Four sources name the same card, and they agree on the number and the rarity code:
| Source | How it names the card | Date |
|---|---|---|

What PSA 10 Means for This Card
PSA 10 designates Gem Mint condition per PSA’s published grading standards. The standard is the same for every card; what changes from print to print is how the slab is identified. With a single Japanese print in the official database, the identification is short: the name Flying Pikachu VMAX, the number 024/028 and the rarity code RRR. The product page photo shows the label as graded.
For what the grade does and does not say, our explainers are What Does PSA 10 Mean on a Pokemon Card?, Pokemon Card Condition Guide: Raw vs PSA 10 and PSA 9 vs PSA 10 Japanese Pokemon Cards.

How to Tell Which Pikachu VMAX You Hold
The number and the set mark identify the card; with a single Japanese print in the official database there is little to confuse, but sibling names do. Check these details on the card or on the slab label:
| What the card shows | What it points to |
|---|---|
| Number 024/028, rarity code RRR, illustrator aky CG Works | S8a 024/028, Flying Pikachu VMAX |
| Number 022/028 | Surfing Pikachu VMAX, the sibling card of the set |
| Number above /028 (such as 029/028 or higher) | Not this card; the main set ends at 028 |
| Card name Flying Pikachu V, not VMAX | A different card from the Flying Pikachu VMAX |
