S7R Blue Sky Stream: Sealed Box vs Damaged Box (Grade B)

What “Sealed” and “Damaged Box (Grade B)” Mean

Our S7R Blue Sky Stream buying guide describes the general Damaged Box category on this set this way: “Damaged Box — the sealed contents inside are unaffected, but the outer cardboard box itself has cosmetic damage (a crushed corner, a dent, print marks), sold at a reduced price to reflect the exterior condition.”

The grade letters themselves come from the wording used on our Damaged Box product pages across the site. Our SV2A Pokémon 151 Damaged Box (Grade B) listing defines Grade B as: “More noticeable cosmetic damage to the outer box, such as dents, creases, or scuffs. Original shrink wrap is present and may also show wear or damage.” The lighter Grade A category, as defined on our SV1A Triplet Beat Damaged Box listing, is: “Minor cosmetic damage to the outer box, such as small dents or scuffs. Original shrink wrap is present and may also show wear or damage.” S7R’s own outer-box listing currently exists only at Grade B — there is no Grade A or plain Damaged listing for this set on our site.

Both grade tiers keep the shrink wrap on and the packs inside sealed. As the Grade B page itself states: “This item is sold as-is. We do not respond to inquiries about this item, and returns and refunds are not accepted,” and every checkout for a discounted item carries the acknowledgement: “This order contains discounted item(s) sold at a reduced price due to cosmetic condition issues (e.g., damaged shrink wrap, dented box). The cards inside are unaffected.”

Our site-wide Product Condition Guide adds one more point worth knowing before you buy either version: “Images of mass-produced products such as sealed boxes are representative.”

What’s Inside a Blue Sky Stream Box

Blue Sky Stream (蒼空ストリーム, set code S7R) released in Japan on July 9, 2021, as one half of a dual-set launch alongside S7D Towering Perfection, sharing the same official product page. Each pack retails at ¥165 (tax included) for 5 cards. Our own S7R guide states the box format directly: “The box structure is straightforward: a Blue Sky Stream box contains 30 packs, and each pack holds 5 cards.”

The official card database catalogues 79 entries for the set — a main numbering run to 067, with twelve secret-tier cards continuing from 068 through 079. As the guide puts it: “The main S7R numbering runs to 067, with secret-numbered cards above it.”
