The sale method is 抽選, a lottery. The notice says it is not first-come, that each person may enter each lottery once, and that lottery items cannot be placed in a cart together with other products. Shipping is stated as ¥550 for orders under ¥6,000 including tax and free from ¥6,000. Delivery is limited to addresses in Japan.

A lottery at Pokémon Center Online is a sales method. A reprint is announced separately by the Pokémon Company as an additional-production notice (追加生産のお知らせ) on pokemon-card.com. Four such notices exist, all dated 2025, and none covers the 30th CELEBRATION products or the MEGA expansion packs.

What the Japan-Only Rule Means for Overseas Buyers
Every Pokémon Center Online lottery described above delivers to addresses in Japan only, and the identity-verified slot requires My Number card verification in the Players Club. A collector outside Japan therefore cannot receive a lottery order, and the winner order windows and shipping windows in the tables above do not apply to overseas orders.
