An EB-03 booster box is a Japanese One Piece extra-booster product whose official page prints six cards per pack, 71 card types plus 4 DON!! types, and no packs-per-box figure at all.
The official Japanese and English EB-03 product pages and the official Japanese card list on onepiece-cardgame.com, as of October 1, 2026, print the product facts; SNKRDUNK figures are asking prices dated October 1, 2026.
We sell Japanese sealed product and graded singles from Tokyo. USD figures convert at ¥154/USD, approximate.
EXTRA BOOSTER -ONE PIECE HEROINES EDITION- [EB-03] was released in Japan on October 25, 2025 at ¥220 per pack (tax included), with six cards per pack. The official pages print no box price, no packs-per-box figure and no pull rates. Our Japanese EB-03 box, Box option, is listed at ¥17,864 (~$116) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order); the Damaged Box and the Damaged Box (Grade B) are separate products with their own prices.
Product facts are as printed on the official EB-03 pages on October 1, 2026. SNKRDUNK figures are lowest asking prices dated October 1, 2026 (with one September 30, 2026 box ask for comparison); they are asks, not sold prices.
EB-03 at a Glance: What the Official Pages Print
EB-03 is the third extra booster in the One Piece Card Game, themed on the heroines of the series. The Japanese product page opens with 「豪華絢爛なヒロインたちをテーマにしたブースターが登場!」 and names a new Leader card, Nefertari Vivi (ネフェルタリ・ビビ), whose effect grants Rush to other characters. It also highlights nine SP cards, four DON!! cards that use the package illustration (with parallel versions), and a special tournament held at three locations in Japan under a Heroines-only Leader regulation, played as a 3-on-3 team event.
| Detail | Japanese page | English page |
|---|---|---|
| Product name | エクストラブースター ONE PIECE Heroines Edition【EB-03】 | EXTRA BOOSTER -ONE PIECE HEROINES EDITION- [EB-03] |
| Release date | October 25, 2025 (Saturday) | February 20, 2026 |
| Price | ¥220 per pack, tax included (manufacturer suggested retail price) | $4.99 per pack (MSRP) |
| Cards per pack | 6 | Not printed |
| Card types | 71 + 4 (the 4 are DON!! cards) | 71 + 4 types in total |
| Leader | 1 type | Listed by name only |
| Commons / Rares | 29 / 21 types | Listed by name only |
| Super Rares / Secret Rares | 9 / 2 types | Listed by name only |
| Special Cards (SP) | 9 types | Listed by name only |
| DON!! cards | 4 types | Listed by name only |
The English page repeats the same rarity groups — Commons, Rares, Super Rares, Secret Rares, Leaders, Special Cards and DON!! Cards — without per-rarity counts; the Japanese page and the Japanese card list are the sources that print counts. The English page also carries the standard line that cards in the product are tournament legal from the pre-release date in your region.
Packs, Boxes and Cartons: What Is Not Printed
The number of packs in a box is the first figure most buyers look for. For EB-03 the official pages give no such number. The Japanese product page prints 「1パック:カード6枚」 and a price per pack, and prints no box, packs-per-box or carton figure; the English page prints none either. Anything you read elsewhere about packs per box or boxes per carton is therefore not an official figure.
| Item | Official pages | What it means when buying a box |
|---|---|---|
| Price per pack | ¥220, tax included (JP); $4.99 (EN) | This is the pack price, not a box price |
| Cards per pack | 6 (JP page) | Pack contents are official; box contents are not stated |
| Packs per box | Not printed | Check the product page of the seller you buy from |
| Boxes per carton | Not printed | A carton is a seller-side format, not an official one |
| Box price (MSRP) | Not printed | Store and marketplace box prices are set by sellers |
| Randomisation | No pull rates or ratios published | Bandai publishes no pull rates for EB-03 (official JP and EN product pages and the official rules Q&A, checked October 1, 2026) |
The one randomness sentence on the Japanese page is a generic note that cards are inserted at random. Our own article on EB-03 pull rates and the god pack is store content and not an official source, and it should be read with that in mind.
On our store, the EB-03 box is one variable product with two options: Box and Carton. As of October 1, 2026 the Box option is the one with a price; the Carton option is sold out at the time of this update, with no price shown. Sourcing requests for a carton go through Quick Order.
Inside the Box: Rarity Counts and the Nine SP Rows
The Japanese page breaks the 71 card types down by rarity. The official card list, series 550203, shows the same set as 90 rows: 62 base card numbers plus 28 rows that carry a suffix (_p1 or _p2) on the same printed number. The nine SP cards are the nine _p2 rows rated SPカード; the 62 base numbers plus the nine SP rows make the printed 71.
| Rarity | Types printed | Base-number rows in the card list |
|---|---|---|
| Leader (L) | 1 | 1 |
| Common (C) | 29 | 29 |
| Rare (R) | 21 | 21 |
| Super Rare (SR) | 9 | 9 |
| Secret Rare (SEC) | 2 | 2 |
| Special Card (SP) | 9 | 0 (the nine SPカード rows all use the _p2 suffix) |
| DON!! card | 4 | Not rows in the card list |
Each of the nine Super Rare numbers has three rows: the base card, a _p1 row rated SR, and a _p2 row rated SPカード. Each of the nine SP rows is paired with SNKRDUNK’s lowest ask for the listing of the same card number (SNKRDUNK labels these listings SR-SPC; the label is SNKRDUNK’s, not Bandai’s):
| Number | Card | Color | Official DB id | Lowest ask on SNKRDUNK, October 1, 2026 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| EB03-003 | Uta (ウタ) | Red | EB03-003_p2 | ¥26,800 |
| EB03-018 | Tashigi (たしぎ) | Green | EB03-018_p2 | ¥8,000 |
| EB03-024 | Nefertari Vivi (ネフェルタリ・ビビ) | Blue | EB03-024_p2 | ¥23,000 |
| EB03-026 | Boa Hancock (ボア・ハンコック) | Blue | EB03-026_p2 | ¥80,000 |
| EB03-031 | Vinsmoke Reiju (ヴィンスモーク・レイジュ) | Purple | EB03-031_p2 | ¥16,000 |
| EB03-042 | Koala (コアラ) | Black | EB03-042_p2 | ¥13,000 |
| EB03-045 | Perona (ペローナ) | Black | EB03-045_p2 | ¥21,000 |
| EB03-053 | Nami (ナミ) | Yellow | EB03-053_p2 | ¥50,000 |
| EB03-055 | Nico Robin (ニコ・ロビン) | Yellow | EB03-055_p2 | ¥45,000 |
The two Secret Rare numbers are EB03-061 Uta (green; three rows: base, _p1 and _p2, all rated SEC) and EB03-062 Trafalgar Law (yellow; two rows: base and _p1). The database does not say what the second Uta row is, and it prints no text label on any row. For the row-by-row picture of every suffix, see our EB-03 card list page and the article on EB-03 parallel and alternate-art rows.
The Headline Cards in Pictures
These are the official card-list images for the two Secret Rares, two of the SP rows and the Leader parallel.
Marketplace asks for the top of the set, all lowest asks on SNKRDUNK on October 1, 2026. The PSA 10 column is the lowest ask among that listing’s PSA 10 entries; neither column is a sold price.
| Card (SNKRDUNK listing name) | Number | Lowest raw ask | Lowest PSA 10 ask |
|---|---|---|---|
| Uta SEC-SP (コミパラ) | EB03-061 | ¥82,000 | ¥141,500 |
| Boa Hancock SR-SPC | EB03-026 | ¥80,000 | ¥190,000 |
| Nami SR-SPC | EB03-053 | ¥50,000 | ¥115,200 |
| Nico Robin SR-SPC | EB03-055 | ¥45,000 | ¥126,000 |
| Uta SR-SPC | EB03-003 | ¥26,800 | ¥45,500 |
| Nefertari Vivi SR-SPC | EB03-024 | ¥23,000 | ¥45,000 |
| Perona SR-SPC | EB03-045 | ¥21,000 | ¥39,000 |
| Vinsmoke Reiju SR-SPC | EB03-031 | ¥16,000 | ¥22,000 |
| Koala SR-SPC | EB03-042 | ¥13,000 | ¥17,999 |
| Tashigi SR-SPC | EB03-018 | ¥8,000 | ¥18,400 |
For comparison, the standard prints of the same numbers have much lower lowest asks on the same date: SNKRDUNK lists Uta EB03-003 SR at ¥1,000, Uta EB03-061 SEC (base) at ¥1,000 and Trafalgar Law EB03-062 SEC (base) at ¥1,000. The database does not say how any of these rows were distributed in packs.
Japanese EB-03 vs the English Set
The English EB-03 is dated February 20, 2026 on the official English site, almost four months after the Japanese release of October 25, 2025. Both pages print 71 + 4 card types in total. The differences the official pages state are these:
| Spec | Japanese EB-03 box (our listing) | English EB-03 |
|---|---|---|
| Release | October 25, 2025 | February 20, 2026 |
| Official price | ¥220 per pack, tax included | $4.99 per pack |
| Cards per pack | 6 | Not printed on the page |
| Box price | Store price: ¥17,864 (~$116) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) (Box option) | Not printed; we do not list the English product |
| Card text and print | Japanese | English |
The English page does not map its cards to the Japanese _p1 and _p2 rows, so a row-by-row comparison between the two languages cannot be made from official sources. The printed number on the card (for example EB03-053) is the same for the base card and every suffix row.
The vol.2 Heroines set, EB-05 (October 2026), is compared with EB-03 in our EB-03 vs EB-05 Heroines comparison. For Uta cards across sets, see the Uta One Piece cards guide.
Regular Box, Damaged Box and Damaged Box (Grade B)
The regular box, the Damaged Box and the Damaged Box (Grade B) are separate sealed EB-03 products in our store. Each has its own product page, its own photos and its own price.
| Product | Type | Price |
|---|---|---|
| EB-03 Heroines Edition Japanese One Piece Booster Box (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) | Regular box, variable product (Box and Carton options) | Box option: ¥17,864 (~$116) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order); Carton option sold out, no price |
| EB-03 Heroines Edition Japanese One Piece Booster Box – Damaged Box | Separate product | ¥15,428 (~$100) |
| EB-03 Heroines Edition Japanese One Piece Booster Box – Damaged Box (Grade B) | Separate product | ¥15,104 (~$98) |
The Damaged Box and the Damaged Box (Grade B) are two different products, not two names for one thing, and the Grade B product is not a variation of the Damaged Box page. The photos on each product page show the condition of that product and the page shows the current terms, so read the product page of the one you intend to buy. A regular-box order and a damaged-box order are placed from different pages.
Box Prices Side by Side: Our Listing vs the Marketplace Ask
SNKRDUNK lists the Japanese EB-03 box as ワンピースカードゲーム エクストラブースター「ワンピース ヒロインズエディション」ボックス. The marketplace shows one lowest ask for it, and SNKRDUNK showed no separate no-shrink listing for this set on October 1, 2026.
| Product | Price | Source and date |
|---|---|---|
| EB-03 Japanese booster box, Box option (ours) | ¥17,864 (~$116) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) | Store listing, October 1, 2026 |
| EB-03 Damaged Box (ours) | ¥15,428 (~$100) | Store listing, October 1, 2026 |
| EB-03 Damaged Box (Grade B) (ours) | ¥15,104 (~$98) | Store listing, October 1, 2026 |
| Japanese box on SNKRDUNK | ¥14,380 | Lowest ask on SNKRDUNK, October 1, 2026 |
| Japanese box on SNKRDUNK | ¥13,980 | Lowest ask on SNKRDUNK, September 30, 2026 |
A marketplace ask is the lowest figure a single seller has entered; it says nothing about the box’s condition, about shrink-wrap, or about what sits behind that ask. The store price is for the product described on the product page, shipped from Tokyo. Reading the two numbers side by side is useful only if you also read what each one buys.

PSA 10 Singles from EB-03
Graded singles from EB-03 are sold as PSA 10 listings and as PSA 10 back orders. A PSA 10 listing is a graded card with its own product page, and a PSA 10 back order is sourced to order, and its product page shows the current terms. The back-order process is explained in our PSA 10 back-order guide. PSA 10 designates Gem Mint condition per PSA’s published grading standards.

| Card | Number | Listing type | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Uta SEC-SP (Comic Parallel) | EB03-061 | PSA 10 listing | ¥146,322 (~$950) |
| Uta SEC-SP (Comic Parallel) | EB03-061 | PSA 10 back order | Offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥144,860 (~$941) |
| Nami SR-SPC | EB03-053 | PSA 10 back order | Offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥99,283 (~$645) |
| Koala SR | EB03-042 | PSA 10 back order | Offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥10,180 (~$66) |
| Boa Hancock SR-P | EB03-026 | PSA 10 back order | Offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥9,548 (~$62) |
The names in the table are our product titles; labels such as SEC-SP, SR-SPC and SR-P in them are marketplace labels, not Bandai rarities. In the official database the base rows of EB03-053, EB03-042 and EB03-026 are rated SR, EB03-061 is rated SEC, and the SP versions are rated SPカード. For other cards in the set, sourcing requests go through Quick Order.
Checklist Before You Order an EB-03 Box
- Pick the product, not just the set. The Box option of the regular box, the Damaged Box and the Damaged Box (Grade B) sit on separate pages at different prices.
- Read the product page for the item you pick. It carries the photos and the current terms for that product; the official EB-03 pages do not describe box condition at all.
- Do not rely on a packs-per-box number. Neither the Japanese nor the English official page prints one.
- Keep asks and prices apart. A SNKRDUNK lowest ask is a marketplace figure dated on the day it was read; a store price is a listing for a specific product.
- Treat pull-rate claims as unofficial. Bandai publishes none for EB-03, so any rate quoted by a store, a video or a forum is a community figure at best.
- Match singles by number and artwork. The printed number is shared by the base row and its suffix rows; compare the card with the official image for the row you want.
- Use Quick Order for what is not listed. A carton or a specific single that does not appear on a product page can be requested through Quick Order.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many cards are in EB-03 Heroines Edition?
The Japanese product page prints 71 card types plus 4 DON!! card types. The official card list shows 90 rows: 62 base numbers and 28 rows with a _p1 or _p2 suffix, nine of which are rated SPカード. The 62 base numbers plus the nine SP rows make the printed 71.
When did EB-03 release in Japan and in English?
The Japanese product page gives October 25, 2025 (Saturday) at ¥220 per pack, tax included. The English product page gives February 20, 2026 at $4.99 per pack. The English page does not map its cards to the Japanese parallel rows, so the two cannot be compared row by row.
How much does an EB-03 booster box cost?
Our Japanese EB-03 box, Box option, is listed at ¥17,864 (~$116) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order). Bandai prints only the pack price, ¥220 tax included, and no box price. SNKRDUNK’s lowest ask for the box was ¥14,380 on October 1, 2026, an asking price and not a sold price.
How many packs are in an EB-03 booster box?
The official Japanese and English product pages do not print a packs-per-box figure; the Japanese page gives only six cards per pack and a price per pack. A packs-per-box number from any other source is not official, so check the product page of the seller you are buying from.
What is the difference between the Damaged Box and the Damaged Box (Grade B)?
They are two separate products with separate pages and prices: the Damaged Box is listed at ¥15,428 (~$100) and the Damaged Box (Grade B) at ¥15,104 (~$98). Each page shows its own photos and its current terms, so the product page of the box you want is the place to read what that box is before ordering it.
Does Bandai publish EB-03 pull rates?
No. The official Japanese and English EB-03 product pages and the official rules Q&A, checked October 1, 2026, print no pull rates, no odds and no ratios. The only randomness note is a generic statement that cards are inserted at random, so any specific rate you see quoted is not an official figure.
Which EB-03 cards are the SP cards?
Nine _p2 rows carry the SPカード rarity: Uta EB03-003, Tashigi 018, Nefertari Vivi 024, Boa Hancock 026, Vinsmoke Reiju 031, Koala 042, Perona 045, Nami 053 and Nico Robin 055. Each shares its number with a Super Rare card in the same set.
Can I buy an EB-03 carton from you?
The Carton option of our EB-03 box product is sold out at the time of this update and shows no price. Sourcing requests for a carton go through Quick Order. The official pages do not print a boxes-per-carton figure, so the product page terms apply.
