The page calls it “ヒロインを主役としたエクストラブースター第2弾” — the second Extra Booster with heroines in the lead role. That makes the Heroines line a recurring product family, not a one-off.
Both sets share a formula: character-first art direction, a compact pack size (6 cards/pack in Japanese), and special-art cards alongside the regular set. EB-03 was the first entry; EB-05 is the second.

Leaders and Heroines SP Cards (Reported)
meli-melo’s card list gives seven Leaders: a new Nico Robin Leader EB05-010 (a parallel version exists) plus six heroine Leaders in new designs under their original numbers — Shirahoshi OP11-022, Nami OP11-041, Jewelry Bonney OP13-100, Boa Hancock OP14-041, Rebecca OP15-039 and Nefertari Vivi EB03-001. inside-games described “seven new Leader designs”.
Two ヒロインズSP (Heroines SP) cards have been reported: Nico Robin EB05-016 (a parallel exists) and Nami OP01-016. inside-games (August 24, 2026) and Famitsu (September 23, 2026) reported that the SP art uses visuals from the anime ONE PIECE HEROINES. The pack shows Nami and Nico Robin, illustrated by character designer Takashi Kojima, per pokecazilla. meli-melo’s list also includes Commons such as Monet EB05-007, Tsuru EB05-036 and Nico Olvia EB05-056.
