The OP-09 chase cards start with Gol D. Roger (rendering) OP09-118, whose SNKRDUNK lowest ask of ¥890,000 (~$5,779) on October 2, 2026 is the highest dated ask among the cards checked.
The official Japanese product page for ブースターパック 新たなる皇帝【OP-09】 (English name EMPERORS IN THE NEW WORLD) prints a release date of 2024.08.31 and a price of 220円 per pack. The store’s OP-09 pull rates, best cards and box value article covers community-sourced box odds and box value.
We sell Japanese sealed product and graded singles from Tokyo. USD figures convert at ¥154/USD, approximate.
- Ranked by the SNKRDUNK raw lowest ask dated October 2, 2026, the top ten run from ¥890,000 (~$5,779) for OP09-118 down to ¥13,500 (~$88) for the OP09-051 手配書 row. Asks are listing prices, not sales.
- Ranks 1 to 5 are OP-09 numbers with parallel rows (OP09-118, OP09-119, OP09-051, OP09-004, OP09-093). Ranks 6 to 9 are SPカード rows that carry numbers from OP05, OP07 and OP08 yet sit in the OP-09 booster, and rank 10 is the OP09-051 SPカード row.
- Official: 6 cards per pack, 全129種+1種, released August 31, 2024 in Japan and December 13, 2024 in English at USD $4.49 per pack.
- The store lists the OP-09 box (Box option) at ¥19,002 (~$123) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) and a separate Damaged Box product.

The OP-09 Top 10 by SNKRDUNK Lowest Ask
Positions follow each card’s raw lowest ask on SNKRDUNK on October 2, 2026; the PSA 10 figure is the lowest ask in the PSA 10 row of the card’s product-page condition grid and does not affect the order.
The official card database prints a base row and suffixed _pN rows for each number, with no text label on any row, so tokens such as SEC-GSP or コミパラ are SNKRDUNK’s listing labels, not Bandai’s.
| Rank | Card | Number | Rarity (database) | Database rows | SNKRDUNK lists it as | Raw lowest ask | PSA 10 ask |

| 10 | Buggy (rendering) | OP09-051 | SPカード | _p3 |
:手配書 R-SPC | ¥13,500 (~$88) | ¥30,800 (~$200) |
Roger’s raw row and PSA 10 row print the same ¥890,000 (~$5,779), so a lower raw-condition ask is not confirmed for that listing. The OP09-093 Teach row at rank 5 surfaced a single listing, which makes that ask weak. Ranks 7 and 8 print the same raw ask of ¥30,000 and are kept in the order SNKRDUNK’s list gave them. The spread between the top and the bottom of the ten is wide: rank 1 asks ¥890,000 (~$5,779) and rank 10 asks ¥13,500 (~$88), so the cards ranked 6 to 10 are SPカード rows priced well under the Roger and Luffy parallels at ranks 1 and 2.
Ranks 1 to 5: The Parallel Rows of Four Emperors and Roger
The top five are all OP-09 numbers. The official Japanese page introduces the four new Emperors and Roger under the headings 「新四皇登場」 and 「“海賊王”登場」 and names the cards by heading, not by number, so the number match comes from the official database.
_p2
_p21. Gol D. Roger, OP09-118
The database prints OP09-118 as an SEC card of the red colour, cost 10 and power 13000, with three rows: the base row, _p1 and _p2. SNKRDUNK lists the ¥890,000 (~$5,779) row as SEC-GSP. The official Japanese page uses the heading 「“海賊王”ゴールド・ロジャー」, and the word ゴールド appears there only inside the name. The official asia-en page says: “The super parallel rare card with a stunning golden effect will also make its debut!” That sentence prints no card number, so which Roger row carries the golden effect is not confirmed.
2. Monkey D. Luffy, OP09-119
OP09-119 is the second SEC of the set: purple, cost 9, power 10000, with the same three-row pattern of base, _p1 and _p2. SNKRDUNK lists the ¥199,999 (~$1,299) row as SEC-SP (コミパラ), and its PSA 10 row asks ¥350,000 (~$2,273). The official English page uses the word “manga” only for the Alt-art Leader cards, so the コミパラ token belongs to SNKRDUNK’s labelling.
3. Buggy, OP09-051
Buggy OP09-051 is a Rare in the database, blue, cost 10, power 12000. Its suffixed rows are _p1 and _p2 plus the SPカード row _p3. SNKRDUNK lists the ¥142,000 (~$922) row as R-SP (コミパラ) and the PSA 10 row asks ¥157,000 (~$1,019). The SPカード row of the same number appears again at rank 10.
4. Shanks, OP09-004
OP09-004 is an SR, red, cost 10 and power 12000, and it carries four suffixed or base entries in the database: base, _p1, _p2 and the SPカード row _p3. The SNKRDUNK row listed as SR-SP (コミパラ) asks ¥110,000 (~$714), with ¥190,000 (~$1,234) in the PSA 10 row. The Leader card Shanks is a different number, OP09-001.
5. Marshall D. Teach, OP09-093
OP09-093 is an SR, black, cost 10, power 12000, again with base, _p1, _p2 and the SPカード row _p3. SNKRDUNK lists the ¥85,555 (~$556) row as SR-SP (コミパラ). Its PSA 10 row asks ¥208,000 (~$1,351). The database spells the Leader card with a full-width D (マーシャル・D・ティーチ, OP09-081) and the SR with a half-width D.

Ranks 6 to 10: Special Cards from Other Numbers
Ranks 6 to 9 carry card numbers from other sets, and rank 10 is the OP09-051 SPカード row. All five are SPカード rows of the OP-09 booster in the official database, which prints their rarity as SPカード rather than SR, R or SEC. SNKRDUNK’s own labels (SEC-SPC, SR-SPC, R-SPC) call them SPC, and the :手配書 token (Japanese for wanted poster) is part of SNKRDUNK’s listing title.
6. Monkey D. Luffy, OP05-119 row _p5
The database prints OP05-119_p5 as a purple SPカード, cost 10, power 12000. SNKRDUNK lists it as 手配書 SEC-SPC with a raw ask of ¥54,999 (~$357) and a PSA 10 ask of ¥82,999 (~$539). It is the highest-asked row of the ten SPカード rows.
7. Boa Hancock, OP07-051 row _p3
OP07-051_p3 is a blue SPカード, cost 6, power 8000, which SNKRDUNK lists as SR-SPC at ¥30,000 (~$195), with ¥57,999 (~$377) in the PSA 10 row. The store’s Boa Hancock cards guide follows the character across sets.
8. Nami, OP08-106 row _p4
OP08-106_p4 is a yellow SPカード, cost 5, power 5000. SNKRDUNK lists it as SR-SPC at ¥30,000 (~$195) and the PSA 10 row asks ¥49,800 (~$323).
9. Zoro-juro, OP05-067 row _p4
OP05-067_p4 is a purple SPカード, cost 3, power 4000, listed on SNKRDUNK as R-SPC at ¥21,000 (~$136), with ¥45,000 (~$292) in the PSA 10 row. The English rendering of ゾロ十郎 is ours.
10. Buggy, OP09-051 row _p3
The OP09-051 SPカード row is the last of the top ten. SNKRDUNK lists the 手配書 R-SPC row at ¥13,500 (~$88), with ¥30,800 (~$200) in the PSA 10 row. The same number’s parallel rows sit at rank 3, and SNKRDUNK lists a further Buggy row as R-P at rank 14.

The Ten Official SPカード Rows
The official Japanese rarity list prints 10 types of special card, and the page carries the heading 「特別なSPカード収録」. The official card database lists exactly ten rows with the rarity SPカード for the booster, which matches that printed count. Seven carry numbers from OP04, OP05, OP07 and OP08. Three carry OP-09 numbers: OP09-004, OP09-051 and OP09-093, each as the _p3 row.
| DB id | Number | Card | Colour | Cost / power | SNKRDUNK lists it as | Raw lowest ask |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| OP04-119_p2 | OP04-119 | Donquixote Rosinante (rendering) | Green | 8 / 8000 | SEC-SPC | ¥5,500 (~$36) |
| OP05-067_p4 | OP05-067 | Zoro-juro (rendering) | Purple | 3 / 4000 | R-SPC | ¥21,000 (~$136) |
| OP05-093_p2 | OP05-093 | Rob Lucci (rendering) | Black | 4 / 6000 | SR-SPC | ¥3,999 (~$26) |
| OP05-119_p5 | OP05-119 | Monkey D. Luffy (rendering) | Purple | 10 / 12000 | :手配書 SEC-SPC | ¥54,999 (~$357) |
| OP07-015_p2 | OP07-015 | Monkey D. Dragon (rendering) | Red | 8 / 9000 | SR-SPC | ¥1,100 (~$7) |
| OP07-051_p3 | OP07-051 | Boa Hancock (rendering) | Blue | 6 / 8000 | SR-SPC | ¥30,000 (~$195) |
| OP08-106_p4 | OP08-106 | Nami (rendering) | Yellow | 5 / 5000 | SR-SPC | ¥30,000 (~$195) |
| OP09-004_p3 | OP09-004 | Shanks (rendering) | Red | 10 / 12000 | :手配書 SR-SPC | ¥9,900 (~$64) |
| OP09-051_p3 | OP09-051 | Buggy (rendering) | Blue | 10 / 12000 | :手配書 R-SPC | ¥13,500 (~$88) |
| OP09-093_p3 | OP09-093 | Marshall D. Teach (rendering) | Black | 10 / 12000 | :手配書 SR-SPC | ¥8,800 (~$57) |
The asks run from ¥54,999 (~$357) for the OP05-119 row to ¥1,100 (~$7) for the OP07-015 row, and the five lowest-asked rows are the cards not already ranked in the top ten. Of the ten rows, seven carry numbers from OP04, OP05, OP07 and OP08 and three carry OP-09 numbers, so most of the OP-09 booster’s SPカード rows are cards that first belong to other sets.
Gold- and silver-background 3rd-anniversary special cards reprint the OP09-004, OP09-051 and OP09-093 numbers in later products. Those are different products from the OP-09 SPカード rows, covered in the store’s 3rd anniversary special cards (SPC) guide and the OP-13 chase cards article. A reprint of the same number in another product is never an OP-09 pull.
Just Outside the Top 10: Ranks 11 to 15
Ranks 11 to 15 of the SNKRDUNK asks on October 2, 2026 are mostly SPカード rows as well. Four of the five are SPカード rows, and every one of these rows lists a PSA 10 ask higher than its raw ask.
| Rank | Card | Number | Database row | SNKRDUNK lists it as | Raw lowest ask | PSA 10 ask |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 11 | Shanks (rendering) | OP09-004 | SPカード _p3 |
:手配書 SR-SPC | ¥9,900 (~$64) | ¥39,500 (~$256) |
| 12 | Marshall D. Teach (rendering) | OP09-093 | SPカード _p3 |
:手配書 SR-SPC | ¥8,800 (~$57) | ¥31,000 (~$201) |
| 13 | Donquixote Rosinante (rendering) | OP04-119 | SPカード _p2 |
SEC-SPC | ¥5,500 (~$36) | ¥16,000 (~$104) |
| 14 | Buggy (rendering) | OP09-051 | R parallel rows | R-P | ¥5,000 (~$32) | ¥10,500 (~$68) |
| 15 | Rob Lucci (rendering) | OP05-093 | SPカード _p2 |
SR-SPC | ¥3,999 (~$26) | ¥26,000 (~$169) |
Rank 14 is not an SPカード row: the Buggy listing labelled R-P belongs to a number whose parallel rows are _p1 and _p2 plus the SPカード row. The database does not say which parallel row the R-P listing matches. The :手配書 token on ranks 11 and 12 is SNKRDUNK’s, in the same way as on rank 10.
Parallel Rows in the Official Database
The database lists 158 rows for the OP-09 booster as of October 2, 2026: 119 base rows and 39 suffixed rows. The suffix split is 24 rows of _p1, 8 of _p2, 4 of _p3, 2 of _p4 and 1 of _p5. By rarity, all rows count 12 Leader, 22 SR, 33 R, 30 UC, 45 C, 6 SEC and 10 SPカード.
Five numbers carry two non-SP parallel rows, which is where the four-Emperor and Roger parallels sit.
| Number | Card | Rarity (database) | Parallel rows | SP row |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| OP09-004 | Shanks (rendering) | SR | _p1, _p2 |
+ SPカード _p3 |
| OP09-051 | Buggy (rendering) | R | _p1, _p2 |

| OP09-119 | Monkey D. Luffy (rendering) | SEC | _p1, _p2 |

The JP page prints 「スーパーパラレル初の4種類同時収録!」, and the asia-en page prints “For the first time 4 types of super parallel cards are in the lineup !” Neither sentence prints a number, and the database flags no row as a super parallel, so the match between those four super parallels and the _p2 rows of those numbers is not confirmed.
The Six Leader Parallels
Each of the six Leader cards has one _p1 row. The JP page prints 「原作絵リーダーパラレルカードとしても収録!」, and the official English page says: “Lim and Nico Robin make their first appearance as Leader cards, along with Alt-art Leader cards featuring their original manga art!” SNKRDUNK lists all six as L-P.
| Number | Card | Rarity (database) | Row | SNKRDUNK lists it as | Raw lowest ask |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| OP09-001 | Shanks (rendering) | L | _p1 |
L-P | ¥3,666 (~$24) |
| OP09-061 | Monkey D. Luffy (rendering) | L | _p1 |
L-P | ¥3,333 (~$22) |
| OP09-062 | Nico Robin (rendering) | L | _p1 |
L-P | ¥3,000 (~$19) |
| OP09-081 | Marshall D. Teach (rendering) | L | _p1 |
L-P | ¥2,900 (~$19) |
| OP09-042 | Buggy (rendering) | L | _p1 |
L-P | ¥2,400 (~$16) |
| OP09-022 | Lim (rendering) | L | _p1 |
L-P | ¥1,480 (~$10) |
Two plain SEC parallels sit in the same ask range. SNKRDUNK lists Roger OP09-118 as SEC-P at ¥3,500 (~$23) and Luffy OP09-119 as SEC-P at ¥2,100 (~$14), and the Buggy OP09-051 listing labelled R-P asks ¥5,000 (~$32).
Database Flag versus Store and SNKRDUNK Labels
Three vocabularies are in play, and only the first is official.
| Where it appears | What it prints | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Official database | A _pN suffix on the row id, and the rarity SPカード for special cards; no text label |
OP09-118_p2, OP09-004_p3 |
| SNKRDUNK listing title | A rarity-and-variant token, plus :手配書 on three OP-09 rows | SEC-GSP, SR-SP (コミパラ), R-SPC, L-P |
| Store product name | The store’s own token on PSA 10 rows | SEC-GSP, SR-SP (Comic Parallel), SR-SPC |
The label of a card is therefore attributed to its source. A SNKRDUNK token such as GSP or コミパラ is not Bandai’s name for a printing.
The official restriction notice, as of October 2, 2026, lists no OP-09 card among the banned cards, restricted cards or banned pairs in force, and the additions dated 2026-10-12 name only OP14-020.

What the Official Product Pages Print
Three official pages describe the set: the Japanese page, the English page and the asia-en page. The Japanese and asia-en pages print the same 129+1 card types and the same August 31, 2024 release date; the English page prints 130+1 card types, December 13, 2024 and a USD pack price.
| Item | Japanese page | English page | asia-en page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product name | ブースターパック 新たなる皇帝【OP-09】 | BOOSTER PACK -EMPERORS IN THE NEW WORLD- | BOOSTER PACK -Emperors in the New World- |
The English page’s extra card type is a printed Treasure Rare x1. The Japanese database holds no Treasure Rare row, and which card the English Treasure Rare is, is not confirmed. The asia-en page also prints a campaign line about the “Let’s Get Started Campaign Promotion Pack” for Japanese-version purchases.
| Rarity (Japanese page) | English page | Types |
|---|---|---|
| スペシャルカード | Special Card | 10 |
| リーダーカード | Leader Card | 6 |
| シークレットレア | Secret Rare | 2 |
| スーパーレア | Super Rare | 10 |
| レア | Rare | 26 |
| アンコモン | Uncommon | 30 |
| コモン | Common | 45 |
| ドン!!カード | DON!! Card | 1 |
The first seven rows add up to the printed 129. The base rows of the database split as 6 Leaders, 10 SR, 26 R, 30 UC, 45 C and 2 SEC, which is 119, and the ten SPカード rows complete 129. The two Secret Rares are the two base SEC rows, OP09-118 and OP09-119, so the SEC suffix rows are parallels of those two.
The official English page also prints: “*Cards included in this product are tournament legal from the pre-release date in your region.”
Our PSA 10 Back Orders and Single Slabs
The store’s PSA 10 back-order rows for the OP-09 booster cover the top cards and a run of Leader and plain parallels. The Roger SEC-GSP row is offered as a PSA 10 back order at ¥912,407 (~$5,925) — sourced to order; the product page shows the current terms. The PSA 10 back orders hub explains how a back order works.
The store names and the SEC-GSP, SEC-SP (Comic Parallel), SR-SPC and L-P labels in the table are the store’s own product labels.
| Store listing name | Number | Store label | PSA 10 back-order price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gol D. Roger | OP09-118 | SEC-GSP | ¥912,407 (~$5,925) |
| Monkey.D.Luffy | OP09-119 | SEC-SP (Comic Parallel) | ¥307,690 (~$1,998) |
| Shanks | OP09-004 | SR-SP (Comic Parallel) | ¥191,747 (~$1,245) |
| Marshall.D.Teach | OP09-093 | SR-SP (Comic Parallel) | ¥177,426 (~$1,152) |
| Buggy | OP09-051 | R-SP (Comic Parallel) | ¥139,017 (~$903) |
| Boa Hancock | OP07-051 | SR-SPC | ¥56,301 (~$366) |
| Nami | OP08-106 | SR-SPC | ¥49,909 (~$324) |
| Monkey.D.Luffy | OP09-061 | L-P | ¥19,625 (~$127) |
| Shanks | OP09-004 | SR-P | ¥18,359 (~$119) |
| Donquixote Rosinante | OP04-119 | SEC-SPC | ¥17,119 (~$111) |
| Marshall.D.Teach | OP09-081 | L-P | ¥13,053 (~$85) |
| Perona | OP09-034 | R-P | ¥10,098 (~$66) |
| Shanks | OP09-001 | L-P | ¥9,856 (~$64) |
| Monkey.D.Luffy | OP09-119 | SEC-P | ¥9,750 (~$63) |
| Gol D. Roger | OP09-118 | SEC-P | ¥9,686 (~$63) |
| Koala | OP09-103 | SR-P | ¥9,180 (~$60) |
Some store rows carry other sets’ numbers because the OP-09 booster contains those SPカード rows: Hancock OP07-051, Nami OP08-106 and Rosinante OP04-119. Rows that share an OP09 number but belong to another product, such as an anniversary set or a promotional card, are different cards and are not OP-09 pulls.
Single PSA 10 Slabs
Individual PSA 10 slab products also exist for the Roger, Buggy and Teach rows.
| Single PSA 10 slab | Price |
|---|---|
| Gol D. Roger SEC-GSP [OP09-118] | ¥912,407 (~$5,925) |
| Buggy R-SP (Comic Parallel) [OP09-051] | ¥140,380 (~$912) |
| Marshall.D.Teach SR-SP (Comic Parallel) [OP09-093] | ¥176,812 (~$1,148) |
The PSA 10 asks in the top-ten table are SNKRDUNK asks, and the store prices are the store’s own. They are different listings of different slabs, so neither column converts into the other. The three slabs cover three different card numbers: OP09-118 at ¥912,407 (~$5,925), OP09-051 at ¥140,380 (~$912) and OP09-093 at ¥176,812 (~$1,148).
Sealed Boxes: Regular Box and Damaged Box
Sealed boxes are the route to the cards of the OP-09 booster. The lowest SNKRDUNK ask for a sealed Japanese OP-09 box was ¥18,300 (~$119) on October 2, 2026. A single sealed pack asked ¥1,000 (~$6) on the same date. Both are SNKRDUNK asking prices. The store lists the same box at ¥19,002 (~$123), a separate figure from a separate seller, so the two numbers are not interchangeable.

| Store product | Type | Price |
|---|---|---|
| OP-09 The New Emperor Japanese One Piece Booster Box | Regular box, Box option | ¥19,002 (~$123) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) |
| OP-09 The New Emperor Japanese One Piece Booster Box – Damaged Box | Separate product | ¥18,798 (~$122) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) |
The Damaged Box is a separate product with its own page and its own condition terms.

Character Guides and Card Lists for the Top 10
Five characters from the top ten have store guides that follow them across sets, and three store articles cover the set itself.
- Roger, rank 1: Gol D. Roger One Piece cards guide
- Shanks, rank 4: Shanks One Piece cards guide
- Buggy, ranks 3 and 10: Buggy One Piece cards guide

Which OP-09 card has the highest ask among the cards checked?
Gol D. Roger (rendering) OP09-118, which SNKRDUNK lists as SEC-GSP, carries the highest dated ask: ¥890,000 (~$5,779) on October 2, 2026. The product page’s PSA 10 row prints the same figure, and a lower raw-condition ask is not confirmed. Asks are listing prices, not sales.

The official database lists ten SPカード rows for the booster. Seven carry numbers from OP04, OP05, OP07 and OP08: OP04-119, OP05-067, OP05-093, OP05-119, OP07-015, OP07-051 and OP08-106. Three carry OP-09 numbers: OP09-004, OP09-051 and OP09-093, each as the _p3 row.

Which OP-09 numbers have two parallel rows?
Five numbers carry both a _p1 and a _p2 row besides the base row: OP09-004 Shanks, OP09-051 Buggy, OP09-093 Marshall D. Teach, OP09-118 Gol D. Roger and OP09-119 Monkey D. Luffy (renderings). The database prints no text label, so which row is the super parallel is not confirmed.
