Sabo doesn’t have a Romance Dawn card, and he doesn’t have a leader slot in one of the game’s flagship starter decks. What collectors usually mean by a Sabo manga card is a Super Rare from Kingdoms of Intrigue that comes in a manga-panel comic parallel version — alongside a Secret Rare from 500 Years in the Future that was reprinted once, and a full Leader card built around the Revolutionary Army. Spread across five main sets, one starter deck, and a championship promo, the Sabo lineup is smaller than some of his fellow Straw Hat and Revolutionary Army allies — but the cards that exist cover a wide range of rarity tiers.
This guide walks through every confirmed Sabo card — the standard Super Rare, the Secret Rare, the Leader, the two lower-rarity mainset cards, and the tournament promo — along with what the comic parallel versions are currently listed for on the Japanese secondary market. We ship Japanese sealed One Piece TCG product out of Tokyo every week, and OP-17 has since released, on August 22, 2026 in Japan and August 28, 2026 in English.
Sabo appears on seven confirmed cards and parallels (six base cards plus the OP04-083 comic parallel) across OP04, OP05, OP07, OP10, ST13, and a championship promo (P-073). The centerpiece of this guide is the Sabo manga card OP04-083, a Super Rare comic parallel from Kingdoms of Intrigue that swaps the standard background for manga panel art. If you’re building toward the newest sets, our OP-16 The Time of Battle booster box is currently listed at ¥12,600 (~$79), and the OP-17 booster box (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order) is released and currently listed at ¥17,000 (~$107).
OP-17 has now released in both Japan and English, so pre-order wording throughout this guide has been replaced with released-product pricing. We’ve also added our own listed PSA10-graded singles for the OP13-120 and OP04-083 comic parallels discussed below.
Prices are listed values on the Japanese secondary market as of mid-August 2026, converted at ¥163/USD. All prices reflect current listings, not confirmed sales, and are not a guarantee of stock or availability.
Sabo Manga Card (OP13-120 SEC Comic Parallel / OP04-083 SR Comic Parallel)
When people ask about a “comic parallel” or “manga parallel” Sabo card, they’re almost always talking about one card: OP04-083, a Super Rare from OP04 Kingdoms of Intrigue. It’s a Black-color character card — 5 cost, 6000 power, with the Blocker keyword — and it exists in three forms: the standard Super Rare, an Alternate Art version, and a Manga Parallel version that replaces the card’s background with panel art pulled directly from the One Piece manga.
We confirmed the manga-panel background directly from card scans rather than relying on a listing description, so this is one detail we can state with confidence: the parallel really does use manga art in place of the standard illustrated background, which is what separates it visually from the base Super Rare and from most other “parallel” treatments in the game (which typically just add foil or a different color scheme rather than swap in manga panels).
Because this card sits at the intersection of “early Sabo appearance” and “manga parallel treatment,” it tends to be the one collectors search for first when they go looking for Sabo cards specifically. We cover what the parallel and its higher-end reprints are currently asking for in the pricing section below.
Key Sabo Cards in the One Piece TCG
Outside of the OP04-083 parallel, Sabo has four more character-card appearances across the game’s mainline sets, plus the Leader and promo cards covered in their own sections below.
| Code | Rarity | Set | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| OP04-083 | SR | OP04 Kingdoms of Intrigue | Character, Black, 5 cost / 6000 power, Blocker |
| OP07-118 | SEC | OP07 500 Years in the Future | Character, Black, 8 cost / 9000 power |
| OP05-007 | SR | OP05 Awakening of the New Era | Character, Revolutionary Army, 6 cost / 7000 power |
| OP10-049 | R | OP10 Royal Blood | Character, Dressrosa / Revolutionary Army, 4 cost / 5000 power |
| ST13-001 | Leader | ST13 | Leader, Red/Yellow, 4 life, Dressrosa / Revolutionary Army |
| P-073 | Promo | Premium Card Collection — Best Selection Vol.3 | Character, Southeast Asian Championship 2023 stamp printing |
The OP07-118 Secret Rare from 500 Years in the Future is the highest-rarity standalone character card on this list, an 8-cost, 9000-power Black character with an Alternate Art version alongside it. It also has a second life as a reprint: the same OP07-118 card was brought back as an SP parallel in a special reprint slot inside OP13 Carrying on His Will, so if you see an OP07-118 with a different foil treatment, that’s likely the OP13 reprint rather than a misprint.
OP05-007 and OP10-049 are the two Revolutionary Army entries — a 6-cost Super Rare and a 4-cost Rare, respectively, both tied to Sabo’s Dressrosa-era arc. Neither has a confirmed comic parallel or alternate-art version in our research, so if you’re specifically hunting parallel treatments, OP04-083 and OP07-118 are the two to focus on.
We checked whether either of the two newest sets — OP-16 The Time of Battle or OP-17 The World’s Strongest Warriors (released August 22, 2026 in Japan; English release August 28, 2026) — adds a new Sabo card, and we still haven’t confirmed one in either set. If that changes, we’ll update this guide.
Sabo the Leader: ST13-001

Sabo does hold a Leader card: ST13-001. We confirmed this directly from the card scan — it’s a Red/Yellow color Leader with 4 life, carrying the Dressrosa and Revolutionary Army character types. That puts him in the same Leader-card category as his fellow Revolutionary Army members, and it means a Sabo-led deck is a real, buildable archetype rather than something that only exists as a support character in someone else’s deck.
If you’re assembling a Revolutionary Army deck around this Leader, the OP05-007 and OP10-049 character cards covered above share the same Dressrosa/Revolutionary Army type line, which makes them natural inclusions alongside ST13-001.
The Championship Promo: P-073

P-073 originates from the Premium Card Collection — Best Selection Vol.3 promo release, but the copy we confirmed carries a specific tournament stamp: a Southeast Asian Championship 2023 mark on the card face. Tournament-stamped promos are typically distributed only to players and staff at the event in question, which makes stamped copies a different (and generally scarcer) item from an unstamped Best Selection Vol.3 print of the same card number, even though both share the P-073 code.
If you’re evaluating a P-073 listing, check specifically for that stamp before assuming you’re looking at the standard promo print — it changes what you’re actually buying.
What Sabo’s Parallels Are Listed For
Sabo’s base character cards don’t currently have enough active secondary-market listings for us to quote reliable prices. The parallels and reprints, however, do show some pricing signal — with the caveat that most of these are backed by very few listings, so we’re presenting them as ranges rather than firm numbers.
A Secret Rare comic-parallel Sabo card carrying the OP13-120 designation is currently listed on the Japanese secondary market with asks around ¥107,777 (~$661), based on two active listings. We weren’t able to confirm this card’s set attribution against the official card list in our research, so treat the code as reported by the marketplace rather than independently verified — but the price point itself is backed by more than one listing, which is more than we can say for the next group.
Beyond that, asks observed for Sabo’s rarer parallel and reprint versions range from the mid five figures for the standard OP04-083 comic parallel to six figures for the ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST reprint and the red comic-parallel version carrying the OP13-120 code — each figure based on a single listing, so treat them as indicative only rather than a settled price. If you’re shopping at this end of the market, treat any single listing as one data point, not a market consensus.
we also list PSA10-graded singles of these same parallels directly: a PSA10 Sabo SEC-RSP (Red Comic Parallel) OP13-120, pulled from a CARRYING ON HIS WILL booster pack, is currently listed at ¥917,777 (~$5,773); a PSA10 Sabo SR-SP (Comic Parallel) OP04-083, pulled from a Kingdoms of Intrigue booster pack, is currently listed at ¥198,072 (~$1,246); and a separate PSA10 Sabo: Wanted SEC-SPC parallel of OP13-120 is currently listed at ¥27,022 (~$170).
Comic parallels and tournament reprints trade in very low volume. A card backed by one listing can move a large amount in either direction the moment that listing changes, so a single ask isn’t a reliable market price the way it would be for a card with multiple active listings.
Where the Current Market Is: OP-16 and OP-17
While we can’t confirm a new Sabo card in either of the two newest sets, both are where the current One Piece TCG action is happening in Japan right now. OP-16 The Time of Battle is already released and in the secondary market, and OP-17 The World’s Strongest Warriors is released too, in Japan on August 22, 2026 and in English on August 28, 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Sabo’s most valuable One Piece card?
There isn’t a single card we can confirm as the top price point, since the highest-priced Sabo parallels are each backed by only one active listing. A Secret Rare comic-parallel card carrying the OP13-120 code is currently listed around ¥107,777 based on two listings. Among the single-listing figures, the standard OP04-083 comic parallel asks in the mid five figures, while a THE BEST reprint and a red comic-parallel version carrying the OP13-120 code have each shown six-figure asks — though each of those is a single data point.
Is Sabo a Leader card in the One Piece TCG?
Yes. Sabo’s Leader card is ST13-001, a Red/Yellow color Leader with 4 life and the Dressrosa and Revolutionary Army character types, confirmed directly from the card scan.
What sets have Sabo cards?
Sabo appears in OP04 Kingdoms of Intrigue (OP04-083 Super Rare, with a manga-parallel version), OP07 500 Years in the Future (OP07-118 Secret Rare), OP05 Awakening of the New Era (OP05-007 Super Rare), OP10 Royal Blood (OP10-049 Rare), ST13 (ST13-001 Leader), and the P-073 promo from the Premium Card Collection — Best Selection Vol.3 release, including a Southeast Asian Championship 2023 stamped version.
