Package arrived quickly with Fedex but I had to pay significant extra customs charges making the order very expensive. Be carefull !!

    • Response from Samurai Sword Tokyo

We are glad your parcel arrived quickly. Import duties, taxes, and any separate FedEx clearance or advancement fees can increase the total cost of importing an order. These charges are set by the destination authorities or carrier and are not collected by our store. FedEx or your local customs authority can provide a breakdown and explain how the charges were calculated.

    • Response from Samurai Sword Tokyo

Thank you for your feedback. Import duties and taxes are assessed by the destination authorities, while FedEx may charge separate clearance or advancement fees. Item was fine. But we pre ordered months in advance and the item was not shipped out until a week after release.

    • Response from Samurai Sword Tokyo

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad the item arrived in good condition. The shipping terms for this preorder specified sequential dispatch on or after August 3, 2026; they did not guarantee dispatch on release day. We understand that the wait was disappointing after an early preorder. Please contact our support team with your order number if you would like the dispatch timeline reviewed.

Well priced product but limited shipping options – only FedEx available.

    • Response from Samurai Sword Tokyo

Thank you for your feedback on the price and shipping options. We understand that having only FedEx available for your order was limiting, and we appreciate knowing you’d like more choice.

  8. Natsucomi 2026 ONE PIECE Metakira CardView product →

    Pal Z. (verified owner) –

The cards are really bent when they arrive(like they are not straight). Would be great if they stored them so that the cards would straighten out.
I bought more than 200 cards total and there are quite a few with imperfections that makes them not sellable as Near Mint, and selling damaged cards is hard.
There are some heavy damaged cards too, like heavy printing paint or a big scratch on the surface, a small piece missing from the edge etc.
It would be nice if they checked the cards and removed the ones that are moderately damaged and moved them to the new damaged category where they sell it for a lower price.

    • Response from Samurai Sword Tokyo

Thank you for explaining the condition issues in detail. We’re sorry about the bent cards, scratches and other damage you described, and we understand the difficulty this creates for resale. Please contact our support team privately with your order number and photos or any existing unboxing video so the affected cards can be reviewed. We also appreciate your feedback on sorting and condition descriptions.

Even if you receive a box in this condition, it is difficult to receive compensation. I recommend that other customers definitely record a video when opening the shipping box and do so.

    • Response from Samurai Sword Tokyo

We understand your concern about the condition of the box. We inspect our products and pack them securely before dispatch. As you noted, a continuous unboxing video helps document the condition on arrival and allows us to review reported issues. Submitting a video does not automatically guarantee compensation; eligibility is assessed based on the evidence and the terms applicable to the order.

We received boxes that cannot be sold, but the company only told us that they are normal products.
It’s really regrettable. Please be careful, as you may receive a box in this condition.

    • Response from Samurai Sword Tokyo

Thank you for sharing your concern. We inspect our products and pack them securely before dispatch. We understand that box condition matters when purchasing for resale. Please contact our support team with your order number and reference to your previous conversation so we can review the specific condition concerns and our earlier response. If not already provided, please include the original unboxing video.
