Rosa Across Two Eras: Dream League to Nihil Zero
Rosa’s first Japanese appearance was a full-art Secret Rare, card 067, from “Dream League” (set code SM11b) — a 68-card set released in Japan on August 2, 2019. Internationally the character is localized as Rosa; the Japanese name on the card is メイ (Mei). Illustrator credit for this print is kirisAki.

Rosa’s second act came seven years later, in “Nihil Zero” (set code M3) — a set with an 080-card main checklist whose full print run extends to 117 cards. This time the character appears on a different card entirely: Rosa’s Encouragement (メイのはげまし), printed in two versions, SAR and SR, at different numbers within the same 080-card main set. That’s the pair this guide is built around.
Between the two eras, three different illustrators have put their name on a Rosa card in our tracking: kirisAki on the 2019 SM11b Secret Rare, Iori Suzuki on the 2026 SAR, and Atsushi Furusawa on the 2026 SR. Three separate artists working the same character across two set families is part of why the numbering — not the name on the card — is the detail worth checking first.

Card 107 is the SR (Secret Rare) alternate print of the same Rosa’s Encouragement card, illustrated separately by Atsushi Furusawa. Same set, same card name, different number and different artwork — and a price roughly a quarter of the SAR’s. If your copy came out of a Nihil Zero pack and you’re trying to work out which print you have, the number printed alongside “080” is the detail to check: 115 means the SAR, 107 means the SR.
Like the SAR, this is a graded single — a one-of-one listing that moves once and isn’t automatically replaced. It’s the print we’d point collectors to if the goal is owning a graded Rosa card from the current era without committing to the SAR’s price tag.
