The OP-04 One Piece set, KINGDOMS OF INTRIGUE, has 149 rows in the official Japanese card database: 119 numbered cards, 25 further printings with a _p1 or _p2 ID, and 5 rows carrying the special rarity label SPカード. The database list on onepiece-cardgame.com, as of September 30, 2026, sits next to a product page that prints 全124種+1種 and 25 types of parallel-illustration cards; the set released in Japan on 2023.05.27 and on the English site on September 22, 2023.
The OP-04 list includes the SPカード label. Its five SP rows carry card numbers from OP-01 and OP-02, and the database names OP-04 as the product they come from.
We sell Japanese sealed product and graded singles from Tokyo. USD figures convert at ¥154/USD, approximate.

OP-04 KINGDOMS OF INTRIGUE at a Glance
The official product pages give the Japanese and English facts for OP-04 below, as printed on onepiece-cardgame.com and en.onepiece-cardgame.com as of September 30, 2026.
| Detail | Japanese KINGDOMS OF INTRIGUE [OP-04] | English KINGDOMS OF INTRIGUE |
|---|---|---|
| Release date (as printed) | 2023.05.27 (Sat) | September 22, 2023 |
| Price per pack (as printed) | ¥220 incl. tax | USD $4.49 |
| Cards per pack | 6 | not stated in the English page text |
| Card types | 全124種+1種 | 124+1 card types |
| Rarity counts | Leader 6 · Common 45 · Uncommon 30 · Rare 26 · Super Rare 10 · Secret Rare 2 | Leader 6 · Common 45 · Uncommon 30 · Rare 26 · Super Rare 10 · Secret Rare 2 |
| Special card / DON!! card | スペシャルカード 5種 · ドン!!カード 1種 | Special Card x 5 · Don! Card x 1 |
| Parallel statement | 本商品には25種のパラレルイラスト版のカードが存在します | This product has 25 types of alt-art cards. |
| Tournament legality | not stated in the Japanese page text | Tournament legal from the pre-release date in your region |
All six Leader numbers in the database are two-colour cards.
Where the Japanese page says パラレルイラスト版, the English page prints “This product has 25 types of alt-art cards.” The card database itself uses neither term for any row; it shows only the ID suffix and, for five rows, the SPカード label.
How the Official Database Flags Parallel and SP Rows
Every printing has its own row in the Japanese card database. A further printing of a number gets an ID with a suffix, and its base row can sit in another set’s list: OP04-083 is the base row, OP04-083_p1 and OP04-083_p2 are further rows for the same printed number. The number printed on the card stays OP04-083, and on a non-SP suffixed row the rarity field keeps the base rarity, so a suffixed Super Rare row still reads SR. SPカード rows are the exception: the field reads SPカード instead of the base rarity.
| Database field | What it shows | Example in OP-04 |
|---|---|---|
| ID | Card number plus _p1 / _p2 when the row is a further printing |
OP04-083_p2 |
| Number | The printed number, identical for the base row and its suffixed rows | OP04-083 |
| Rarity | The base rarity code (L, C, UC, R, SR, SEC); it does not change with the suffix on non-SP rows | SR on all three OP04-083 rows |
| Special rarity label | SPカード is a rarity label; in OP-04 all five SP rows carry OP-01 or OP-02 numbers | 5 rows, e.g. OP02-099_p2 |
| Set field (入手情報) | The product the row is included in | KINGDOMS OF INTRIGUE【OP-04】 on all 149 rows |
The count reconciles with the product page. The page prints 全124種+1種 and 25 types of parallel-illustration cards. In the database, 119 rows are base cards of OP-04, the 5 SPカード rows bring the total of listed card types to 124, and the extra “+1” is the DON!! card, which is not on the card-list page. The 30 suffixed rows minus the 5 SP rows leave 25, the same number as the parallel statement.
The database prints no category name for the remaining rows.
Variant Rows by Rarity and Colour
Counting the 30 suffixed rows by their rarity field shows where the parallel printings sit. Every Leader number, every Super Rare number and both Secret Rare numbers have a suffixed row, and six Rares do. No Uncommon or Common in OP-04 has one. The five SPカード rows sit outside the 119 base cards, which is why the base column shows 0 for them.
| Rarity | Base cards | Suffixed rows | Numbers with a suffixed row |
|---|---|---|---|
| L (Leader) | 6 | 6 | 6 |
| SR (Super Rare) | 10 | 11 | 10 |
| SEC (Secret Rare) | 2 | 2 | 2 |
| R (Rare) | 26 | 6 | 6 |
| UC (Uncommon) | 30 | 0 | 0 |
| C (Common) | 45 | 0 | 0 |
| SPカード (SP card) | 0 | 5 | 5 |
| Total | 119 | 30 | 29 |
The 30 rows cover 29 different card numbers, because OP04-083 has two suffixed rows and no other number has more than one. Super Rare is the largest group with 11 rows.
By card colour, the suffixed rows split as follows. Colours joined by a slash are two-colour cards; all six suffixed Leaders are two-colour, in line with what the Japanese product page says about multicolour Leader cards.
| Colour field | Suffixed rows |
|---|---|
| Green | 6 |
| Black | 5 |
| Purple | 4 |
| Blue | 3 |
| Red | 3 |
| Yellow | 3 |
| Blue/Black | 1 |
| Blue/Yellow | 1 |
| Green/Black | 1 |
| Green/Purple | 1 |
| Purple/Yellow | 1 |
| Red/Blue | 1 |
| Total | 30 |
The Secret Rare Rows: OP04-118 and OP04-119
Secret Rare is the top base rarity printed in this set: two numbers, OP04-118 and OP04-119, the last two of the base numbering. The database gives them four rows: the two base rows and one _p1 row for each. All four are shown with the official image below.

OP04-118 is a Red CHARACTER card with a base row and a _p1 row. A PSA 10 back order under this number is listed as Nefertari Vivi SEC with Booster Pack The Kingdom Of Conspiracy in the title, at ¥23,125 (~$150) (sourced to order; the product page shows the current terms). The title does not state a database ID.

OP04-119 is a Green CHARACTER card, again with a base row and a _p1 row. Our back-order listing under this number is titled Donquixote Rosinante SEC-SPC with Booster Pack “Emperors In The New World”, at ¥20,215 (~$131) (a PSA 10 back order). That title names a different product, so it is not a description of an OP-04 database row.
The 5 SPカード Rows
The five SPカード rows are the only rows in OP-04 whose printed number does not begin with OP04. Each is a _p2 row of a Super Rare from the first two boosters, and the database lists it under KINGDOMS OF INTRIGUE. The product page counts five スペシャルカード (Special Card) types, and the database shows five rows with the SPカード label, so the two counts agree.
| Database ID | Name | Colour | Rarity label | Same number in its home set | PSA 10 listing under this number |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| OP01-047_p2 | トラファルガー・ロー | Green | SP card | OP01-047_p1 (SR, Green) | ¥31,000 (~$201) (Trafalgar Law SR-SPC, Booster Pack The Kingdom Of Conspiracy) |

| OP02-004_p2 | エドワード・ニューゲート | Red | SP card | OP02-004_p1 (SR, Red) | no PSA 10 listing for this number |
| OP02-085_p2 | マゼラン | Purple | SP card | OP02-085_p1 (SR, Purple) | no PSA 10 listing for this number |
| OP02-099_p2 | サカズキ | Black | SP card | OP02-099_p1 (SR, Black) | ¥687,700 (~$4,466) back order (Sakazuki SR-P [EN], Championship 2023 Souvenir; an English-edition title, not a match to this row) |
![OP01-047 トラファルガー・ロー (SPカード) KINGDOMS OF INTRIGUE [OP-04]](https://samuraiswordtokyo.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/OP01-047_p2-1.webp)

Each of the five numbers also has a _p1 row, rarity SR, in the OP-01 or OP-02 list, as the “same number in its home set” column shows. The SP row is a separate database entry with the same printed number, told apart by the SPカード label and by the set it is listed under.
All 11 Super Rare Rows with a Suffixed ID
Ten Super Rare numbers exist in OP-04 and the database lists 11 suffixed Super Rare rows, because OP04-083 has two. The eleven rows below are the complete set of Super Rare variant rows as the database lists them. The last column shows the PSA 10 cards we offer under the same card number; listing titles name the product each card comes from.
| Database ID | Name | Colour | PSA 10 listing under this number |
|---|---|---|---|
| OP04-013_p1 | ペル | Red | no PSA 10 listing for this number |
| OP04-024_p1 | シュガー | Green | no PSA 10 listing for this number |

| OP04-044_p1 | カイドウ | Blue | ¥22,695 (~$147) (Kaido SR-SPC, Booster Pack Awakening of the New Era) |
| OP04-060_p1 | クロコダイル | Purple | no PSA 10 listing for this number |

| OP04-083_p2 | サボ | Black | ¥138,000 (~$896) (Sabo SR-SP, Booster Pack “Kingdoms Of Intrigue”); ¥23,331 (~$152) (SR, 8 Pack Battle Winner Prize); ¥11,321 (~$74) (SR, Special Goods Set “2nd ANNIVERSARY SET”) |
| OP04-090_p1 | モンキー・D・ルフィ | Black | no PSA 10 listing for this number |
| OP04-104_p1 | サンジ | Yellow | no PSA 10 listing for this number |
| OP04-112_p1 | ヤマト | Yellow | ¥25,410 (~$165) (Yamato SR, Flagship Battle Top 8 Souvenirs) |
OP04-083 サボ is the only number in the set with a _p2 row that is not an SP row, so it carries three rows: base, _p1 and _p2.
The 6 Leader Rows and 6 Rare Rows
All six Leader numbers have a _p1 row, and every one of those rows is a two-colour Leader, from red/blue OP04-001 to purple/yellow OP04-058. Six of the 26 Rares also have a _p1 row. Uncommon and Common cards have no suffixed row at all in this set.

What the Official Database Does Not Say
The database and the two product pages leave several questions open. These are the ones a reader is most likely to ask, with the answer the official pages support.
- Which suffixed row is which style of artwork? The database prints no category for a
_p1or_p2row beyond the suffix itself. The English page’s “alt-art” wording covers the 25 non-SP parallel-illustration cards as a group. - Which rows count toward the 25? The 30 suffixed rows minus the 5 SP rows equal 25; the pages do not list them by ID.
- How often is a Secret Rare or SP row opened? The official pages publish no pull rates.
- Is there a box-bonus card? The OP-04 product page describes no box bonus, unlike the OP-01 and OP-02 pages.
- Where is the DON!! card? The product pages count one DON!! card, but the card-list page does not list it.
For rarity vocabulary that applies across sets, our One Piece card rarity explainer explains the codes L, C, UC, R, SR and SEC, and the One Piece sets in order timeline lays out where OP-04 sits in the release order.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many cards are in OP-04 KINGDOMS OF INTRIGUE?
The official product page prints 全124種+1種. The card database has 119 base rows of OP-04 plus 5 SPカード rows, which is 124, and the extra one is the DON!! card, which the card-list page does not show. With the parallel printings, the list has 149 rows as of September 30, 2026.
How many parallel cards are in OP-04?
The Japanese product page states that 25 types of parallel-illustration cards exist; the English page calls them alt-art cards. The database has 30 rows with a _p1 or _p2 suffix, and 5 of them are SPカード rows, which leaves 25. The pages do not list the 25 by ID.
What are the SP cards in OP-04?
The database has five rows with the rarity label SPカード: OP01-047_p2, OP01-078_p2, OP02-004_p2, OP02-085_p2 and OP02-099_p2. Their card numbers belong to OP-01 and OP-02, and the database lists them under KINGDOMS OF INTRIGUE. The product page counts five Special Cards.
When did OP-04 KINGDOMS OF INTRIGUE release in Japan and in English?
The Japanese product page prints 2023.05.27 (Saturday) as the release date. The English site, en.onepiece-cardgame.com, prints September 22, 2023. Both dates are as printed on the official pages on September 30, 2026, and the English page adds that the cards are tournament legal from the regional pre-release date.
How much does an OP-04 pack or box cost?
The official price is ¥220 including tax per pack in Japan and USD $4.49 per pack on the English site. Our OP-04 booster box, Box option, is currently listed at ¥18,534 (~$120) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order), and the SNKRDUNK lowest ask for the Japanese box was ¥17,890 on September 30, 2026.
How many Secret Rare cards are in OP-04?
Two Secret Rare numbers exist, OP04-118 and OP04-119. The database lists four SEC rows for them: OP04-118, OP04-118_p1, OP04-119 and OP04-119_p1. Both the English and the Japanese product pages print Secret Rare 2, and that figure counts card numbers rather than printings, so the four rows fit inside it.
How do I buy a PSA 10 OP-04 card from Japan?
The OP-04 and SP-row numbers in the table above have PSA 10 listings with linked prices. All are offered as PSA 10 back orders with the price linked on each product page. Our PSA 10 back-order guide explains the process, and sourcing requests for a specific card go through Quick Order.
