Dragon Ball Fusion World Sets in Order: FB01–FB10 + Manga Boosters [2026]

Year One: FB01–FB04 (2024)

Fusion World’s first year established the template: a new booster every quarter, each pack carrying a promotion code for the digital PC version, and a heavy emphasis on alternative-art versions of the set’s headline cards.

FB01 -AWAKENED PULSE- (覚醒の鼓動)

The set that started it all, released in Japan on February 16, 2024 alongside four starter decks (Goku, Vegeta, Broly, and Frieza), with the English version following on February 23. Bandai’s launch announcement pitched the game as one “where you can turn the tables in an instant by awakening your Leader Card” — and FB01 delivered the largest Leader lineup of any set since: 140 card types broken down as 8 Leaders, 52 Commons, 36 Uncommons, 30 Rares, 12 Super Rares, and 2 Secret Rares, with all 8 Leaders getting alternative-art versions and 23 alt-art cards in the product overall.

FB01 is also the one set where we can document the Japanese and English pack difference from official pages: the Japanese pack contains 6 cards plus a digital serial code, while the English pack contains 12 cards plus a promotion code. Official card list: FB01 on dbs-cardgame.com.

FB02 -BLAZING AURA- (烈火の闘気)

Released simultaneously in Japan and internationally on May 10, 2024 — the only same-day launch of the early era. FB02 is the largest Fusion World set to date at 144 card types: 4 Leaders, 52 Commons, 39 Uncommons, 30 Rares, 12 Super Rares, 2 Secret Rares, and 4 special reprints. Those reprints introduced one of the line’s signature treatments: past cards returning in an ink-brush style special design alt-art version, alongside 19 alt-art cards in the product. FB03 -RAGING ROAR- (怒りの咆哮)

Japan August 9, 2024; English August 16 with pre-release events on the 9th. 143 card types: 5 Leaders, 52 Commons, 39 Uncommons, 30 Rares, 12 Super Rares, 2 Secret Rares, and 3 special-design reprints, with 20 alt-art cards in the product. Official card list: FB03 on dbs-cardgame.com.

FB04 -ULTRA LIMIT- (限界を超えし者)

Japan November 8, 2024; English November 15. The set count dropped to 133 card types (5 Leaders, 45 Commons, 36 Uncommons, 30 Rares, 12 Super Rares, 2 Secret Rares, 3 special reprints), but the alt-art count went the other way — 25 alt-art cards, the highest stated figure of the first year, which Bandai described as “superb alternative-specification cards with different illustrations and processing.” One of FB04’s Leaders would later be chosen for a reprint in Manga Booster 01. The Manga Boosters: SB01 & SB02

The Manga Boosters are Fusion World’s most distinctive product line, built around a simple premise: alt-art cards whose illustrations, per Bandai’s own product pages, “are illustrated by Akira Toriyama himself.” They also introduced a mechanic-adjacent first for the game — collectible energy markers packed directly into boosters. SB01 — MANGA BOOSTER 01

Japan June 28, 2025; English June 27 — the first Fusion World release where the English date preceded the Japanese one. The official count is 110 card types plus 21 energy marker designs: 5 Leaders (3 new, 2 reprinted — the reprints pulled from FB06 -RIVALS CLASH- and FB04 -ULTRA LIMIT-), 37 Commons, 32 Uncommons, 25 Rares, 10 Super Rares, and 1 Secret Rare. The energy markers were a first for any booster pack in the game, and all “21 designs are originals that can only be obtained with MANGA BOOSTER 01.” Official card list: SB01 on dbs-cardgame.com.

SB02 — MANGA BOOSTER 02

Japan November 8, 2025; English November 14. SB02 repeats the formula at 132 card types total, including its own exclusive set of 21 energy marker designs: 5 Leaders, 37 Commons, 32 Uncommons, 25 Rares, 10 Super Rares, 2 Secret Rares, 21 Energy Markers. The two reprinted Leaders this time are Frieza (from Starter Deck FS04) and Dragon Ball/Shenron (from FB07 -WISH FOR SHENRON-, released just two months prior). The Toriyama alt-art treatment carries over unchanged — Bandai’s page again calls them “gorgeous Alt-Art ver. cards… illustrated by Akira Toriyama himself.” Official card list: SB02 on dbs-cardgame.com.

The 2026 Sets: FB09 & FB10

The current era. Both 2026 sets dropped the Japanese-language set names entirely — DUAL EVOLUTION and CROSS FORCE are printed in English on the Japanese boxes too — and both weigh in at 123 card types.

FB09 -DUAL EVOLUTION-

English March 13, 2026; Japan March 14. Officially 123 card types (Bandai’s page states the total without publishing a rarity-by-rarity breakdown). FB09 is the biggest mechanical shake-up in the game’s history: its 5 new Leaders carry the [Fusion Evolve] and [Ki] mechanics, the first new Leader keywords of this scale since launch. On the collecting side, it escalated the premium slots — “Visual Alt-Art ver.” cards, Super Combo alt versions, Super Alt-Art versions of all 3 SCRs, and Super Alt-Art Leader Cards. FB10 -CROSS FORCE-

English June 12, 2026; Japan June 13. The newest set in the game, again at 123 card types (total stated officially; no published rarity breakdown). The premium structure mirrors FB09: what Bandai calls “many superb alternative-specification cards with different illustrations and processing,” spanning Visual Alt-Art versions, Super Combo alt-arts, and Super Alt-Art versions of all 3 SCRs.
