Japanese OP-06 booster box on our OP-06 Wings of the Captain Japanese One Piece Booster Box (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) page, which ships from our warehouse in Tokyo via FedEx. The page lists the box as brand new and sealed, with tracking and insurance on every shipment.
If you prefer the reprint product that covers OP-01 through OP-06, the PRB-01 booster box page (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) is the one to open. Stock for sealed Japanese trading card products changes often, so check the product page for what is listed when you read this.
