Two OP-18 Secret Rares, Saint Shamrock and Loki, have been reported by media outlets, and neither appears anywhere on Bandai’s official OP-18 pages.
The official source is Bandai’s One Piece Card Game site: the Japanese product page for ブースターパック 神の支配【OP-18】 and the English page for OP-18 THE DOMINANCE OF GOD, as of September 29, 2026. They confirm the release dates, the pack price and a card total of 127+1. Every card number, rarity and artist credit below therefore comes from a named outlet and a date.
We sell Japanese sealed product and graded singles from Tokyo. Yen prices use ¥154/USD.
- Official, as of September 29, 2026: OP-18 releases in Japan on Saturday, November 21, 2026 and in English on November 20, 2026; 全127種+1種; ¥240 (~$1.56) per Japanese pack. USD figures convert at ¥154/USD, approximate.
- Reported by One Piece Top Decks (posted August 23, updated September 20, 2026): ten numbered cards, including Saint Shamrock OP18-119 as a Secret Rare, plus a Loki Secret Rare with no number.
- Reported by TCGroup AU (August 24, 2026): Yoshitaka Amano made original illustrations for the Loki and Saint Shamrock Secret Rares.
- Both the regular OP-17 box and the OP-17 Damaged Box are sold out at the time of this update — restock requests go through Quick Order.
The pages OP-17 received before its release (a special page and a card list) do not exist for OP-18. The reported table below is revised when that changes; a card moves out of “reported” only when an official page shows it. The October 6, 2026 update covers our store listings and prices only; the other facts in this article were last checked on September 29, 2026.
What Bandai Has Officially Confirmed

“Official” here means a page on onepiece-cardgame.com or en.onepiece-cardgame.com. The table lists everything those pages say about the set’s contents and characters as of September 29, 2026.
| Detail | Official statement | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Japanese release | Saturday, November 21, 2026 | Official |
| English release | November 20, 2026 | Official |
| Pack price | ¥240 (~$1.56) tax included in Japan; $4.99 in English | Official |
| Cards per pack | 6 on the Japanese page | Official |
| Card total | 全127種+1種 / “127+1 types in total” | Official |
| Characters named | Saint Gunko (軍子宮) and Saint Shamrock (シャムロック聖) make their ONE PIECE CARD GAME debut | Official |
| Themes | Water Seven and the Holy Knights of God | Official |
| Any OP-18 card number, rarity or image | None on the product pages, the news list or the card database | Not published |

Two of those rows carry most of the weight. Bandai names Saint Gunko and Saint Shamrock as debuting characters. It does not say what rarity any card of theirs has, or who illustrated it.
The Reported OP-18 Cards, With Source and Status
The primary outlet is One Piece Top Decks, whose page “Leaks: OPCG BOOSTER PACK -THE DOMINANCE OF GOD- [OP-18]” was posted August 23, 2026 and updated September 20, 2026. The names, types and numbers in the table are printed on the reveal images on that page. TCGroup AU’s article on the ONE PIECE DAY ’26 reveals (August 24, 2026) is the second source, and some reveal images on the outlet’s page carry a “SAMPLE” watermark. Colours and rarities are the outlets’ wording, not Bandai’s.
| Card # | Name (as printed on reveal image) | Type | Colour (reported) | Rarity / treatment (reported) | Reported by | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| OP18-001 | Karoo | Leader, 4 life, 5000 power | Red/blue frame | Leader | Top Decks (Aug 23; updated Sep 20) | Reported |
| OP18-021 | Franky | Leader, 4 life | Green/purple | Leader plus Leader parallel | Top Decks; TCGroup AU (Aug 24) says this is the first Leader card for Franky | Reported |
| OP18-022 | Monkey.D.Luffy | Leader, 5 life | Green frame | Leader | Top Decks | Reported |
| OP18-031 | Nico Robin | Character, cost 4, 5000 power | Green | “Manga card” (Top Decks); “Super Parallel / Manga treatment” (TCGroup AU) | Top Decks; TCGroup AU | Reported |
| OP18-041 | Ms. All Sunday | Leader, 5 life | Blue frame | Leader | Top Decks | Reported |
| OP18-060 | Saint Gunko | Leader, 4 life | Conflict: “Purple” (Top Decks) vs “Purple/Black” (TCGroup AU) | Leader plus Leader parallel | Top Decks; TCGroup AU | Reported, colour disputed |
| OP18-065 | Saint Gunko (軍子宮) | Character, cost 10, 11000 power, Blocker | A new “?” colour attribute (TCGroup AU) | SR marking on reveal images; “Super Alt Art” (TCGroup AU) | TCGroup AU (Aug 24) | Reported |
| OP18-078 | Mini-Merry | Stage, cost 5 | Purple | Not stated | Top Decks | Reported |
| OP18-079 | Spandam | Leader, 4 life | Black/yellow frame | Leader | Top Decks | Reported |
| OP18-119 | Saint Shamrock | Character, cost 8, 9000 power | Not stated | Secret Rare, standard and parallel images | Top Decks: “OP18 Secret Rare: Saint Shamrock and Loki” | Reported |
| No number given | Loki | Not stated | Not stated | Secret Rare | TCGroup AU; Top Decks | Reported, number not confirmed |
“Reported” in the last column means an outlet published it with a date, not that Bandai has acknowledged it. For the Leaders in more depth see OP-18 Leader Cards: Franky, Luffy, Miss All Sunday & Gunko; for a related list of reported cards see OP-18 Card List: Reported Revealed Cards So Far.
The Reported Secret Rares: Saint Shamrock and Loki
Two Secret Rares are reported, and they are the only cards in the tables above with a Secret Rare label. Both are described as coming in a standard version and a parallel version.
Saint Shamrock, OP18-119
One Piece Top Decks lists Saint Shamrock as OP18-119, a Character with cost 8 and 9000 power, Celestial Dragons and Holy Knights of God, under the heading “OP18 Secret Rare: Saint Shamrock and Loki”, with a standard image and a parallel image. Bandai’s product pages confirm only that Saint Shamrock (シャムロック聖) debuts in the set. The card number, the cost and the Secret Rare label are the outlet’s.
Loki, number not confirmed
TCGroup AU (August 24, 2026) and Top Decks both call Loki a Secret Rare. Neither report gives a number for Loki, so none is printed here. Loki is not named on either official OP-18 page.
| Card | Number | Rarity (reported) | Versions (reported) | Official page shows it? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Saint Shamrock | OP18-119 (Top Decks) | Secret Rare | Standard and parallel | No card shown; character named as a debut |
| Loki | Not confirmed | Secret Rare | Standard and parallel | No |
OP-17 gives the yardstick for what an official Secret Rare entry looks like: its Japanese page lists a Secret Rare count of 3. OP-18’s page has no rarity line, so the count of Secret Rares in the set is not officially known; two reported cards do not establish it. The image below is one of the official parallel images Bandai posted for that set.

Yoshitaka Amano Alt Art: Reported vs Official
The claim that Yoshitaka Amano illustrated OP-18 cards is the most specific detail in the reports, and the one with the least official backing. TCGroup AU, in its article on the reveals at ONE PIECE DAY ’26 (August 24, 2026), says Amano made original illustrations for the Loki and Saint Shamrock Secret Rares, “shown with Parallel and gold-foil Parallel versions”. SoleBack and a Threads post citing an official One Piece Card Game account carry the same claim.
| Claim | Reported by | Date | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amano made original art for the Loki Secret Rare | TCGroup AU | August 24, 2026 | Reported |
| Amano made original art for the Saint Shamrock Secret Rare | TCGroup AU; SoleBack; a Threads post | August 24, 2026 (TCGroup AU) | Reported |
| Both cards exist in standard, parallel and gold-foil parallel versions | TCGroup AU | August 24, 2026 | Reported |
| The reveals were made at ONE PIECE DAY ’26 | TCGroup AU | August 24, 2026 | Reported |
| Set releases worldwide in November 2026 | TCGroup AU | August 24, 2026 | Reported; the official pages give the Japanese and English dates above |
The official Japanese and English OP-18 product pages name no artist and mention no parallel version. For the reported card-by-card chase view, see OP-18 Chase Cards: God’s Knights Super Parallel & Amano Parallels.
Reported Super Alt Art and Manga Treatments: Gunko and Nico Robin
Two Characters are reported with special treatments. Bandai’s own definitions of these treatments come from the OP-17 page: a Super Parallel is “a parallel whose whole card is filled with ONE PIECE manga art for that character”.
Saint Gunko, OP18-065
TCGroup AU (August 24, 2026) describes a Character with cost 10, 11000 power and Blocker as a “Super Alt Art featuring a mysterious new ‘?’ colour attribute”, and the reveal images show an SR marking. The card is also reported as a different card from the Gunko Leader, OP18-060. Bandai’s official pages show Gunko only as a debut character; no “?” colour is mentioned officially.
Nico Robin, OP18-031
Top Decks calls OP18-031 a “manga card”. TCGroup AU calls it “Super Parallel / Manga treatment… first Manga Rare-style card”, in an Enies Lobby outfit. The two outlets agree on the treatment; the “first” claim belongs to TCGroup AU alone, and there is no official statement about it.

For scale: the OP-17 page lists 10 Super Rares and 10 Special cards. OP-18’s page lists neither, so whether the two cards above are SR, SP or a Super Parallel of another tier cannot be settled from an official source.
Reported Leaders and the Stage Card
Six Leaders and one Stage appear in the reports. None is a Super Rare or Secret Rare, but they set the frame in which the higher rarities are being discussed, so the reported facts are kept together here.
- Leader parallels. TCGroup AU calls the Leader parallels “a brand-new Leader Parallel Art style”. Top Decks lists a Leader parallel for Franky OP18-021 and for Saint Gunko OP18-060. Bandai’s OP-17 page names Super Leader Parallel as a separate, manga-art treatment; no OP-18 Leader parallel is described officially.
- Franky, OP18-021. TCGroup AU says this is the first Leader card for Franky. Top Decks lists it as green/purple with Water Seven, The Franky Family and Straw Hat Crew types.
- Karoo OP18-001, Ms. All Sunday OP18-041, Monkey.D.Luffy OP18-022, Spandam OP18-079. Top Decks headlines them as “OP18 Leaders: Karoo, Spandam, Miss All Sunday, and Luffy”. The frame colours in the table above are the outlet’s reading of the images.
- Mini-Merry, OP18-078. A purple Stage, cost 5, Straw Hat Crew, with no rarity stated.
Where the Reports Disagree or Stop
The reports are consistent on most numbers, and the disagreements are listed here so that no single version is repeated as settled.
| Open point | What each source says | Handling here |
|---|---|---|
| Saint Gunko Leader (OP18-060) colour | Top Decks: “Purple Leader”. TCGroup AU: “Purple/Black Leader” | No colour stated as fact |
| Loki card number | Named as a Secret Rare; neither report gives a number | Number left blank |
| The “?” colour attribute | TCGroup AU only | Reported; not on official pages |
| Robin OP18-031 as the “first” manga-style card | TCGroup AU only | Reported |
| Number of Secret Rares in the set | Two reported; no total in any report | Official count not published |
| “+1” in 127+1 | Not explained by Bandai | Not assigned to any tier |
Timeline: Reports vs Official Pages
The reports came first and the official pages followed roughly a month later. The order matters when judging the claims, because the earliest reports predate any official OP-18 product page.
| Date | Event | Source type |
|---|---|---|
| August 23, 2026 | Top Decks posts its OP-18 reveal page | Media |
| August 24, 2026 | TCGroup AU publishes its ONE PIECE DAY ’26 reveal article, including the Amano claim | Media |
| September 17, 2026 | Dates on the official OP-18 product page images | Official |
| September 20, 2026 | Top Decks updates its page | Media |
| September 25, 2026 | Bandai announces OP-18 (Japan news 01_513, English 02_509) | Official |

OP-17 Official Counts as the Yardstick
The most recent main booster with published counts is OP-17. Set against it, the OP-18 rows show how much of the rarity structure is unknown. The OP-17 numbers are from its official Japanese page; the OP-18 column is empty because Bandai has published nothing there.
| Tier | OP-17 (official count) | OP-18 (official count) | OP-18 names reported |
|---|---|---|---|
| SEC | 3 | Not published | Saint Shamrock (OP18-119), Loki |
| SR | 10 | Not published | Saint Gunko OP18-065 (SR marking on reveal images) |
| SP | 10 | Not published | None reported by name |
| TR | 1 | Not published | None reported |
| L | 6 | Not published | Karoo, Franky, Luffy, Ms. All Sunday, Saint Gunko, Spandam (six reported) |
| Card total | 131+4 | 127+1 | Ten numbered cards, one unnumbered |
Six Leaders are reported for OP-18, the same figure as OP-17’s official Leader count. The OP-18 Leader count itself is not published, so the match is a coincidence of the two lists rather than a confirmation. The English OP-17 page prints the rarity names without counts. The OP-17 box is shown below.

The OP-18 box does not exist as a product page yet, and the boxes of OP-17, the set whose official rarity counts appear above, are sold out at the time of this update. The card below shows an earlier main-line booster we list.
Earlier Secret Rare Treatments We List
While OP-18 has no card of its own to buy, earlier One Piece sets show the secret-rare treatments that the OP-18 reports refer to. The labels are copied from the listing names. Each PSA 10 back order is sourced to order; the product page shows the current terms, and how a PSA 10 back order works is explained on its own page.
| Label in the listing name | Card [number] | Listing |
|---|---|---|
| SEC-SP (Comic Parallel) | Enel [OP15-118] | PSA 10 back order at ¥153,990 (~$1,000) |
| SEC-SP (Comic Parallel) | Jewelry Bonney [OP12-118] | PSA 10 back order at ¥135,103 (~$877) |
| SEC-SP (Comic Parallel) | Silvers Rayleigh [OP08-118] | PSA 10 back order at ¥101,658 (~$660) |
| SEC-SP (Comic Parallel) | Roronoa Zoro [OP06-118] | PSA 10 back order at ¥382,835 (~$2,486) |
| SEC-GSP | Gol D. Roger [OP09-118] | PSA 10 currently listed at ¥934,633 (~$6,069) |
| SEC-P | Gol D. Roger [OP09-118] | PSA 10 back order at ¥10,710 (~$70) |
These listings say nothing about OP-18; they show how graded secret rares are labelled once a set is out. The rarity vocabulary itself is set out in One Piece Card Rarity Explained.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many Secret Rares does OP-18 have?
Bandai has not published a Secret Rare count for OP-18 as of September 29, 2026. Two Secret Rares, Saint Shamrock (OP18-119) and Loki, are reported by One Piece Top Decks and TCGroup AU, but no official page shows either. For comparison, the official OP-17 page lists 3.
Is Yoshitaka Amano officially confirmed for OP-18?
No. TCGroup AU reported on August 24, 2026 that Amano made original art for the Loki and Saint Shamrock Secret Rares. SoleBack and a Threads post repeated it. The official Japanese and English OP-18 product pages, as of September 29, 2026, do not mention Amano, so it remains a report.
Which OP-18 cards have been revealed so far?
Officially, none: the official card database lists no OP-18 card. Media report ten numbered cards, including six Leaders, Nico Robin OP18-031, Saint Gunko OP18-065, Mini-Merry OP18-078 and Saint Shamrock OP18-119, plus an unnumbered Loki. Each is labelled reported in the table above.
When does OP-18 release in Japan and in English?
The Japanese product page lists Saturday, November 21, 2026, and the English page lists November 20, 2026. Both are official Bandai pages as of September 29, 2026. The English page adds that cards are tournament legal seven days after the regional release date.
How many cards are in OP-18?
The official pages state 全127種+1種, or “127+1 types in total”. That is the card-type total for the set, and it is the only official count. Rarity counts are not published for OP-18, so the number of Super Rares or Secret Rares inside the 127+1 is not known officially.
How much does an OP-18 pack cost?
The Japanese page prices a pack at ¥240 (~$1.56) tax included, with 6 cards per pack, and the English page at $4.99. Neither page gives a box price. The OP-17 boxes are sold out at the time of this update, and restock requests go through Quick Order.
