OP-18 was announced at ONE PIECE DAY’26 as the second 4th-anniversary booster after OP-17 世界最強の戦士 (released August 22, 2026). As of September 25, 2026, two lotteries have been reported — FamilyMart and Amazon, both covered below — alongside regular pre-order slots reported at Amazon and Rakuten on September 11, 2026 (toyget).
The reported themes are the Water Seven arc, 神の騎士団 (God’s Knights) and Elbaf / the World Government (inside-games, Gamepedia, Tier One). Gamepedia counted 19 revealed card types as of September 24, 2026; our OP-18 card list of revealed cards gathers the reveals that carry card numbers.
Two details of the set have been reported so far: a new 4th-anniversary rarity, 神の騎士団スーパーパラレル (God’s Knights Super Parallel), assigned to 軍子宮 (Gunko), and newly drawn parallels of Loki and Saint Shamrock by guest illustrator Yoshitaka Amano, each reported in a standard and a foil parallel (inside-games, Tier One).
