Read the full card rather than stopping at the illustration. The official M6a record and official CP6 record both identify リザードン, LV.76, Stage 2 and illustrator Mitsuhiro Arita. Their other printed figures are not identical.

These differences are identification points. They describe the specified Japanese records and are not contemporary deck advice. They also do not establish whether a photographed card is authentic; the role of this comparison is to identify which printing a listing is describing.

How the Japanese Card Text Distinguishes Them

On M6a 137/103, ほのおのうず does 100 damage and requires discarding two Energy cards attached to Charizard. The official record’s special rule allows its attached non-Fire Energy to be treated as Fire, and says that rule cannot be used when Charizard is Confused. This wording follows the Japanese M6a record.

On CP6 011/087, エナジーバーン changes all Energy attached to that Pokémon to Fire type. Its ほのおのうず does 200 damage and discards three Energy. The changed HP, damage and discard requirement provide several readable points to compare in an uncropped card photograph.

When the seller’s image is large enough, read the set code and number first, then confirm the HP and attack line agree with the same column of the table. A partial image showing just the artwork omits these distinctions. Ask for the complete front before drawing a conclusion about the printing.

Do not import the wording from an English Base Set or Evolutions card to fill a gap in a Japanese image. For this pair, the Japanese database records already supply the relevant text. The specific record is the useful reference, rather than a remembered translation from another release.

Choose Between the Printing and the Booster Product

If you want CP6 011/087 in the grade and edition named here, the direct CP6 PSA 10 1ED listing at ¥115,335 states that target. Review its photographs, grading-label details and backorder terms before ordering. A full card identity is more useful than a broad request for “the old Charizard.”
