There is no official gem pack vol 5 card list — only a release date, a price and four named Art Illustration cards.
Pokemon China posted the Vol. 5 announcement on pokemon.cn on March 20, 2026, under the title “乘风破浪，寻梦逐宝！Pokémon宝石包第五弹即将发售”. The product page gives the name, the release date (April 24, 2026, from 10:00), the suggested retail price (CNY 10 per pack) and a description of the card treatments. It does not print a card list, card numbers, a total card count or a box size. Everything beyond that comes from media, fan databases or retailers, and this page labels each of those figures with its outlet.

Two of the reported items deserve a note. The 196-card figure appears twice (PokeBeach and one fan database), but that is two outlets repeating a total, not an official checklist. The 15-pack box figure matches Vol. 1’s official box size, which makes it plausible, but no official page states it for Vol. 5.
Vol. 1 to Vol. 6: What Each Official Page Shows
Every Gem Pack volume has its own product page on pokemon.cn, and every page follows the same pattern: a theme, a set of Art Illustration holos, a release date and a price of CNY 10 per pack. As of September 29, 2026, none of the six pages gives a card count.

Each release is dated from 10:00, and the series also has a separate Gem Pack badge set that pokemon.cn announced on December 26, 2025. The badge set is not a card volume and is not part of the numbered series.
The table shows why the missing card list matters. For Vol. 2 the page counts nine Pokemon and four panorama ARs; for Vol. 3 it counts nine new ARs. Those are counts of one card type, not of the set. A reader who adds them up will not reach a total, and the Vol. 5 page offers even less to add: it says every Pokemon has an Art Illustration holo, but not how many Pokemon there are.
The Four Cards the Official Page Names
The Vol. 5 page ties its highlights to the “Pokémon Horizons” anime. Liko, Roy, Dot and Friede of the Rising Volt Tacklers appear in AR holos with their partners. Four cards are named individually. The official page gives no card number, rarity code beyond AR, or illustrator for any of them, so none is printed here.
Captain Pikachu with Friede (new AR)
The page calls this the new Captain Pikachu AR. It shows Captain Pikachu with Friede on the Brave Olivine (英勇浅葱号). It is a different card from the Vol. 1 Captain Pikachu AR, which is the Gem Pack card we list as a PSA 10 back order (see the table further down).
Floragato with Liko (AR)
Floragato (蒂蕾喵) appears with Liko in an AR in which the two share food. The page names the card by its Pokemon and partner, not by a number.
Crocalor with Roy (AR)
Crocalor (炙烫鳄) appears with Roy in an AR that also shows them sharing food.
Quaxwell with Dot (AR)
Quaxwell (涌跃鸭) appears with Dot in the third AR of the food-sharing group.
PokeBeach’s March 2026 report frames the same cards as a second stage of the Vol. 1 idea: Vol. 1 showed the Horizons partners at their first evolution stage, and Vol. 5 shows the second stage. That framing is the outlet’s reading, not an official statement. The official page describes the ARs; it does not draw the comparison.
Card Treatments: Vol. 5 Against Earlier Volumes
The official Vol. 5 description names three kinds of holo finish. Each Pokemon gets a type-pattern holo and a Master Ball-pattern holo, and a gold-foil holo carries the Gem Pack logo. On top of those, every Pokemon that appears in the set has one Art Illustration holo.
The earlier pages name their own extras, and the differences are visible in a side-by-side view.

The trainer and energy names above are printed as they appear on the Vol. 2 and Vol. 3 pages. The Vol. 5 page names no trainer or energy cards, so a Vol. 5 trainer list cannot be built from official material.
Pack Structure, Rarity Marks and Box Size
Two official pages describe the rarity marks. The Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 pages list five marks — ●, ◆, ★, ★★ and ★★★ — and state that in each 4-card pack, 3 cards are ● or ◆ and the fourth is ★, ★★ or ★★★. The Vol. 2 page says the structure is the same as Vol. 1. The Vol. 3 to Vol. 6 pages do not restate it.
PokeBeach reports the same structure for Vol. 5 (March 2026), and the fan database lists the same five marks. The Vol. 5 page itself does not say so, so the structure is labelled as reported for Vol. 5.
Box size follows the same pattern. The Vol. 1 page mentions boxes of 15 packs in its purchase-bonus text: buying 30 packs or 2 boxes of 15 packs earned a bonus card, limited to 250,000 cards. That is the only box size on any of the six official pages. Retailer listings, including cardzoku.com, k-tcg.com and tcghobby.com, give 15 packs per box for Vol. 5, and those listings are the only source for it.
What Is Reported, and by Whom
The figures in this table are not on the official page. Each one is attributed to the outlet that published it, with the month, and the last column states what the official Vol. 5 page shows on the same point.

The fan database also gives the release date as April 24, 2026, which matches the official page. It shows no per-rarity breakdown, so there is no reported figure for how many cards sit at each mark.
Treat the 196 total and the 24 plus 4 Art Illustration split as one set of reported numbers. They come from the same March 2026 report and its follow-on databases, not from a second independent count. If The Pokemon Company China later publishes a checklist, that checklist replaces every row in this table.
What Is Still Not Published
As of September 29, 2026, the official pages for Vol. 1 to Vol. 6 do not publish the following, and neither does the Vol. 5 page.
- A card list. The Vol. 5 page holds description text and a spec, with no list of cards.
- Card numbers. None of the four named ARs has a printed number on the official page.
- A total card count. No official page for any of the six volumes gives one.
- Per-rarity counts. Neither the official pages nor the fan database break the set down by mark.
- A box size for Vol. 5. Only Vol. 1 states 15 packs per box.
- The product code. CBB5C is used by everyone who writes about the set, but the official page does not print it.
- Pull rates. The official pages give the 3-plus-1 pack structure for Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, not odds for any card.
That list is the practical answer to the gem pack vol 5 card list question: the only complete list a collector can assemble is one built from a fan database, and it carries the same “reported” label as the 196 total.
How Chinese Gem Pack Cards Relate to What We Sell
We do not list any Gem Pack Vol. 5 cards or any sealed Gem Pack pack or box. The Chinese-version cards we do list are PSA 10 graded singles, each offered as a PSA 10 back order — sourced to order, with the product page showing the current terms. Two of the eleven Chinese rows are Gem Pack cards: a Vol. 1 card and a Vol. 3 card. Neither is a Vol. 5 card.
Gem Pack Vol. 1: Captain Pikachu AR
The PSA 10 Captain Pikachu AR [CBB1C 07 09/09] is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥93,840 (~$609). It is the Vol. 1 Captain Pikachu, listed under “Pokemon Card Gem Pack Flash Card”. The Vol. 5 Captain Pikachu with Friede is a different card.
Gem Pack Vol. 3: Gengar AR
The PSA 10 Gengar AR [CBB3C 0307/07] is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥64,831 (~$421). It comes from the Scarlet & Violet “Pokemon Gem Pack VOL.3” set, whose official page puts Gengar on the cover of the night theme.
The other nine Chinese rows
The remaining Chinese-version rows are not Gem Pack cards. Four are Pikachu AR cards numbered 170 to 173 of 151 from the Simplified Chinese Pokemon Card 151 set, two are Pikachu promos, two are Lillie promos and one is a One Piece card.
