PRB-01 ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST Booster Box: Contents and Prices

PRB-01 ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST Booster Box: Contents and Prices

The PRB-01 booster box collects 111 card numbers from earlier One Piece releases, adds 30 DON!! cards, and puts ten cards in every pack. The official Japanese product page for PREMIUM BOOSTER ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST [PRB-01] prints a July 27, 2024 release date and a ¥550 tax-included price per pack; the official English page prints November 8, 2024 and US$5.49 per pack. Neither page prints how many packs sit in a box.

That gap is the first thing a box buyer should know. What the official pages do print is a card pool: one Leader, 23 Commons, 25 Uncommons, 21 Rares, 29 Super Rares, 8 Secret Rares, 4 Promotion cards and 30 DON!! cards. The official card database adds a second layer, hundreds of variant rows marked only by an id suffix.

We sell Japanese sealed product and graded singles from Tokyo. USD figures convert at ¥154/USD, approximate.

What PRB-01 Is: The Official Product Facts

PRB-01 is a Premium Booster, with the code PRB, separate from the numbered OP boosters. The official Japanese product page describes it in two lines of its own copy: many popular cards from the past are collected, and parallel cards with new illustrations appear in large numbers. It also announces a new Leader card, Sanji. The official pages print these facts as of October 1, 2026.

Official item As printed Buyer meaning
Japanese name プレミアムブースター ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST [PRB-01] The product code on cards and listings is PRB-01 or PRB01.
Japan release date July 27, 2024 Official Japanese page.
Japan price ¥550 per pack, tax included A per-pack price; no box price is printed.
Pack contents 10 cards per pack Pack size is stated; packs per box is not.
Card pool 111 card numbers + 30 DON!! cards The 30 DON!! cards are new, per the Japanese page.
English name PREMIUM BOOSTER -ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST- [PRB-01] The English page lists the same code.
English release / legal date November 8, 2024 / November 15, 2024 Official English page.
English price US$5.49 per pack A per-pack MSRP, as printed.

One more line on the Japanese page matters when you compare listings. It says the lottery sale has ended, and it excludes a separate product, the ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST Storage Box Set, from that note. The storage box set is its own product, so a listing that names it is not a PRB-01 booster box.

What Is Inside: 111 Card Numbers and 30 DON!! Cards

The official Japanese page splits the 111 card numbers by rarity. The card database agrees: counting one print per number, it shows 111 distinct printed numbers with the same split. The database then lists many more rows once every variant print is counted.

Rarity Official page: card numbers Database rows, variants included
L (Leader) 1 2
C (Common) 23 73
UC (Uncommon) 25 80
R (Rare) 21 81
SR (Super Rare) 29 55
SEC (Secret Rare) 8 16
P (Promotion) 4 12
DON!! cards 30 Not database rows

The database total is 319 rows for 111 numbers. The DON!! cards do not appear in the database as rows, so any count of DON!! variants has to come from a product page or a marketplace listing, not from the card list.

Because the official page says the set collects popular cards from the past, most card numbers carry the prefix of the set they were first numbered in. The database prints the number only, with this product as the source, and does not print the original product of each reprint. Counted by prefix, the 111 distinct printed numbers split this way.

Number prefix Distinct numbers in PRB-01
OP01 13
OP02 11

ST04 3
ST06 2
ST07, ST09, ST10, ST12 1 each (4 in total)
P (promotion numbers) 4
PRB01 1 (the Sanji Leader)

Read the table as a map of where the cards were first numbered. OP06 contributes 21 numbers and OP05 contributes 18, the two largest groups, followed by OP03 with 15. Only one card carries the PRB01 prefix itself, which matches the official line that a new Leader, Sanji, is added.

Parallels in the Official Database: _p and _r Rows

In the official database each card is a row. The base print uses the plain card number as its id. A variant print adds a suffix to the id, while the printed number and the rarity code stay those of the base card. In PRB-01, 318 of the 319 rows carry a suffix: 206 use _p followed by a digit and 112 use _r followed by a digit. Only PRB01-001, the Sanji Leader, has a row without a suffix.

Suffix Rows Suffix Rows
_p1 42 _r1 100
_p2 71 _r2 11
_p3 52 _r3 1
_p4 23 _p8 2
_p5 12 _p9 1
_p7 2 _p10 1

The database does not explain what the _r suffix means, and it prints no text label such as parallel, full art or manga on any row. These rows are identified only by the id the database prints. A listing that calls a card a “comic parallel” or “super parallel” is using the marketplace’s or the seller’s own naming, not Bandai’s. Which _p or _r row matches which treatment is not stated in the database.

The practical consequence is for single-card buyers. Two cards with the same number and the same rarity code can be different rows, and the box does not tell you which rows a given copy belongs to. For the card-by-card list, see our PRB-01 card list or the PRB-01 parallel and alt-art card list.

The Eight SEC Numbers and the New Sanji Leader

The database lists eight SEC numbers and sixteen SEC rows for them, plus the Sanji Leader with a base row and one suffixed row. Official card images for six of these rows are identified by card name, number, rarity code and database id. Card names are English renderings of the names printed in the Japanese database; the back-order rows use our listing names.

The database prints no base row for the SEC numbers in this set, only suffixed rows. That is a database observation about PRB-01: the SEC prints in this product are all variant rows. The Japanese page’s phrase, new parallel and full-art cards, and the English page’s “Alt-Art cards with brand new illustrations” are the official descriptions of what the variants look like.

SNKRDUNK Asks for Selected Cards

The table lists the lowest asking price on SNKRDUNK, October 1, 2026, for seven cards from this set, in descending order of the ask. An ask is what a seller is asking, not a completed sale. The label column shows SNKRDUNK’s own naming; the “SP” tag and the Japanese word in brackets are SNKRDUNK’s, not Bandai’s.

Card and number SNKRDUNK label Database rows Lowest ask on SNKRDUNK, October 1, 2026
Shanks OP01-120 SEC-SP (コミパラ) _p5, _r1, _r2 ¥560,000
Roronoa Zoro OP06-118 SEC-SP (コミパラ) _r1 ¥480,000
Sogeking OP03-122 SEC-SP (コミパラ) _r1 ¥390,000
Tony Tony Chopper EB01-006 SR-SP (コミパラ) _r1 ¥334,444
Sabo OP04-083 SR-SP (コミパラ) _r1 ¥289,000
Portgas D. Ace OP02-013 SR-SP (コミパラ) _r1 ¥175,000
Nami OP01-016 R-SP (コミパラ) _p7 ¥60,000

Each of these rows matches a suffixed database row of this set, and each listing text names PRB-01 as the product. Note the rarity codes: Chopper, Sabo and Ace are SR in the database and Nami is R, so the SP tag changes the SNKRDUNK label, not the official rarity. These figures are asks for a single day.

The Box: Our Listing and the SNKRDUNK Ask

As of the time of this update, our regular PRB-01 box is a variable product with two purchase units. The Box option is currently listed at ¥21,641 (~$141) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order). The Carton option is out of stock, and no carton price is shown.

SNKRDUNK lowest ask, single pack ¥1,498 (~$10) October 1, 2026 The official page prints ¥550 per pack

These are two routes with two different kinds of figure: a store listing for a named option, and a marketplace ask that can change from one day to the next. The SNKRDUNK figures are asking prices, not sales.

When you compare listings for this set, check these points before you pay:

  • The listing names PREMIUM BOOSTER ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST or PRB-01, not the vol.2 product and not the Storage Box Set.
  • The listing says whether it is a sealed box, a damaged box or a single pack.
  • For a variable product, the price belongs to a named option, here Box or Carton.
  • The listing does not rely on a packs-per-box figure that Bandai has not printed.

Damaged Box vs Grade B vs the Regular Box

Beside the regular box, PRB-01 is also sold as a Damaged Box and as a Damaged Box (Grade B), each a separate product with its own page. Our product pages describe the grades in these words: “Damage grade A: This box has minor cosmetic damage to the outer box, such as small dents or scuffs.” and “Damage grade B: This box has more noticeable cosmetic damage to the outer box, such as larger dents, creases, or scuffs.”

Product Currently listed at What the page says

PRB-01 Damaged Box ¥19,763 (~$128) Grade A: minor cosmetic damage to the outer box
PRB-01 Damaged Box (Grade B) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) ¥19,346 (~$126) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) Grade B: more noticeable cosmetic damage to the outer box

The same page text states that the box is unopened and discounted because of damage to the outer box, and that in both grades the cards inside are unaffected. It also states that the item is sold as-is and that returns and refunds are not accepted. The photos on a damaged-box page are samples: the first image shows the regular product so that you can identify the set.

What Bandai Has Not Published

Bandai does not publish pull rates for PRB-01 (official Japanese and English product pages and the official rules Q&A, as printed on October 1, 2026). The only randomness statement on the Japanese page is that cards are inserted at random. The English page adds a boilerplate note that multiples of one card may appear and that a full set can be difficult to assemble.

Graded Singles from PRB-01

Several PSA 10 singles from this set are offered as back orders, sourced to order. The back-order guide explains how the process works; each product page shows the current terms. PSA 10 designates Gem Mint condition per PSA’s published grading standards.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many cards are in PRB-01?

The official Japanese page prints 111 card numbers plus 30 DON!! cards: 1 Leader, 23 Commons, 25 Uncommons, 21 Rares, 29 Super Rares, 8 Secret Rares and 4 Promotion cards. The official database lists 319 rows once variant prints are counted.

When did PRB-01 release in Japan and in English?

The official Japanese page prints July 27, 2024. The official English page prints a release date of November 8, 2024 and a legal date of November 15, 2024. Both pages carry the product code PRB-01, and both describe the same card pool of 111 numbers plus 30 DON!! cards.

How much does a PRB-01 booster box cost?

Bandai prints only per-pack prices: ¥550 tax included in Japan and US$5.49 in English. Our Box option is currently listed at ¥21,641 (~$141) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order), and the SNKRDUNK lowest ask for a sealed box was ¥20,000 (~$130) on October 1, 2026. An ask is a seller’s asking price, not a completed sale, and it can change.

How many packs are in a PRB-01 box?

Neither official product page prints a packs-per-box figure for PRB-01. The Japanese page prints ten cards per pack, as of October 1, 2026. Check the listing you are buying for any pack count the seller states, and ask what it is based on.

What is the difference between the Damaged Box and the Grade B box?

Our pages describe grade A as minor cosmetic damage to the outer box and grade B as more noticeable damage. They are separate products, and the cards inside are unaffected in both grades, per our product pages. The Damaged Box is currently listed at ¥19,763 (~$128) and Grade B at ¥19,346 (~$126) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order).

Does Bandai publish PRB-01 pull rates?

No. The official Japanese and English product pages and the rules Q&A print no pull rates, and the Japanese page says only that cards are inserted at random. Any odds you see for PRB-01 come from other sources and are unofficial.

Is a PRB-01 carton available?

The Carton option on our PRB-01 box page is out of stock, and no carton price is shown. The Box option on the same product is currently listed at ¥21,641 (~$141) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order). Cartons are therefore not purchasable on this product, and boxes are sold individually.
