Rebecca One Piece Cards Guide: Every Printing, Both Leaders, and the OP04-064 Mix-Up

Rebecca One Piece Cards Guide: Every Printing, Both Leaders, and the OP04-064 Mix-Up

Rebecca OP04-039 and its OP15 sibling have been given the same unusual Leader design twice, three years apart: “This Leader cannot attack” — printed word for word on both cards. A similarly-numbered card from the same set, OP04-064, isn’t Rebecca at all — it’s Ms. All Sunday, Nico Robin’s Baroque Works alias.

This guide sorts out every confirmed Rebecca printing, corrects the OP04-064 mix-up, and covers both of her Leader cards. We source Japanese One Piece Card Game product directly out of Tokyo, so every card discussed here ties back to a set we can point to, drawn from the official card list rather than secondhand recall.

Rebecca’s card pool is small and recent — seven confirmed printings, four of them from 2025–2026 sets. That makes her one of the more compact characters to track in full, and most of the confusion around her comes down to two things: which OP04 card is actually hers, and how her two Leader cards differ.

Key Takeaway

Rebecca has seven confirmed printings across five sets, including two Leader cards (OP04-039 and OP15-039) that share the identical “This Leader cannot attack” clause. OP04-064, sometimes mistaken for a Rebecca card, is actually Ms. All Sunday — Rebecca’s real OP04 cards are the Leader OP04-039 and the Rare OP04-092. For current Japanese sealed product, our OP-04 Kingdoms of Intrigue booster box (Box variation) is currently listed at ¥20,776 (~$135) (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order).

Card data is drawn from the official OP card list and the LimitlessTCG card database, current as of this September 24, 2026 update. This is primarily a sourcing and identification guide — where we cite a market figure, it is a dated SNKRDUNK asking price, not a report of sold prices. Every Rebecca Card at a Glance

Seven Rebecca printings are confirmed across the official card list, spanning two Leader cards, three Super Rares, and two Rares:

Code Card Rarity Set Type
OP04-039 Rebecca Leader OP04 Kingdoms of Intrigue Leader (Blue/Black, 5 Life)
OP04-092 Rebecca Rare OP04 Kingdoms of Intrigue Character (Black, 1 cost, 2000 power)
OP05-091 Rebecca SR OP05 Awakening of the New Era Character (Black, 4 cost, 0 power, Blocker)
OP10-058 Rebecca SR OP10 Royal Blood Character (Blue, 7 cost, 4000 power)
EB03-048 Rebecca Rare EB03 One Piece Heroines Edition Character (Black, 2 cost, 0 power, Blocker)
OP15-039 Rebecca Leader OP15 Adventure on Kami’s Island Leader (Blue, 5 Life)
OP15-053 Rebecca SR OP15 Adventure on Kami’s Island Character (Blue, 1 cost, 0 power)

One pattern stands out before going further: four of the seven cards (OP10-058, EB03-048, OP15-039, OP15-053) come from 2025–2026 releases. Rebecca’s original OP04/OP05 run happened in 2023, then went quiet until the character got a fresh push starting with the Heroines Edition set in early 2026.

The sections below cover each card in more detail, starting with the mix-up that sends the most people searching in the wrong place.

The OP04-064 Mix-Up: That’s Ms. All Sunday, Not Rebecca

Rebecca Leader, OP04-039, OP04 Kingdoms of Intrigue

OP04-039 Leader (OP04 Kingdoms of Intrigue)

Rebecca Rare, OP04-092, OP04 Kingdoms of Intrigue

OP04-092 Rare (OP04 Kingdoms of Intrigue)

OP04-064 is sometimes assumed to be a Rebecca card because it sits in the same set — it isn’t. That code belongs to Ms. All Sunday, the Baroque Works codename Nico Robin used during the Alabasta arc.

Rebecca’s actual OP04 cards are the Leader OP04-039 and the Rare OP04-092, both from Kingdoms of Intrigue. OP04-092 is a 1-cost, 2000-power Black Character built around searching for Dressrosa cards, and both it and the Leader carry an Alternate Art version according to the official print list.

For the rest of the Kingdoms of Intrigue cast — including the correct home for Ms. All Sunday — our OP-04 best cards guide covers the full set.

Rebecca OP04-039 and OP15-039: Two Leader Cards

Rebecca Leader, OP15-039, OP15 Adventure on Kami's Island

OP15-039 Leader (OP15 Adventure on Kami’s Island)

Both of Rebecca’s Leader cards carry the same unusual restriction, printed word for word: “This Leader cannot attack.” OP04-039 (Blue/Black, 5 Life, Kingdoms of Intrigue, 2023) leans into a Dressrosa-search game plan. OP15-039 (Blue, 5 Life, Adventure on Kami’s Island, 2026) carries the identical clause but shifts to a Dressrosa-focused board-development plan instead.

A Leader that can’t attack is a rare design choice in this game, so seeing it repeated on Rebecca specifically, roughly three years apart, is a striking repeat of the same design. If you’re building around either printing, the deck has to win through its Characters rather than the Leader itself.

As of September 24, 2026, the lowest asking price on SNKRDUNK for the OP04-039 L-P print was ¥3,500 raw, with PSA 10 graded examples asking from ¥11,600 that day. The OP15-039 L-P print asked ¥1,888 raw the same day; no current SNKRDUNK figure for a PSA 10 copy of it appeared in this update. A PSA 10 graded OP04-039 L-P print is also currently offered as a back order — see Where to Buy below.

The Most Reprinted Rebecca: OP05-091

Rebecca Super Rare, OP05-091, OP05 Awakening of the New Era
Rebecca Super Rare, OP05-091, OP05 Awakening of the New Era

Of everything on Rebecca’s card list, OP05-091 has seen the most reprint activity by a wide margin. According to the official print list, it carries an Alternate Art version plus reprints in the Wings of the Captain set, a Prize Card Alternate Art version, and a One Piece Card The Best (PRB02) reprint — five prints in total for a single card.

Functionally, it’s a 4-cost, 0-power Black Character with a Blocker keyword that recovers cards from the trash and helps develop the board — a support role rather than an attacker, in keeping with Rebecca’s overall design across the rest of her cards. The volume of reprints suggests this particular version has stayed in competitive circulation well past its original 2023 release.

Why It Matters

A card that gets reprinted five times across different products and sub-lines suggests it’s stayed relevant to deckbuilders, not just collectors — worth knowing if you’re trying to identify which Rebecca copy you’re holding.

As of September 24, 2026, the plain SR print of OP05-091 asked ¥1,000 raw on SNKRDUNK, with no current PSA 10 figure in this update. A separate SR-SPC premium reprint of the same number — a different product from a different booster — asked ¥15,000 raw / ¥55,000 PSA 10 that day, and a Championship 2024 promo of the same number asked ¥1,050,000; these are distinct prints, not the plain SR priced above. The OP05-091 SR-SPC and SR-P treatments are offered as PSA 10 back orders — see Where to Buy below.

Dressrosa Support: OP10-058 and OP15-053

Rebecca Super Rare, OP10-058, OP10 Royal Blood

OP10-058 SR (OP10 Royal Blood)

Rebecca Super Rare, OP15-053, OP15 Adventure on Kami's Island

OP15-053 SR (OP15 Adventure on Kami’s Island)

OP10-058, from OP10 Royal Blood, is a 7-cost, 4000-power Blue Character built to put two Dressrosa Characters onto the board at once — a board-flooding support card rather than a stat-line threat. OP15-053, from Adventure on Kami’s Island, is the opposite end of the curve: a 1-cost, 0-power Blue Character that gains Blocker and searches for a card when paired with DON!!x1.

Across both, the pattern holds: Rebecca cards are consistently built around enabling other Dressrosa cards rather than winning fights on their own stat line, which lines up with her two “cannot attack” Leader cards covered above.

The Heroines Edition Card: EB03-048

Rebecca Rare, EB03-048, EB03 One Piece Heroines Edition
Rebecca Rare, EB03-048, EB03 One Piece Heroines Edition

EB03-048 comes from One Piece Heroines Edition, a set built entirely around the franchise’s female cast, released in February 2026. It’s a 2-cost, 0-power Black Character with a Blocker keyword that searches for a Stage card from Dressrosa — a support role again, consistent with the rest of her card pool. As of September 24, 2026, the lowest asking price on SNKRDUNK for EB03-048 was ¥1,000 raw; no current SNKRDUNK figure for a PSA 10 copy appeared in this update.

Heroines Edition is also where Rebecca’s current-era resurgence starts, three years after her original OP04/OP05 printings and just ahead of the two 2026 cards from Adventure on Kami’s Island. For the full set of characters covered in that release, our One Piece Heroines guide has the details.

Rebecca’s Card History, Sorted by Era

Laid out chronologically, Rebecca’s card pool splits cleanly into two waves rather than a steady one-card-per-set trickle:

  • 2023 — the original run. OP04-039 (Leader) and OP04-092 (Rare) launch her in Kingdoms of Intrigue, followed a few months later by OP05-091 (SR) in Awakening of the New Era. All three are Black or Blue/Black, and all three build toward the same Dressrosa-search game plan.
  • 2023–2025 — the gap. Between OP05 and OP10, Rebecca doesn’t appear in a new set on the official card list we reviewed. OP10-058 (Royal Blood, 2025) is the only card from this middle stretch.
  • 2026 — the resurgence. Three cards land in quick succession: EB03-048 in the Heroines Edition (February), then OP15-039 (Leader) and OP15-053 (SR) together in Adventure on Kami’s Island (April). This is also where the second “cannot attack” Leader shows up, echoing the original OP04-039 design three years on.

Whether that 2026 pace continued past OP15 and into OP-17, which released in Japan on August 22, 2026, isn’t covered in this guide; see the note in the following section. What the pattern so far shows is a character who launched with three cards, went quiet for two years, and then came back with three more in the space of a few months.
