What Is an SAR in 30th CELEBRATION?
The official card list for 30th CELEBRATION (M6a) was published on 9 September 2026 and covers the main set 001–103, the Classic Collection 136–165 and the eight Basic Energy. The AR/SAR/FUR block, 104–135, is compiled from official promotional images and PokeBeach’s list — it is not in the official card database as of October 19, 2026.
Inside that compiled block, SAR (Special Art Rare) is the tier at 124–133: a full-art alternate-art treatment applied to all ten Pokémon ex that already exist as regular RR cards in the main 001–103 set. Every SAR shares its Pokémon, HP and attacks with its regular counterpart — only the artwork, border and rarity change. AR and SAR illustrators are not published (the two FUR cards are by YOSHIROTTEN); illustrator credits below apply only to the regular main-set prints, which are in the official database.
For how AR, SAR, FUR and the Classic reprints fit together across the whole set, see our 30th Celebration secret-rare numbering guide.
All 10 SAR Cards: The Full List
Here is every SAR number in order, with its JP name, its regular-print counterpart, and how it surfaced:
| No. | Card | JP name | Regular print (illustrator) | Status |

| 125 | Greninja ex | ゲッコウガex | 015/103 (5ban Graphics) | Shown |
| 126 | Pikachu ex (day) | ピカチュウex | 047/103 (5ban Graphics) | Shown |
| 127 | Pikachu ex (night) | ピカチュウex | 048/103 (takuyoa) | Shown |
| 128 | Mewtwo ex | ミュウツーex | 055/103 (5ban Graphics) | Seen (SNKRDUNK listing, Sept 16) |
| 129 | Mew ex | ミュウex | 057/103 (aky CG Works) | Seen (SNKRDUNK listing, Sept 16) |
| 130 | Sylveon ex | ニンフィアex | 059/103 (5ban Graphics) | Shown |
| 131 | Gengar ex | ゲンガーex | 076/103 (5ban Graphics) | Seen (SNKRDUNK listing, Sept 16) |

| 133 | Salamence ex | ボーマンダex | 088/103 (5ban Graphics) | Shown |
Two of the ten — 126 and 127 — are both Pikachu ex, distinguished as a “day” and “night” pair rather than by a different base Pokémon; every other number covers one of the remaining eight ex from the main set.
All 10 SAR Cards: Now Seen
Seven of the ten were shown before release, and the official 30th site pictures three of them: 125, 127 and 132, shown below. The last three (128, 129, 131) surfaced only on release day, via marketplace listings — see the next section.
Fuecoco ex (124) is the lowest SAR number — the regular RR at 009/103 hits for 70 damage for each Prize card you have already taken. Our Fuecoco cards guide and Card Set 9 (starter promos) guide cover its other 30th-era printings.
Greninja ex (125), HP300, is a Stage 2 Water attacker; its Stealthy Slash attack scales with damage counters already on the target. We covered this card in full in our Greninja ex SAR 30th Celebration guide.
Pikachu ex (126 day / 127 night) pairs the set’s two Pikachu ex chase cards: 126 is built on the day print 047/103 and 127 on the night print 048/103 — our Pikachu ex SAR day/night guide has the full breakdown of both.
Sylveon ex (130), HP270, scales its Colorful Harmony attack by how many different Basic Energy types are attached across your whole board.
Jirachi ex (132) is a 1-Energy attacker: Wish Granter draws you to 7 cards in hand for a single Colorless, and Swift ignores Weakness, Resistance and most board effects for 150 damage.
Salamence ex (133), HP330, is a Dragon-type ex with no listed Weakness.
128, 129 and 131: The Last Three Seen
These three SAR slots were the last to surface. None appeared in an official promotional image before release; all three were confirmed only on release day, via marketplace listings on SNKRDUNK (September 16, 2026). All three are outside the official card database as of October 19, 2026, alongside the rest of the 104–135 block.
- 128 — Mewtwo ex. Regular print 055/103 (5ban Graphics), HP230, Photon Bullets / Psychic Powers. Also appears as a FUR at 134/103 (see below). Lowest SNKRDUNK ask on September 16, 2026: ¥5,987.
- 129 — Mew ex. Regular print 057/103 (aky CG Works), HP160, Ability Memory Helix. Also appears as a FUR at 135/103. Lowest SNKRDUNK ask on September 16, 2026: ¥9,300.
- 131 — Gengar ex. Regular print 076/103 (5ban Graphics), HP280, Ability Fainting Spell, Chaotic Pain for 13 damage counters. Lowest SNKRDUNK ask on September 16, 2026: ¥5,400.
These are dated asks; there is no current figure in this update.
SAR vs FUR: The Set’s Two Chase Tiers
Above the SAR tier sits FUR (Futuristic Rare), the set’s top two secret-rare slots at 134 and 135 — both a different alternate-art treatment of Mewtwo ex and Mew ex, the same two Pokémon that also fill SAR slots 128 and 129. Both Mew ex slots (SAR 129 and FUR 135) have now been seen; beyond them, PokeBeach reports three secret Mew cards numbered R/RGB, G/RGB and B/RGB (illustrated by YOSHIROTTEN, outside the /103 run) pulled from early-opened products and revealed through a Pokémon TCG Live update on September 15 — not in any official list, pull rate unknown.
So Mewtwo ex and Mew ex each occupy two secret-rare slots in the compiled list: SAR (128, 129) and FUR (134, 135). Same Pokémon, same stat line, two different secret-rare art treatments — a pattern shared by those two cards in this compiled list. For the FUR tier specifically, see our FUR (Futuristic Rare) explained guide.
What’s Actually Reported on Pull Rates
The Pokémon Company does not publish pull rates. PokeBeach reported on a single box opening shown before release; one opening is not a published rate, and it should not be read as a promise for every box or turned into a percentage.
What is officially stated: 1 Basic Energy card per pack and 6 foil (“kira”) cards per pack, at ¥360 tax-in per pack (a 20-pack box, a retail format not printed on the official page, works out to ¥7,200 at that price). The one-Pikachu-per-pack guarantee is official only for the English packs. 30th CELEBRATION released on Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
Market Context: Dated Asks
On SNKRDUNK, the lowest ask for a sealed M6a box was ¥47,200 (September 1), ¥28,200 (September 10) and ¥17,500 (September 16, 2026). Lowest SNKRDUNK singles asks on September 16, 2026 for the SAR block: Pikachu ex SAR 126 (day) ¥11,000; Pikachu ex SAR 127 (night) ¥13,000; Mewtwo ex SAR 128 ¥5,987; Mew ex SAR 129 ¥9,300; Sylveon ex SAR 130 ¥5,500; Gengar ex SAR 131 ¥5,400. Those are dated marketplace asks, not sales, and there is no current figure in this update.
For a sense of where these same Pokémon sit in the graded market on other prints, a PSA10 Salamence ex SAR 129/100 (Battle Partners) is offered as a PSA 10 back order (sourced to order), currently listed at ¥10,603 (~$69). The PSA10 Sylveon ex SAR 212/187 (Terastal Festival ex) is sold out at the time of this update — sourcing requests go through Quick Order. Neither is the 30th CELEBRATION printing.
