The Print: Oricorio AR 176/172 (VSTAR Universe)
The species is オドリドリ (Oricorio), National Dex No.741, and the print listed on the official Japanese card database carries the number 176/172, rarity AR, from the High Class Pack 「VSTARユニバース」 (VSTAR Universe, set code s12a). The type printed on this card is Fire.

It’s a Basic Pokemon with 90 HP, illustrated by Tomokazu Komiya, and it carries a “FUSION” (フュージョン) battle-style banner. The Ability, printed as 「ねっけつレッスン」, applies while this Pokemon is in play: every Fusion Strike Pokemon you have takes 20 less damage from attacks, and the effect does not stack even if you have more than one copy of this Ability on the field. The single attack, 「じょうねつのしずく」 (rendering: “Passionate Drops”), costs one Fire and one Colorless Energy, deals no damage, and lets you place 5 damage counters on your opponent’s Pokemon however you choose. Weakness is Water ×2, there is no printed Resistance, and Retreat Cost is 1. The regulation mark read off the card image is E. No form name is printed on the card — the card name reads plainly as オドリドリ.
Our listing is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥4,802 (~$31) — sourced to order; the product page shows the current terms. See our PSA 10 back order guide for how that process works.

On September 24, 2026 the lowest asking price on SNKRDUNK for this print was ¥1,000 (raw) and ¥4,800 (PSA 10). Figures added in this update convert at ¥154/USD, approximate.

AR and SAR Explained
AR stands for アートレア (Art Rare) and SAR stands for スペシャルアートレア (Special Art Rare). — crediting the tiers to the Pokemon’s characteristics and the illustrator’s individual style.

How to Read a Japanese Oricorio Card
Three things identify a specific Japanese Oricorio print: the card number printed at the bottom right (for example 176/172), the rarity icon next to it, and the regulation mark in the bottom-left corner. Our VSTAR Universe AR carries regulation mark E.
Per the official regulation page, read September 24, 2026, Standard currently allows cards marked H, I and J. A card marked E, as our Oricorio AR is, sits outside the current Standard rotation — read the regulation mark on any card you’re checking, since the official rules page lists the marks that are currently legal.
