The phrase to hold on to is “special illustrations”. The official page uses it as a count of cards, not as a rarity code, and it does not name the cards. Everything that follows about specific Japanese cards is therefore a card-by-card statement about Storm Emeralda, not a statement about which cards sit inside the English set.
The page does confirm the four Pokemon it chose to feature, and all four have Japanese Storm Emeralda printings. That is the one card-level overlap the official pages support, and only as “the same Pokemon appears in the Japanese set as this card”.
What Is Reported About Storm Emeralda
The link between the two sets comes from a media report, not from The Pokemon Company. PokeBeach published an article on August 20, 2026 on the full Delta Reign product lineup, based on images in the article.

PokeBeach’s own wording is “should include”, so the article does not claim an exact overlap either. The officially named Delta Reign products and the reported ones do not match one to one, which is another reason not to read the report as a checklist.
How Storm Emeralda Numbers Its 37 Secret Rares
Storm Emeralda (M6) is a Japanese expansion released on July 31, 2026 at ¥200 per pack, five cards per pack. Its official card database lists 76 main-set cards and 37 secret rares numbered 077 to 113, for 113 in total. Every secret-rare number prints /076 as the set denominator, so the cards read 077/076 up to 113/076.

Two structural points stand out. Storm Emeralda has no UR, so the top of the set is the MUR at 113. And the six SAR are split between four Pokemon ex and two Trainer cards, so the Japanese top rarity is not a Pokemon-only block.

Each of the four Pokemon on the official Delta Reign page has Japanese printings in Storm Emeralda. As of September 29, 2026, the table lists every printing found in the official database for each one, with the card number and rarity as printed there.

The count differs by Pokemon. Mega Rayquaza ex has four printings including the only MUR, Mega Golurk ex and Mega Golisopod ex have three each, and Mega Malamar ex has two. If the English set reuses these cards, that spread is the first thing a Japanese-versus-English comparison should check card by card, because the English set’s own list has not been published.
