His client list runs through UNIQLO, SoftBank, Panasonic, and Beams × Star Wars — and in 2021 he did his first Pokemon Card Game collaboration, a Pikachu promo (208/S-P (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order)) tied to a T-shirt and Special Box release.
The second Nagaba collaboration, in 2023, is the one that matters for this guide. Officially announced on the Pokemon Card Game site, it was themed entirely around Eevee and its eight evolutions — nicknamed “Eevee-tachi” (イーブイたち). The May 2023 Nagaba collab released two accessory-style sealed products under the “Eevee’s” branding, and it’s easy to conflate them because they share a name and an era:

Separate from anything Nagaba touched, Eevee 033/SV-P belongs to the “Pokemon Card Game Classroom” (ポケモンカードゲーム教室) promo campaign — a distribution track built around in-store or event-based teaching sessions rather than a designer collaboration or a booster set. It shares the SV-P promo numbering block with the Nagaba cards and with the unrelated 031/032 Casual Battle promos, which is exactly why checking the card number against the actual listing matters more than trusting a product title alone.

Going back further, Eevee P [SM-P 245] comes from the “GXスタートバトル ～イーブイをゲットしよう～” (GX Start Battle — Get Eevee) promo, released July 13, 2018. It was a Pokemon Card Gym prize: bring or buy a GX Start Deck, play three or more free battles at a gym event, and take one home.
