What Are the RGB Mew Cards?

R/RGB, G/RGB and B/RGB are three secret-rare Mew cards from 30th CELEBRATION, one red, one green and one blue, all illustrated by YOSHIROTTEN — the same artist officially credited with the set’s two Futuristic Rare cards, Mewtwo ex 134/103 and Mew ex 135/103. Per PokeBeach, they are numbered out of “RGB” rather than out of /103, so they sit outside the set’s 165-card numbering (165 numbered cards plus eight Basic Energy, 173 in all; PokeBeach’s headline figure for the set is 176).

Per PokeBeach, the three cards represent the original Pokémon Red, Green and Blue games in honour of the franchise’s 30th anniversary; red, green and blue are also the primary colours of light. Beyond identity, colour and illustrator, PokeBeach’s confirmation does not cover in-game text (HP, attacks or flavour text) for the three cards, so none is quoted here.

What’s Official, and What Isn’t

The official card database (pokemon-card.com) still returns 140 entries for M6a — the 103-card main set, the Classic Collection (136–165, with 151/152 as one entry) and the eight Basic Energy. The compiled AR/SAR/FUR block (104–135) is still not in that database, even though all 32 numbered secret rares have now been seen — the last five surfaced with release-day listings (SNKRDUNK, September 16, 2026). The RGB trio sits outside that discussion entirely: per PokeBeach, R/RGB, G/RGB and B/RGB are not in the official card database, not in the compiled 165-card list on our 30th CELEBRATION card list page, and not printed in the Elite Trainer Box’s own card-list booklet.

PokeBeach expects the cards to stay officially unacknowledged for months, explaining that Pokémon Japan traditionally does not officially reveal a set’s full secret-rare roster until the following set releases. Per PokeBeach, the pull rate for the three cards is unknown, and the cards are described only as “expected to be exceptionally rare” — a description, not a number.

Release-Day Japanese Asking Prices

Japanese copies of the RGB trio are listed on SNKRDUNK. The figures below are the lowest live asking prices as of September 16, 2026 — release day — not sold prices, and not a value for the cards. USD figures in this article convert at ¥154/USD, approximate.

For context, the set’s two numbered secret Mew ex cards had far lower release-day asks the same day: Mew ex FUR 135/103 at ¥22,222 (46 listings) and Mew ex SAR 129/103 at ¥9,300 (49 listings). All five figures are dated asking prices on a live marketplace, not sales — sellers set these prices, and they can move in either direction from here. What You Can Verify — and What Nobody Can

What you can check against PokeBeach’s reporting: the illustrator (YOSHIROTTEN, matching the set’s official FUR credit), the three-colour numbering scheme (R/RGB, G/RGB, B/RGB), the languages pictured so far (English, French and Japanese across the three cards), and the dated SNKRDUNK asking prices with their listing counts, all covered above. Those are documented, attributed data points.

What nobody can verify yet: an official pull rate, since The Pokémon Company has published none and PokeBeach reports it as unknown; a timeline for official acknowledgement, since PokeBeach expects the cards to stay unacknowledged for months; and verified third-party population or grading data for any specific listing you’re considering — this update contains none. None of this is a reason to distrust PokeBeach’s reporting — it’s simply the difference between what’s been documented and what The Pokémon Company itself has said, which so far is nothing.
